I have to change my house no: 193 to 139 i have many time sent mail and raised requests but after all that my issue did not solve i have facing many problems due to this i am not able to do any government works its my humble request to you kind solve my issue whenever i go to electronic office they always tell me we have raised your complaint your address will be change within a week but nothing happen...

Please look into this matter where the electricity pole is running overload nd due to this the power trips continues after 30-40 min we complained a lot but no resolution given yet, 37 connections is being running in one electricity pole and due to this we are facing too much difficulties whole day so writing to you with some hope that you will fix this problem at earliest.

    Dear sir,
    It's day 2 while i called in bses customer care to know the status of electricity restoration.
    During that on day 1 executive told me there is a fault in line at my street level and after disconnecting call electricity get restored. On day 2 executive gives same answer and told me it will be restored in 2 hour after complaint. But they are not revealing exact scenario. Its happening in bhajnapura street no 6.

    Kindly take action as per your pattern.

      BSES Delhi — Charging extra for paying online

      Sir online is the most preferred mode of paying online.They are charging .9%extra inspite of receiving payment immediately. If we stand in queue and pay by cheque.It is fine.It is loot.

        Respected sir/madam
        My self Manjeet Singh.At 10:00pm I call so many times in your call center but call disconnected.At 12:01am I talk with customer care about no supply in my area.They told me at 3:00am your supply is continue.I wait but nothing is regular .Then I make a call again.He told me there is no update for this.I register my complaint and ask him to mail me about this and also ask him to give me the mail id of bses to complaint that person but he transfer the call in feedback. I make a another call to talk with senior .He transfer my call to senior department.I told him everything but he don't give me a satisfied answer. Wt the hell is this.Wt type of company is bses.Please respect the customer and take a action about this.My CA no. is[protected] and mob. no. is [protected] and reply me as soon as possible.

          I already give complaint to bses, pwd and to u too sir but no one take any action regarding this .sir they call me many times i also gv address to him but they cant visit to place to see the problem .

            From last 4-5 days voltages in our area is very. Low it goes down 120-130 causing very big difficulties my address is f -24 arya samaj road behind kali ghata sweets uttam nagar new delhi -59 ca no. Is[protected] please find some solution and do the needful immediately. P people are facing very badly complaints are made but nothing has been checked and done.

              It is already requested and made a complaint to bses rajdhani power limited with complaint number [protected] that there is some issues with lookwise as well as with genuine seal of the meter box number 13397753, but no one is even trying to resolve the issue of changing of meter box.

                  This is to inform that usha bansal w/o kailash bansal ca no.[protected] and[protected] staying at h. No. 118, gali no. 6/2, m.D. Marg, west gopal nagar, najafgarh, new delhi is involved in electricity stolen activity since a long time. They are using a jumper wire below meter in night after 8 pm to 6-7 am in both of the meters.
                  Usha bansal is using 2 big ac, desert cooler, several fans, tvs, washing machine, refrigerator and several other eletrical appliances in her two storey house by stealing electricity in night time.
                  Please take appropriate action against the above said person for this illegal activity.

                  2-3 years ago they used spiral coil mechanism on old meter to stop electricity meter in every night and now they used jumper below meter.

                    This complaint is against meter seal .The meter is in the name of Mr. Subodh Kumar...CA No.[protected] F-32 Hastsal vihar, uttam nagar Near holy chowk shri shiv shakti hanuman mandir..i don't know how it was broken...i also complaint against it on 14 may 2015..but thet workers did not replace it ...I'm requesting you to please take an immediate action against it...replace the meter seal as soon as possible.

                      I made a request to BSES Rajdhani Power Limited @ 24/11/2014 regarding Name change & submitted all demanded documents to BSES representative who collected and verified, afterwards they had given me assurance that in next billing it will be changed soon. But since then tehere has been no progress in my request's processing.
                      On checking request status on online portal, it displays nothing....

                      Bses registration no. 834 dated 27/2/16

                      2. Bill amount generated through new meter installed should not be clubbed with the disputed amount figure till it is resolved.

                      3.Paments made via cheques for r 12000.00 and r5000.00 against the electricity consumed as per the new meter, still lying with bses office staff would like to know the status :

                      4.Issue to be resolved latest by 15th of april 2016 .

                      5.Request to disclose the security amount lying with
                      B s e s against this connection.

                      6. All correspondence in written only, no verbal instruction shall be entertained.
                      7. Final settlement amount should be supported with relevant documentary proof./reasoning .

                              We wants to complain on bses yamuna power ltd that in our street there are so many connections in one pole exist which is located in gali no-1, old govind pura parwana road delhi-110051. its very difficult to us that there are so many connections of other locality also we complain for stand any other pole for the different street so that some connections are avoid from here its causes fire on house some child are suffer electric shocks from the house balcony.

Dwarka Mor Metro Station This pole lamp - LED - is not working for the past several days rendering the area darker during nights, thereby leading to security risks.
