BSES is indulging in unfair and fraudulent activities where they are tweaking the monthly billing cycles every month as per their whims and fancies solely to dis-entitle the customers from subsidy. Sometime they are taking readings for 32 to 33 days and sometimes as low as 27 to 28 days for billing purpose taking into account the high and low usage days, so that for proportionate days the units consumes slightly go above the subsidy limit...
