My CA no. is[protected] i have registered more then 5 complaints telephonically and online but there has been no response.Some of the complaint numbers are [protected]. Its been a problem for more than 2 years now and i have filed a complaint numerous times but it has not been solved. Its a problem for the whole building we are using 7 metres and on none of the metres the voltages are upto the mark.

    Sir/madam,

    This is with reference to exorbitant bills that we have been receiving for electricity. The bses consumer number is[protected]. I tried to complain to bses directly however they are not interested in getting this resolved. They asked me to get my meter checked and informed me to visit the center and refused to register the complaint on phone. I am domestic consumer and my electric consumption is very low. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the meter so that i don't have to pay the unnecessary bill.

      We the residents of house nos.84-a, b, c&d, pocket d-i, janta flats, kondli, mayur vihar phase-iii, delhi-110096 would like to submit that near our above said houses there is a mother diary (Booth no.782), kondli, mayur vihar, delhi. The electric supply to the said mother diary is provided by bses, yamuna power.in this regard it is to inform you that to supply electricity to the said mother diary, high tension wire is used and the said high tension wire is passing through our terrace. Some portion of the wires are lying on the floors of our terrace with unproper joints. There is also possibility that due to frequent rains in delhi now-a-days and due to unproper joints of the high tension wires passing through our terrace, the whole building may get effected by electric current and result in serious mishappenings. Our children often goes to the terrace to play and while playing there are chances that they may come in contact with the live wires which may result in serious electricutions, etc. Due to the above mentioned facts, the whole residents are living in a state of fear. The urgent attention of bses is requested and to direct the concerned engineer to visit the spot immediately so that the live high tension wires passing through our terrace is shifted to some other safer place so that any mishappending in the future is averted. The photos of the said live wires are also attached herewith for your information please. An early action is requested please.

            Hi sir/ma'am, my name is satish kumar, my ca number is[protected]. My actual date of meter reading was 17/06/18, but on my bill it shows 16/06/18 due to which my current consumption of 369 units has exceeded the subsidy slab and i did not get the subsidy benefits, because the average daily consumption became more due to that wrong meter reading date.in my building there are 8 flats with separate meters, and we all know the real meter reading date was 16th and not 17th. Customer support is not helping, so please help me.

                Dear service providers,
                It is unfortunate to realise that the power cuts in chattarpur has become more frequent than ever. Given the fact that delhi is such a hot city and these power cuts make it unbearable to survive in the heat. Please start becoming efficient in sending your crew when there is a power cut and not keep us waiting for 8-9 hrs. This is unacceptable and such a poor maintenance facility.

                  I m preeti resident of mohan garden f block near peepal wala road.. My complaintis regarding breakdown issue on daily basis in only f block area.. This is going on daily basis in day or night.. Now the time is 3 am and our light was gone at 10 pm.. What is this. If is on daily basis breakdown due to overload then why u r not deviding light into other blocks or why u r install a transformer here for handle that much load.. Bcz on daily ways...

                  I am a resident of block l-extension, mohan garden, uttam nagar. My ca number is[protected]. I am seriously fedup with the customer service of bses. Every second day there is the power cut in my area for atleast 3 hours and if the same time i am trying to complaint from customer care number its always busy at night time. Even i have tried with the whatsapp number as well they never recognised my mention ca number in any form. Request you to please check this issue thoroughly and resolve this power cut issue at night time. I am a job person and it's very different to complete sleeping during power cut.

Is manipulating theft of electricity with the help of your staff at guru harkrishen nagar office in west delhi. The house owner is maintaining 4 ac, boaring moter and few of lcd.
                    I am surprise to note that their electricity bill is maximum rs 2000.00 pm in the peak season.
                    Please check how they manipulating the things.

                      Hi my name is dharam pal, since past 3 to 4 days regularly my power supply is been cut off about 4 to 5 times a day and that to for about 2 hrs. Today power was cut off around 11.00pm so after waiting for half an hour i raised complain with complain number [protected]. However even after 2 hours of the complain no actions been taken for interruption in power supply inspite of reminding them by calling customer service every 20 minutes. I need you to answer a simple question that what is the reason of this cut and why no action been made yet, i have kids in the house who are getting harrased for no reason ofcourse.

                            Power supply badly effected in my locality every night power cuts of 4-5 hours and sometimes we have to spend whole night without electricity our daily life routine is effected badly inspite of lodging complaints and mailing upto third escalation head situation is getting bad to worst concerned person never replies to our calls customer care service never have any update when approached to the local complaint centre there reply is shortage of man power inspite of paying our bills on time this is the kind of service we are getting in reply

                            मेरे घर के बाहर से जा रही बिजली की तार जिनसे घरों में बिजली मिलती है उनमें कभी भी बार बार चिंगारी निकलती है जिस वजह से पहले दो बार आग भी लग चुकी है जिस कारण मेरे घर के सभी सदस्य डर गए है ओर हर रोज चिंतित रहते है भविष्य मे ऐसी कोई बात ना हो इसलिये कृपया कर इन तारों को बदला व मेरे घर से दूर किया जाए

                              My ca no. Is[protected]. From last one month there is voltage fluctuation at extremly high level, in my building, as a result many appliances in my house are damaged. I am complaing in bses again n again but no any action taken till now. My last complained number is [protected] on 6th june 2018. My request to delhi goverment to change the electricity supply from bses to ndpl (Tata power is the best) sothat all most problems of electricity may be solved in delhi. Bses power supply is very poor

                                I jahanvi malhotra, resident of kiran garden, uttam nagar, being a concerned citizen would like to draw your attention towards the increasing problem of frequent power cuts for about 4-5 hours and sometimes even for about 10-12 hours in our area. This has become a serious problem. Because of this people here are facing lots of problems. Students are not able to study during the day also even at night because of regular power cuts.

                                I request you to take strict action against the concerned authorities and resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                                  I had been complaining on bses raj dhani chat bots towards no supply to ca#[protected] since 11 june 2018, time 11:30 pm. Now it is around 6 am 12 june 2018. Till now no one from the ground staff had bothered to oblige to the complaints while the customer care is resolving open tickets without any confirmation on the supply.

                                  Sir, i have elderly parents staying with me who have had a lot of trouble since yesterday night due to non supply.

                                  It's my humble request to you to please track the concern.
