Hi Team,

I stay in subhash Nagar & there is heavy power fluctuation during summer at night. I have been facing this issue from last 3.5 years & reported it several times to BSES Office in Subhash Nagar also submitted written complain but all in vain.
My Window AC & TV both got damage due to this severe fluctuation & I had to replace both the items. Surprisingly I am paying[protected] of electricity bill every month for this desruptive electricity supply.
Technicians visit during day time & close the issue stating that it's all fine & you should call technician during night however when i call them they always mention all technicians are busy & waiting time is 4-5 hours. We are forced to stop all electrical appliances due to this.
Pls. Help me to get a permanent solution.

    I am residing in b block, mohan garden extn., pipal wala road, new delhi - 110059 area. From last one month there are frequent uneven cuts of electricity supply. Electricity cuts off in day time (From 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm) as well as at night time (11:00 pm to 5:00 am) also and its about more than 4 to 5 hours continuous cut in day as well as in night too.

    As you are well aware of the temperature of delhi and added to that frequent power cuts when it is mattered most. We are facing a great problem with current status of power breakdowns i will not say it a power cut but instead i will say it as power breakdowns.

    So you are requested to kindly look into the matters of these regular power breakdown in our area.

        This side kajal singhal from west sagarpur location... I would like to provide your attention towards our electricity pole which is near to my house... Sparking on wire and heavy fire is there on the pole from continuously one week and no action has been taken yet... We are living in a market area and this daily incident can harm us, our society, nearest shops and the people living around there.. We had called kailash puri office many times but they didn't reply to our calls... We had also complained twice on your customer care support but yet no solution... Complaint no of 28th june - 6907... Complaint no of 30th june-0600... We are so done from your services... Every day we are trying rescue the fire incident and it's also affecting our health and living... I would like to request you that please take some action urgently... There is huge load of wire on this pole... Kindly remove it and helps us with the appropriate resolution...!!

        From last 2 months my electricity bill has increased from Rs 5500 to Rs 7700 and now to Rs 11000.
        This increase is unprecedented as my usage has been the same.
        There seems to be an error in meter reading or some other meter has been read.

          Sir,
          I am living in uttam nagar new delhi. We bought a flat in the area subhash park, here is an electrical pole in the middle of front entrance gate of my house. I already complained many times to my nearest electrical department. I told them to shift this pole at the corner, but evrytime i got disappointment from their side. As monsoon is coming it will be reason for transfer the current in the house which is totally safe for my family and kids.. And also here is too much problem while parking the car inside the house, so i request you to plz suggest better for same and help us to resolve this problem asap 🙏🙏

            Hi team,

            This is to inform you that in our village locality the houses supply line and the supply to the factories is same, due to this voltage is very low. My home appliance are effected and a lot of money is wasted.

            Kindly check weather these factories are legally working or not. If not then kindly cut there supply.

            If factory are legal then request you to put a separate electric line supply for these.

                Dear sir

                It is brought to your kind notice that several complaints submitted and registered with DGM BSES BPRL C9 office VASANT KUNJ, DGM STREET LIGHTS and BSES complaint on line / mobile portal.till date no action has been taken to supply powe to street lights on new fly over NEAR E2 VASANTKUNJ MAHIPALPUR Mehruli main road NEW Delhi since May 2019. Public are suffering and facing accident at night absence of light and create confusion to get right path as merging of six lane road junction. You are requested to take necessary action and give onstructions to concern responsible officer to function the street light at par of public intrest.

                One more thing now in every part of India contact and email address is shows in contact address of responsible officers like MCD, DDA, CPWD and electric what I observed BSES BPRL is under Reliance power Ltd that no email and contact mobile numbers found of nodal and responsible Officer in charge of the area in DELHI. It is my kind request to make clarity and early action BSES should upload contact details of nodal officers name and email mobile details to address concern officer for early action. Public suffer a lot as no action is being taken after complaint through compliant portal. Till date no action has been taken by BSES employers of this area to supply POWER to new fly ocwr at E2 VASANTKUNJ new DELHI.

                Hope for early action to benefit of E2 VASANTKUNJ surrounding area public.

                  This is to inform you that we are facing a big problem of electricity. Every day electricity power cut for 2-3 hour in night.
                  My address is a-105, jawahar park. Khanpur new delhi. 62.
                  And no electricity power in my area. Its happening on daily basis.
                  We submit our bill properly on time. So why cut the electricity power.
                  Bses people schedule power cut whole night. Which is unbearable in this hot weather. Bses is not able to solve this problem.

