      Respected sir,
      There is a problem in our building because of hanging of electricity wire of BSES.Some meters are at one place and some at another. Meter tends to fall.There are many home owners who suffers from this problem. There is a huge risk of getting shock.

      Kindly remove these wires or fit these wires in a box in systematic way as soon as possible.

          I would like to inform you that we have been facing very difficulties due to passing the high tension wires over on my Balcony/roof/home. Due to this I unable do the plustar on Monty. It is also very dangerous for our children roaming here & 1 Spark can cost may live's. Mostly the rainy season because the electric flow the wetness wall at my home, we are living with fear all time. Our locality main issue high tension wire. The pole which has all the electrical wires is so rusty. It may fall someday and cause damage to anyone.
          So I am requesting to you kindly replace the high voltage wiring from our (Balcony) home.
          I hope that look in to the Matter and resolve the issue.

            We would like to inform you that I have complaint many time for power cut of electricity but my problem still ahead,
            its not resolved, we are facing problem of electricity power cut. Power Cut on day basis in our arear for 3 and 4 hours
            Our electricity devision is khanpur. And they are cut the power supply on daily basis. Why are nor resolving this problem, Why its happening, why you are cutting electricity on daily basis.

            This is very irresponsible behaviour from BSES.
            Without electricity every work has been stuck
            We are not be able to do any work due to no power supply.

            I have already raised many complaint but issue not resolve.
            We have too much fed up for poor power supply.
            So resolved the issue and take necessary action.

            I have already mailed u many time but its happening again and again.

                Sub.: DEFECTED ELECTRICITY POLE INSTALLED

                Sir/Madam,

                This is in reference to the the electricity pole installed by your esteemed departed in front of my house/ location. Some there weeks back your company has installed a new electricity pole the pole is seems to be a defected one and than also the electrician had installed the same. THE POLE IS IN CURVED SHAPE INSTEAD OF TO BE IN STRAING LINE, because of which the pole is tilted to my house and the electricity connections from the pole is causing life threat to my family and loved ones. I had attached the image of the defaulted pole for your reference .

                The pole is not having any serial number as of now but is carrying the details as (30.7.2020 brpl rpc29m 160kg ) and installed next to the pole NGLJ476 at baprola.

                Request you to take necessary action for the correction of the pole at the earliest

                      Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                      I own a shop in Mahavir Enclave New Delhi and there is an electricity pole right at the entrance of my shop. I did complaint regarding this matter to the concerned department several time but I did not get any response. Due to the electricity pole the customer walkin was very less and also I had to shut down my business and during rainy season it's very risky as well as water gets collected near the electricity pole for several days. It is really a big problem for me hence I request you to please take appropriate actions to shift the to any other nearby location. Please provide a resolution asap.

                        bses rajdhani send wrong slab details calucalation in my bill no.[protected].So many time i send meter reading link of bses.But not recd bill .Last eastimated bill recd bill no[protected] dt 1/9/20 .Which is paid by me rs 4750/-..Again i recd actual bill which is very high i can not pay .Pls check my meter reading slab again because that total wrong.We pay regular bill 30 days period but bses make totally wrong.Pls pls check this .I have already lost my job in lock down period. Pls help to rectified my this bill.This period is crucial for us survive.

                          I resident of Pocket B Dilshad Garden, Around the central park there are many trees covering the electric wires and poles and these trees are very old and anytime the branches can fall on these electric lines and can cause casuality.
                          Request you to kindly send a tram to cut theexcessive branches.

                            My request no. for new connection is [protected]. I applied on 5th Nov. 2020 but no one has come for the survey. I want to have this new connection for construction on my plot.

                            One misc. document was missing so I got the mail from BSES to upload the complete chain of GPA which I already did on 12th Nov. 2020. After uploading, the complete chain of GPA still no one has come for the survey.

                            Kindly do the needful in this regard.

                                    My self Mani Prakash.I have applied new prepaid connection on Thursday, Sep 24 and I got the message on the 25 of October for installation of meter .and no one come for meter installation and I call to customer care for this and they say that I have register complain and I got new message on 28 of October for installation on meter but no one come on 28, 29, 30, 31.                                       In the bill for the month of Oct'2020 for CA#[protected] we have got additional "other charges" of 11997.04. rupees. On inquiry we have been told it is a security deposit for load increment, however we have not made any request to increase the load. When we requested to correct the bill we are being asked to visit the Janakpuri District centre office during this PANDEMIC of corona while no fault of our own.
