I am a resident of mahavir enclave who is facing the problem for the last 4-5 years as there is an electrical pole right in front of entry to my house and we have tried to ignore it for too long now.
We have to build a plastic gate to protect our balcony from the wriring and to prevent any accident as it is right in front of our balcony too which can harm any children who is near that balcony also we have a garage for 2 cars still it is getting difficult to get one car inside as the pole is being a hindarence on our parking. I can send you some pictures if you want on your email account.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

      Dear all in the month of december 2018our meter has been changed by bses staff after that excess bill has been charged from us as per our usage last month we have paid 5650 and now our bill is 7235.00 we have never paid this much of bill not even in summers you can check our bill history
      Kindly look into the matter we cannot pay this much of bill as we have not used the electricity equivalent to this

          I am consumer, under consumer no[protected] of your circle. Sir there is pole front of my house gate. Which is creating problam for us, i am living with my family along two small children. Some time my kids playing outside home that's why i m so scared about current in rainy season. I requested to you please shift same pole for current location. I visited there four times in bses office but they r not considered my complain. I shall be thankful to you for this.

            Subject: regarding new electricity connection application order number — [protected]
            Dear sir,
            I had applied new electricity connection at my residence vide application order number — [protected] — but i was told to clear two points
            1-outstanding bill of sh mah singh against ca number[protected]
            2-flat height above 15 metres
            I would like to add that i have purchased new builder flat which was never constructed before. It was constructed in the year 2017 and this flat was never occupied by any occupant/person. We are the first family to purchase the said flat after its construction and hence there is no question of any pending bill. The address of the pending due is shown as — 1848 a/ second floor while our address falls as — 1848 a/3, fourth floor. Both are different properties and hence no payment is due on flat purchased by us. Both are different buildings.
            The second objection has been raised as the flat height is above 15 metres while according the revenue record the height of our fourth floor is mentioned “”under 15 metres”” under page number 8 of property registry which has been already submitted to you and fresh page is enclosed for your reference please.
            Keeping in view of the above facts, it is requested to install electricity metre at my premises immediately to enable me to shift to my house

              Hi,
              My ca number is[protected]. I have complained several times in bses office regarding the bill. There was a problem detected in meter due to which meter has been replaced. Also, bses executive told me that they will review the bill of last one year and provide adjustment by reviewing one month usage accordingly. But, new bill keeps on generating and when i visited their office they told me to pay bill for current month and adjustment will be provided in next month. However, this keeps on going for next 4-5months and finally they said that no adjustment will be provided. Also, again bill is coming very high. There is some problem in the meter or something due to which consumption is showing high but actually consumption is very low. We only use 2 lights in a day or night of less consumption power and geezer sometimes. That is it, on daily basis. We have few more floors whose bill is coming only rs 700-800 maximum and ours is coming more than rs[protected] minimum in winters. We have paid rs[protected] bill per month earlier for which adjustment should be provided as there was fault in meter which was detected by bses. But, inspite of many complaints raised, no action has been taken yet. And we are still facing issues. M very disappointed and i want an action to be taken against my issue and resolve it. I need full adjustment of previous months and to check why still we are facing issue. Please send an expert who can detect the problem on urgent basis. It will be a great help. The bill for the period of November 2018 has been received for rs. 1100 when nobody is living in the house for the last 10-15 days. The last bill we paid was around 840 rupees.                 At dwarka sector 13, pocket b, metroview apartment we are facing frequent power outages for 6-7 hours. And, this is happening almost twice in a week.

                When i asked any bses official (Dgm) the answer is same "there is maintenance work"

                My question is how-many times in a month you do maintenance work. This is not acceptable.

                Delhi government should take action on this.

                  This is to inform you that residents of G-3/16, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi - 110017 Near Krishna Temple are doing theft of electricity. They are doing power tapping in the back lane on the main line. You can also check their electricity bills for last 2-3 years.
                  For the past one week the above mentioned street light is not functioning. It is in B2 Block Janakpuri. The landmark is Park. It is behind the religious places like Arya Samaj temple, church, gurudwara and sanatan dharam mandir. Kindly rectify the fault immediately.

                    Both payment were made and still not refunded. Please refund it to Syndicate Bank immediately.

                        I left delhi in may 2018 and my electrical connection was disconnected in may. Ca no.[protected].

                        I submitted all the required papers in may only to get back my balance of rs.9200.85.

                        In september 18, i enquired and found out that my refund was still pending for want of a cancelled cheque.

                        I submitted a cancelled cheque along with the ca no. I. E.[protected] on nov 8, 18. I was told i would get the credit in my account in exactly 15 days.

                        It has not come. I cannot go to delhi again and again. Whom to approach.???

                                Sir, i have make a complaint no. 1465 regarding no supply at around 8.30-8.45 pm and thereafter i have call so many times but no action has been taken.
                                I have made an another complaint no.13 through bses app at 12.30. At midnight 1.30 bses staff coming at site and say provide ladder.. Why we provide ladder.. And that midnight. I said that i have no ladder than they reply we have no ladder so we will rectify the issue in the morning.

                                  I have bought bulbs in eesl ujala scheme under three years warranty from bses yamuna office near cbd ground karkardooma/vishwas nagar delhi. But now bulbs have been fused and i want to replace it. I have several visit to above said office but no one meet for replace the bulbs. As well as phone number is also wrong. This is totally harassment and cheating with customer to sell out bulbs with three years warranty. Kindly resolve the problem immediately and mention the address where fuse bulbs could be replaced.

                                    I would like to inform that in my neighbour there is being electricity misuse as they are running heavy electricity motor machines and preparing clothes for dealers on domestic meter. They use machines whole day and sometimes in night also. Use of machines are not allowed on domestic meter. There is noise in the locality also due the machines.

The bill for the period of october 2018 has been received for rs. 1400 when nobody is living in the house for the last 5-6 months. The last bill we paid was around 400-500 rupees.
