Replacement Of Service Cable

Why was bill amount refunded back

I paid electricity bill by using ICICI bank debit card online for CA No.[protected] on 26 Sep but I found bill unpaid on 29 sep and I put a complaint before your desk after that bill amount was credited in my account back in the evening of 29 Sep. Fraudulent billing to dis-entitle customers from subsidy

Day night electricity cut in ram nagar(krishna nagar) delhi
