(2). Joginder Singh Tokas S/O, Rattan Singh.R/O Address: village Galibpur Near Vansh Dairy Farm /Panchayat Ghar/MCD Toll Tax Both New Delhi -110073.

(3). Raajpal Tokas(Paalu) S/O, Rattan Singh.R/O Address: village Galibpur Near Vansh Dairy Farm /Panchayat Ghar/MCD Toll Tax Both New Delhi -110073.

He is Theft Electricity. Omveer tokas and his both uncle Joginder singh/Rajinder singh/Rajpaal(paalu) He has 03Cooler, 02AC /Water motor04+ 01 Freeze Big0l + 04 Rooms and many Electricity items. He theft electricity every day (24x7) with last 3 year under the electricity pole number JFPJ-174 to attached with 20 M.M Black use common wire all family members are use electrical power supply in commercial /domestics use and welding shop owner Mr Raj pal (paalu) he is also run illegal welding fabrication shop in front of road side

    C 23/b mandawali uncheypar amit agencies opp to navniti apartment in a strret there is a theft of electricity please do llok out for it. The complqint is registered before too but nothing has happened they again have started the same thing. A power unit of coldroom is installed in their house which creates suffocation problem in the area. They do not open the full shutter they keep it half closed and whenever someone comes to check they turn the meter on through button installed in their home

      It is completely black out in the area, bses yamuna has disconnected streetlight for the last 10days. No complaint over phone is adhered to. It appears bses is playing a villain role at the heart of the city and put the area in dark.

      If bses takes more than 12working days to connect lines or more means
      Bses is no more interest to work in delhi and should immediately surrender
      The contract to the authority.

      The cable in the area are loose, excess cable boundle are hanging and touching to head of the residents. On one side your are charging 45mtr. Cable cost from customer, whereas using 3-4 mtr cable only. That too are hanging in air.

      Immediate action should be taken to to connect street light of the area and remove hanging cables. All cable should be covered in pipe covers and per guidelines.

        Due to non payment the electricity supply was disconnected for flat No.
        A-294 Second floor and above, Double Storey Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019. The consumers have started using electricity by applying a Hook into the disconnected meter. the power through theft is being supplied by the consumers - mohinder pal davar and sujata Khullar - to the tenants staying in 17 rooms 50 persons living as tenant. All the flats over flat No.A294 Second floor and above have high consumption of energy for Airconditionrs, microwave, electric iron, and the volume of consumption is so high that the joint or the hooked wire starts igniting and sometime burns.

        There are certain losses and dangers, first theft loss to BSES, second life and property loss due to imminent short circuit fire.

          The consumers have been regular offenders for theft of bses power and the whole flats are occupied by tenants so generally bses lodge case against the tenant and not the flat owner and the consumers.

            I have paid electricity bill of bses rajdhani power limited through online using upi mode of transaction on 09/09/2018. The amount is debited from my account but the payment has failed and i got the payment failed receipt. I got notified from my bank that the amount is transferred to the beneficiary with reference number[protected]. Please check and refund my money immediately.

              Dear sir,

              For the last 3 days we are facing problems, as this lane/road is directly goes to laxmi nagar metro station.
              This street has been repaired after doing the work o[censored]nder earth wire near the transformer station. But still the garbage and stranded stone has not been cleared yet. That is lying in the middle or street/lane (Pics enclosed)
              This happened last time also.
              Kindly instruct the supervisor or contractor to clear these garbage at same time. People and neighbor are facing a lot of problem as well masses are also facing a lot.
              Request you kindly take it on priority.

                Time that it should be cleared. 6 days have gone by but bses

                Rajdhani says that it has not received the payment. Freecharge

                Says that the transaction was successful. Kindly find out

                Where's my money. Bses rajdhani customer service is very

                    Dear sir,
                    We are residence of mahavir enclave area, our address is:-h-3/ 106, bengali colony, mahavir enclave. This is to apprise your good self that electric cable suppling power to adjacent buildings is running through our building. These cable have saddled to an extent that any person standing at first floor balcony may have electrocution. Also these cable have been supported through our building structure which again may prove to be danger.
                    As you aware that raining session is approaching, the condition may become worst and may lead to an accident.
                    The issue have been already inform your department dated 17/06/2018, however no concrete action have been taken to evade the risk except temporary arrangement have been made by your representative.
                    With this letter we would request your good self to immediately implement an action and remove the potential risk of an accident, failing which your department will be solely liable for any miss happening by supplying the electric power through wire hanged with suitable poles.
                    Immediately appropriate action will be appreciated.

                      Respected sir/ madam,

                      This is to inform you that i advocate sanjay baniwal, s/o shri rajesh baniwal, r/o h. No 52, chirag delhi, new delhi-110017 state that in the first half of the august, 2018 some officials of bses came to my house and broke the seal of my electricity meter for the purposes of shifting it from inside to outside, but when i asked for the office order or any notification for doing the same then they didn’t show me anything and left without putting the seal again.

                      I request you to kindly look into my matter, so that the outer box of my electricity meter can be sealed again.

                        In bypl for k. No.[protected] but no response till date and they will charge minimum charges and two bill cycle started.

                        Pls direct them to not charge minimum charges wef date of application because intentionally they are not working due to adjust our security in the period from application date to removal of meter

                          Respected sir,
                          I am residence of hari nagar a block, my home is one sides open and in front of my floor there is huge bank of high watts power cables due to electricity pole situated adjacent to my home.
                          In subsequent manner the wires shots and during rainy reason this issue becomes very frequent.
                          I am raising this concern after 14 year of suffering, as my kids are very small and feel very insecure when they stand sometime in balcony.
                          Requesting you to please take necessary action my moving the pole to the nearby crossing of roads instead of placing it in front of house. This is becoming threat to our family life.