                  Power cut at in our area on 26-jun-19 @ 9: 00 pm and till now its not resolved. Before 11 hours light has be gone but till now its not resolve.

                  11 hours are too much time.

                  When we call to customers care they said we don't have any update of your area and again & again they are changed their statement.

                  We are facing big problems for electricity prower cut.

                  We request you to plz resolve this issue.

                    There is a high power theft in tagore garden extension area in which they theft electricity and lease them for making money on per day basis. U can check the whole road covered with venders with electric lights on their premises and all wires coming from Galaxy Properties at Tagore Garden Extension Chowk D Block.. illegal rent out of electricity for hundreds of bulbs..

                      Sir/madam,

                      This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of jatin kumar vide connection no. (Meter no.[protected] and ca no.:[protected] r/o h. No.-405-a, s/f, pole no 173, saini mohalla, village nangloi near saini chowk, nangloi, new delhi-110041. We received the electricity bill for the period of 23.05.2019 to 22.06.2019 and i got shocked when i saw the bill i. E. For rs 2, 970.00. Since the time the meter was installed we never got the such big bill. Last bill, which i was paid for the month of april and may 2019 was for rs. 680/-. This is excess billing is done due to not proper reading taken by the executive authorized in our area and also due to fast running of meter. Amount billed for 256 units which was consumed from the april to may 2019. I am domestic consumer and my electric consumption is very low. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify my meter, meter reading and the bill so that i can able to make the payment immediately.

                          I would like to inform you that my neighbor dinesh kumar (P 22 street no 1 shankar nagar extn. Delhi -51 are illegally using the electricity in day and night.

                          Sir, please come there at least one time for checking in day and night then you must found that some disarrangement/muddling in electric meter or electric meter tempering. They are using ac, cooler and many electric appliances but they are not paying the bill as much they require to pay.
                          It's my humble request to you to take immediate action against them and please remember one thing that these people have contact with the electricity employees and get the alert before checking because of those employees.

                                    In UTTAM VIHAR, UTTAM NAGAR, NEW DELH - 110 059 one Mr Jameel Ahmad Alvi @ लादेन of house number N
                                    B-285 Hastsal Colony, Gali no 6, Uttam Nagar East, New Delhi of the above mentioned locality is a habitual offender of electrity theft. Few months ago his residence was raided by the BSES, Delhi's anti theft staff members and found pilferage of electricity bypassing the electricity meter. They immediately confesticated his meter. From that day Mr Jameel Ahmad Alvi @ लादेन ENJOYING FREE OF COST ELECTRICITY WITHOUT PAYING A SINGLE PAISE FOR HIS CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY WITHOUT METER. EVEN HE HAS NOT PAID ANY PENALTY TILL DATE FOR HIS MISDEED. On the other hand those persons, like myself, who has been paying for the electricity consumption feel frustrated on seeing that the great thei[censored]sing electricity without paying any charges with the collaboration of some unscruplous staff of BSES, Delhi. Not only Jameel @लादेन is using electricity for his domestic consumption with all the basic amenities like lighting, 4 AC cooler, etc. He has a good rapport with some of the staff members o[censored]ttam Nagar Police Station and may be with the BSES, Delhi staff also. WILL BSES, DELHI's Senior Staff take notice of the above complaint and take necessary legal steps to book the thief for his misdeed or this a signal to all o[censored]s to follow the foot step of Mr. Radhey Shyam Rohella for free consumption of electricity.

                                      I'm hoping to get some assistance / help to my predicament. I have one electricity connection with BSES as commercial connection with CA number[protected] in Mustafabad area. They replaced old meter and installed the new meter in May 2019 although there was no problem in the previous meter and I had never complained about the same. While replacing meter the office incharge mentioned that this is just an order for all commercial meters in the areal to get replaced although the previous meters were functioning fine and there was no option to not get old meter stayed as is.
                                      Now my current bill is showing 2050 as arrears charge for installing new meter. When I called the customer care they are not entertaining my request properly and putting the calls on hold more than 20 meters, while supervisor is never coming to answer my concern.

                                      This is monopoly and misuse of power from BSES authorities and overcharging for name of new meter while I had 10000 security with BSES already and this new amount 2050 is not getting added the deposited security.

                                      I'm requesting someone to please get some justice.
