    Is being thefting electricity from past many years. I hope you will act quickly against this and don't make my request go in vain please do investigation. They have 2 rooms which consists 1 ac + microwave + geyser + fridge + washing machine + inverter + water moter

    They run ac whole day and night continuously but gets bill only for rs 400 to 600 only

      My name is manish lamba s/o maha singh lamba khasra no 335, first floor shahabad mohammad pur new delhi 110061, ca no[protected], bill no[protected]. My total consumed unit for period[protected]to[protected] is 520 unit. Total payable amount is 3202₹+other charges 1802so the total bill is 5000.
      I pay all my last bill on time i don't know for what these other charges are added in bill. You it's really embarrassing for me to pay these additional charges that too without my fault kindly correct my bill and remove these other charges.

        Sir/Madam,

        This is with reference to the Complaint against electricity bill.

        The above meter is in the name of of Mr. Saurabh Awasthi CA No.:[protected], Meter Number 21999614 .

        I received the electricity bill for the period of 11.06.2019 to 11.07.2019 and I got shocked when I saw the bill i.e. for Rs 790.00 for 0.10 unit. Last bill, which I was paid for the month of May 2019 was for Rs. 60 only - for Unit 12.

        Actually my flat is vacate since 10 May 2019 and no one is residing there till now, Even MCB is also down in my flat.

        In your so called current bill no where you have mentioned the Units of consumption, I am not able to know at what basis you have made this bill .

        This is excess billing need to be checked properly at your end which can be due to not proper reading taken by the executive authorized for this area. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the bill and take necessary action

        I am trying to connect via Customer support but your representative are not able to track the same . This very embarrassing that your customer service representative are not responding properly.

        Earning money is very hard and excessive, unnecessary payments always irritate the person, I belived as a common man you guys also understand this very well .

        You request to kindly consider the request and resend the corrected bill and make sure not to rewind this blunder .

          We have very serious power/voltage fluctuating problem. Address - b 167/2 street no 6 ashok nagar shahdra delhi-93.               You are requested to delete the other charges amount of 1801.62 from the bill and send me a revised bill for the actual consumption unit

                I am currently residing at 1138 Lodhi Road Complex, New Delhi-110003, which is having electricity bearing consumer no.[protected], Toady, I was shocked to received the current electricity bill for an amount of Rs 2350 which due date of payment 26th July 2019. My monthly electricity bill amounts generally range between Rs 500 to Rs 800. The bill for June-July month is almost the thrice the amount of my regular bills.

                Kindly request you to correct the current bill and issue a fresh bill for the June-July month.

                I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

                unnecessary Amount Rs 904.34, you have include in electricity bill. kindly remove this amount otherwise i have to take strictly action on you.
                My meter CA No.[protected] was replaced a few months back is running fast ever since after installation.

                      There is an illegal theft of electricity is going on in house no e-659, street no-2, jagjeet nagar, new usmanpur, delhi-110053. They are running a factory in this house and have forcefully tempered the electricity cable going to house no e-660, street no-2, jagjeet nagar, delhi-110053. The person living in e 660 tried to stop these guys when they were tempering with the cable but they forcefully tempered the cable and also threatened the person living in house no e 660. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                          My electricity meter runs very fast and shows enormous bills. We are away the whole day and i fail to understand how this bill is so much. I want the meter changed or checked so that it was easy for us to pay the bill.

                            Urgent attention required due to current being transferred in house gate of b-155 and other neighbours vivek vihar area with sparking after rains due to earthing of light pole.

                            There are old residents and childrens playing around.

                            You are requested to kindly take action asap.

                            Yesterday when i returned back from office i was told by neighbours and my family that their has been current / sparking in the gate of the house.

                            Since being an engineer i tried to look into the matter and observed that there is some problem due to earthing of light pole in the area as the current was travelling in other gates also.

                            So requesting again to look into the matter urgently as it might affect the people living / before any unwanted incident might occur in the area.

                              I've visited 2/3 time in a month for last 4 months but they give me a different excuse... Like - that's server down or head person is on leave... Or it will be done in next month... But still i'm not received my updated bill... Now i'm frustrated... I need my updated bill because my many works delay for that... So i request please help me... And update my bill name.

                                We kindly want your concern on the matter that Sunita Devi Wife of Lalit Tetri, Resident of F-46, 1st Floor Sham Nagar New Delhi-110018 made our lives on risk on 1st July 2019. Her wires of MCB burnt and short circuit happened. As we live on that building, we were really terrified. Sir, Airconditioner's wire is not being connected to the meter of Ist Floor. As a result MCB could not pick up the load and hence short circuit happened and we are also doubted that she is involved the electricity theft. Kindly take suitable action against Sunita Devi Wife of Lalit Tetri, Resident of F-46, 1st Floor Sham Nagar New Delhi-110018

                                  Sir, my residence (C-166 jawahar park, deoli road, khanpur) is situated right next to a bare electric pillar with no electrical wires passing through it. This electrical pillar provides very easy access to our balcony on the first floor and subsequently the whole house. This is a constant cause of worry for us regarding the possibility of burglary.

                                  I would like to request you to remove the pillar since it serves no function and is only being a problem.

                                    I am Living in A-4A, first floor shish ram park uttam nagar ND-59. The street light light in front of my house not working since 1 month even street is under darkness a single light not working here. i have made complaint by BSES coustomer center which no.[protected] and which no. is :-SLDL00206848 but after a long time when no action taken my cmplaint by BSES i try to make call on BSES complaint no again and again then system show your comlaint is under process... but still street light under darkness. This has become very dangerous due to darkness for the people and children who walk on road.i have try to trace complaint which i make by coustomer support but helpline person told me that he made a complaint and BSES engineer working on that i do not know how can BSES person so careless about complaint. than what meaing of coustomer support server or coustomer support center.
                                    Please take it seriously as it matters to consumer right.

                                      Hello all,

                                      I have complaint continuously on bses portal but it looks like no one wants to care and no authority would like to see our problems. They are similar to britishers, but friends they forget that they are living in similar kind of society. It might be possible that today they are not facing this kind of voltage fluctuation issue but are they know they will not face it in future. Its totally political impact.
                                      Now when ruling party know they will never come back they drawback their hand otherwise every next day they are announcing for audits of power supply companies where are these things gone.in the last for general public (Not aam adami) no one wants to care about you, everyone wants to toast you and get benefits.
                                      Where we will live in delhi with small kids, (Kanhi pani nahi to kanhi power nahi).
