Burnt meter

I am Saique Hussain, my CRN no is[protected]. When My meter got burnt First I made a complain through phone then on I went to the dwarka sector-6 office to complain about my burnt meter. One of the output connection was burnt. I was told that I'll have to pay a nominal charge for that single connection. But when I got the bill it showed ARREARS of Rs.2685.48/-, when I asked the customer cell-I was said it is for the new meter. My question...

We didn't receive a Nikko r the previous month. Got a bill due in December. Before it was due, our connection has been cut without warning. We have made payment. BSES says we now need to contact the divisional office. However their offices are closed for 3 days. It is a security concern for women living alone to not have electricity. We have not even been informed before the electricity has been cut. They are not offering us any solution.

              Case i was making bill payment to BSES delhi for my power bill on POS. Bses TX. no DSMP[protected] dated 13/09/2015 at 22:27:28 hours and your bank Pos tx no was[protected] was failed due processing error. but due to poor mobile network i got bank SMS late and once again payment was made wide BSES tx. no DSMP[protected] at 22:35:17 hours and bank tx no.[protected] but the problem came up when amount was deducted in Both cases... next day onward i am writing to them but no refund is yet recieved .. is there any role of bank network in it... can there be amount lying in suspense account of bank where is my money ??

                  Hi, This is with reference to CA No.[protected], Complaint No.[protected] Dt. 10/08/2015 and subsequent alternative complaint No. [protected] Dt. 12/08/2015. There was defect in service cable and it was removed by line man. Then we requested for replacement of service cable with receiving number 510 on 21/8/2015 till now issue is not resolved.

                        I paid electricity bill by using ICICI bank debit card online for CA No.[protected] on 26 Sep but I found bill unpaid on 29 sep and I put a complaint before your desk after that bill amount was credited in my account back in the evening of 29 Sep. Now there are two issues One is who will pay the fine as late bill submission|? Second is if I m repaying the electricity bill then I am getting some error 500 and not able to process after selection of payment option as debit/credit card

                          BSES is indulging in unfair and fraudulent activities where they are tweaking the monthly billing cycles every month as per their whims and fancies solely to dis-entitle the customers from subsidy. Sometime they are taking readings for 32 to 33 days and sometimes as low as 27 to 28 days for billing purpose taking into account the high and low usage days, so that for proportionate days the units consumes slightly go above the subsidy limit threshold. For last two months BSES has denied me subsidy due to overuse of just 2 and 4 units respectively. If they had taken readings for the proper fixed month, I would have got the subsidy in both months. I had made complaint to them last month but they have not even responded to that. Such corrupt practices of these companies must be stopped. Don't know how many customers are getting fleeced by BSES this way
                          I've faced same issue during last month's bill. The Actual reading says 395 units. However they have charged 1st 192 units @ Rs 4/ unit, next 193 units @ Rs 5.95/ unit and 10 units @ Rs 7.3/ unit.

                          The Slab says 0-200 units @ Rs. 4/ unit, 201-400 units @ Rs. 5.95/ unit and 401-800 units @ Rs. 7.30/ unit.

                          To de-entitle me of subsidy, they sent a bill of 29 days and pro-rate the units consumed. The subsidy provisions entitle them to pro-rate the 400 units into number of days. eg. In my case subsidy claimable is 400 * 29/ 30 = 386 units.

                          However, if the actual bill sent is for 395 units, they cannot pro-rate the calculation to units billed. This is actual bill not provisional bill. So the slabs can't be applied on pro-rata units consumption.

                          Big fraud involved !!
                          Same here exact 395 units, and they are denying to give any subsidy, i rold them the way you are calculating bill nobody will ever get the subsidy, bloddy hell the bill says 395 units and their calculation methods go on assumptions, shouldn't it be on actuals as per the units consumed in the bill. looks like they have made this 395 a nice threshhold to deny subsidies. I just hope they are not taking subsidies from the government in such cases.

                          It may also be though that the government and companies are together in this.

                            I nirmala chauhan, R/o 29/90, Gali No. 10, Vishwas nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032, having electricity connection with BSES yamuna Power wide CA No.[protected]. On dt[protected], i fire occured at my house due to neutral arise in connection. and i got a heavy loss due to this fire like i lost my LED of Rs 150000, Home theater system worth of Rs 45000/- and other electrical appliance like fans, bulbs, tubelight and fancy jhumer etc. i complaint on bses help line no.[protected] with my mob no. [protected] so many times vide complaint no. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. Only i recd all time just casual walk by bses employees, and no serious action is taken. I fed up now. Even they deny to accpet return letter for such complaint.

                              Sir, This has reference to my complaint submitted vide No. CG/UR - 1319 / 2015 Fwd: {DWML15089969} [REPLY3] Re:Fwd: Incorrect Bill- July 2015 and {DWML15089914} [REPLY3] Re:Fwd: Incorrect Bill- July 2015. In this context it is regretted to inform that after brought to your notice about malpractice in our bill no action / rectification has been taken till date. Yesterday, I have also received Bill No.[protected] for the month of August wherein again overcharged bill amount has generated. In this bill we have consumed 383 Units and as per Govt. Guidelines below 400 Units subsidy is to be given but in this bill no subsidy was given. I have also given complete reason why the previous and current bill was generated wrongfully which shows the malpractices take on your part. Few consumers you have provided subsidized rates and few of them without subsidized rates even on same grounds (for this I have provided you documentary evidence). Since, last month I have approached you for rectification in my previous and current bill amount but no action has been taken till date which may invites the legal proceeding against you.                                 I had paid my last bill of Rs-7600/- on dated 13/08/2015 by online but I again received bill amount Rs-8910/-included the same payment of Rs-7600/-which has already paid at my end and I yet not receive payment confirmation from themselves .

                                I had several requested to them for send me current bill month amount with amended bill not last bill included payment but they not update me for the same and I received current bill amount of Rs-8910/-.