                              I bought a new flat from the builder.but without electricity connection
                              And now am unable to get a new connection as the building is of 5 storey.please help me resolve my problem.ghaffar manzil.jamia nagar.new delhi.11.0025.what is process through which I can get a connection.am really frustrated and worried.

                                I am filing this complaint for my high electricity bill, ca#[protected] i paid ₹390 for march, ₹250 for april, the amount jumped to ₹4780 in may, ₹9240 in june, and ₹7630 for the month of july. This is a huge variation in the bill amounts and i assume the figures are not accurate and needs to be rechecked. If you could please look at this issue and resolve it for me it will highly be appreciated.

                                  The bill amount was tripled from last two months without any change in usage. Previously bill amount ranges between rs 700-1000 but from last two months it is coming around rs 2300.
                                  Please look after on this matter as i won't be able to pay such huge increment (200%) as electricity expense.

                                    Dear sir/mam

                                    I would like to complain about the wrong bill provided to me by bses rajdhani, i would like to mention and thereby point out few things so as you can consider and review it.

                                    My bill for ca no i. E[protected] came rs 6520 for july month.

                                    Now,
                                    1. Previously i paid bill on 11 july of rs 1640.
                                    2. My previous bills never exceeded more than 1800rs that to in the hottest month of june.
                                    3. I don't have that equipment's or appliances which can tremendously consume that much electricity that the bill you have sent me.
                                    4. I have lived at many places with using same appliances and never faced such situation where like currently you have send me such a disastrous bill.

                                    5. It is quite painful and traumatic for me to see such a bill sent to me.

                                    6. I am not living in a villa or luxurious bungalow where i have the luxury of spending that much amount of money on electricity.

                                    Kindly take a look into this matter as its totally a fault from bses side and i want this to rectified at the earliest.
                                    Being a comman man i wont be able to pay this amount which is but obvious too much for me and which i have never consumed as u can check also the past track of bill cycle and amounts.

                                    This is to inform you that as per concerned department as per MRD analysis, no irregularity found in the meter. Bill has been checked and found is in order according to the downloaded reading and consumption pattern.

                                    So this is the payable amount.

                                    As per July'18 data analysis, no irregularity found.

                                    Thanks for a quick reply as expected from but also proving the name of reliance of Mr. ANIL DHIRUBHAI AMBANI as a COMPANY WHICH IS INCOMPETENT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A COMPANY WHICH HAS HIS EXPERTISE IN THEFT, HARASSING AND TORTURING ITS CONSUMERS THROUGH ITS FALSE PRACTICES AND GIVING ITS CONSUMERS A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE THROUGH ITS PRACTICES.

                                    First of all I didn't understand your process how you have conducted your so called analysis and gets the meter checked without contacting the complainee.
                                    I think its your best and ready reply to all your consumer complaints.

                                    Now I Would like to put light on some facts which any person who has a sound mind can understand and acknowledge:

                                    1. I AM LIVING ON A RENTED FLAT AND WE ARE ONLY THREE INDIVIDUALS CONSISTING OF MY 2 YEAR DAUGHTER.
                                    2. WE HAVE THE SAME APPLIANCES AND ELECTRONICS WHICH WE ARE USING FROM PAST FEW YEARS.
                                    3. WE HAVE LIVED IN MANY CITIES AND AREAS WITH SAME APPLIANCES AND ELECTRONICS AND BILL NEVER EXCEEDED 1800 WHICH ALSO CAME WHEN STARTED USING BSES SERVICES, THAT TOO WAS THE HIGHEST FOR US.

                                    4. NOW SHEDDING SOME LIGHT ON OUR PREVIOUS USAGE WITH BSES

                                    FROM:-

                                    [protected] to[protected] i.e 29 days units consumed 173 and bill was Rs . 790
                                    [protected] to[protected] i.e 32 days units consumed 181 and bill was Rs . 1650
                                    [protected] to[protected] i.e 31 days units consumed 158 and bill was Rs . 810
                                    [protected] to[protected] i.e 32 days units consumed 181 and bill was Rs . 1670
                                    [protected] to[protected] i.e 29 days units consumed 182 and bill was Rs . 1220
                                    [protected] to[protected] i.e 28 days units consumed 291 and bill was Rs . 1800
                                    AND LAST BILL WAS I GUESS FOR THE PERIOD FROM[protected] TO[protected] and bill was Rs . 1640 which was paid on 11 july.

                                    Now Coming to the point and as you can see the pattern and also can see the past usage and (Note: new appliance or electronics added at home and also no more usage).

                                    How in the world is it possible for a guy like to me who is using same electricity every month and have also no ways to use that amount of electricity you mentioned which is UNITS CONSUMED 1058 AND BILL IS RS. 6524, which is near to my rent of the house.

                                    In spite of deliberating avoiding consumer complaints and not taking any action and rectifying the issue, you guys are just turning your head away from the issue.
                                    (Note: First of all if I would have used that much amount of electricity which i have not and also i have no means for that too, I would not be putting my energy and time in complaining you.)

                                    This is a very disheartening and traumatic experience which is like i am being duped and also held accountable for something which i have not committed and now i should pay RANSOM (which is bill) without asking questions.

                                    NOW IS IT THERE SOMEBODY WHO CAN RESOLVE THIS SITUATION AND GET ME OUT OF THIS AS IT IS GETTING VERY HARASSING AND DISTRESSING FOR AN ORDINARY INDIVIDUAL LIKE ME.

                                    KINDLY RESOLVE IT ASAP AND RELIEVE ME OF THIS ISSUE.
