Sub.: Complaint Against Electricity Bill No.[protected]Regarding excess bill for the month of June )
Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to the Complaint against electricity bill.
The above meter is in the name of of Mr. Saurabh Awasthi CA No.:[protected], Meter Number 21999614 .
I received the electricity bill for the period of 11.06.2019 to 11.07.2019 and I got shocked when I saw the bill i.e. for Rs 790.00 for 0.10 unit. Last bill, which I was paid for the month of May 2019 was for Rs. 60 only - for Unit 12.
Actually my flat is vacate since 10 May 2019 and no one is residing there till now, Even MCB is also down in my flat.
In your so called current bill no where you have mentioned the Units of consumption, I am not able to know at what basis you have made this bill .
This is excess billing need to be checked properly at your end which can be due to not proper reading taken by the executive authorized for this area. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the bill and take necessary action
I am trying to connect via Customer support but your representative are not able to track the same . This very embarrassing that your customer service representative are not responding properly.
Earning money is very hard and excessive, unnecessary payments always irritate the person, I belived as a common man you guys also understand this very well .
You request to kindly consider the request and resend the corrected bill and make sure not to rewind this blunder .
