I'm writing this complaint for consumer number:[protected]. I have received a bill of inr 2270 which is incorrect. The reason is as i'm not in delhi since april there is no one to consume electricity in my rooms which makes it impossible to believe the charges that are levied on me. Would request you and your team to check the meter reading again and then send the correct bill to me.

There was no electricity at my house due to old wire in the combined meter room of the whole dda building. As a temporary measure, the local electrician placed a connecting wire without opening the meter as only bses has the authority to do so. The wire needs to be replaced at the earliest with the standard one used by bses for safety purpose as well.

This is to inform you that excess bill of rs. 64090 was send to me. The meter is on the name of arti sinha bearing ca no.[protected]. During lockdown all the commercial activities are closed so can it be possible that so much bill has been sent. I humbly request you to kindly reconsider the bill and send me the new one so that i can submit the same

Dear sir,

I am residing at sadh nagar - i, palam colony (Gali no -14/5) infront our house there is one pole and there is a huge bank of wire power cables due to the electricity pole situated adjacent to my home.

As on one pole, there is approx 20 ~ 24 connection allowed but on this pole, it has huge/ many more connection, kindly see the attached photograph.

In subsequent many other cabling and networking cable also there that is totally unsafe manner. The wires shots during rainy reason and summer season, this issue becomes very dangerous and unsafe during house gate entry & exit time.

Also, these cables have been supported through our building structure which again may prove to be a danger.

We are requesting you to please take the necessary action and remove the unauthorized cabling and unlimited cable load (Connection also to shift to another nearby pole for load distribution)

This is becoming a threat to our family life and hoping for a favorable response. And remove the potential risk of an accident,

We hope you will do immediately appropriate action will be appreciated.

It is very important to bring into your knowledge that my electricity bill has been coming in very high for some time and this time the limit has become so much that i am writing you a complaint mail, due to covid-19 in the last few months we did not run ac or any heavy electrical item, only fan runs, even after that my bill is of rupees 7210. I am very disappointing to see this bill.

Why bses is overcharging, and generates unnecessary bills.

Requesting you to sort out this issue on the priority basis, and regenerate new and actual bill.

I have observed from my current bill no[protected] that a sum of rs 6138.06 is charged as arrears, where as rs 6140, 00
Is already paid by kotak mahindra bank on 13-5-20 as per my standing instructions. I am enclosing bank statement for the
Said period.

Please correct the bill and same is to be sent on me mail and to my bankers as well.

My name is rahul s/o raju rajpal. I want you to shift the electric pole. I am reconstructing my house the pole is lieing in the corner of my house which is creating a problem. The pole is touching my wall. My family may face problem because of this and it is also dangerous for us.

Sir, our bill for the month of April whose due date is 18/05/2020 and CA No[protected] is wrongly sent having amount of Rs 2610. It is humbly stated that from the last many months it comes out to be NIL as reading remain below 200 because only one person is living there. please see in the matter.It is a domestic connection
