      regarding excess bill amount

      Ca no.[protected] and meter no. 60021976

      It has seen from the above mentioned bill that the current unit consumption is shown as 242 unit (06-0817 to[protected] whereas the earlier was 80-85 units in the previous bill.

      Thus the difference in unit consumption works out to huge units which are on higher side.

      We are extravagantly charged in our electricity bill without much usage. We use basic appliances and even so our consumption is exceeding 550 units. The energy calculator of bses shows our maximum consumption to 300 units after submitting the total no of appliance applied in our house. Kindly look after the issue as our electricity bill is getting higher even after taking so many precautions.

      I paid rs 1030 online from 2 banks i.e. Syndicate bank and SBI . MY CA NO. IS[protected]. BUT BOTH PAYMENT WERE ACCEPTED AND NOT REFUNDED TO ANY ONE BANK. PLEASE REFUND IT TO SYNDICATE BANK IMMEDIATELY.
      Want duplicate bill copy on dec 1999 to Jan 2000 within any month of this year. cause some sarve starting SRA, that they want my home old electric bill of 2000 year. my consumer id is E05733359 Cycle no 12 .MR.Samar Bahadur Gupta

        The bses yamuna power ltd was requested to remove the electric cable
        From the trees by e - mail dt.19.10.2012, 17.6.2013, 2.5.2016, 24.8.2016, 9.8.2017 and personel visit to bses office and telphonic request to the bses staff in front of my house at h-97 ganga vihar gali no. -6 po. Gokalpuri delhi -94. Till today after repeated request the bses did not take any action regarding to remove the electric cable from the trees as per ngt orders. Now it is requested to kindly remove the same at the earliest.

            I am a residence of r. K puram sector 5 house no 1608, new delhi...
            It was 14 aug.17, when they changed our meter, since then we personally feel that the meter is running very fast... I am tracking the readings on daily basis. We are 4 people living in the same and we are approximately getting 9 readings per day, apart from that everyone is working,

                        This is for kind attention regarding using electricity illegally for the last 10 years by shri rambabu saini and smt. Kaushliya saini resident of 8/5 third floor & top floor (Roof floor), jangpura lane, bhogal. They have showed less load (2 kv only) of electricity but they are using 2 air conditioner, washing machine, mixture grinder, geyser, tv, 5-6 tube lights, 4-5 ceiling fans with so many house hold electric items in third floor (2+1 room flat) or two bed room and one living room with two bathroom, one kitchen

                        They have made construction with two rooms in roof with one toilet, one bathroom and one kitchen for rent purpose. Tenant uses cooler, light, fan, mixture grinder, atleast 3-4 tube lights and 2 fans etc. Etc. And other household electric items.

                        They are using only one electricity meter for two floors. But their month bill is only rs.300/- to 400/- in summer season.

                        Your employees who take the meter readings are also with them as they take money from them monthly. Please take suitable actions against them and person who taking ransom every month.

                            I have already paid bill amount of rs 5381.40 for july 2017 by credit card and it was paid in august after 2 days of due date.
                            I have now received the bill of aug 2017 in which they have added arrear of july of amount rs 5381.40 making a total bill of rs 11867.98

                            As i have already paid the amount why should i pay this amount again. Moreover i am not able to see from bses web site any confirmation that they have received this amount.

                            Please help me to resolve as the bill amount is very high.
                            Complaint no given in web site and also in bill do is 39999808 but we can never get connected to
                            This is a serious issue also.

                                  Hi sir/madam,

                                  I would like to share that i am residing at d block near baba balak nath mandir chattarpur extension.

                                  There is no any schedule for electricity break down even 2-3 hours in a day even mid of night and mid of day as follows
                                  11 pm to 1 am,
                                  1 am to 4 am,
                                  5 am to 8 am,
                                  11 am to 1 pm,
                                  2 pm to 4 pm,
                                  4 pm to 6pm etc

                                  Due to the this problem childrens, office workers, housewives, old age people's has been suffered from last many months.

                                  I am living in delhi from last 7 years in different areas but i had never seen this worst situation of electricity.

                                  Please take necessary action under intimation to us so that we could find relief from this worst situation.
