    Day night electricity cut in ram nagar(krishna nagar) delhi

    I am living in delhi or in a village, many times this thought comes in my mind..we shifted from dwarka to ram nagar 4 months back and since 4 months we are living in terrible situation..electricity goes more than 4 or 5 times in a day even in night electricity comes around at 4 am and a minimum duration of electricity cut is 1 hour.....

    Everyday or alternate day, power goes for 3-5 hrs due to the same reason of breakdown.just wanted to know that how its possible that breakdown occurs everday.plz resolve the issue.today on 09 th aug 2015, power gone at 7am and didnt came till the time of complaint almost 10 hrs.what is it.plz resolve

      Payment Made thru Net banking not being acknowledged by company.

      An online payment of Rs Rs 2960.00 was made by me to M/s BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd on 06 Aug 2015 thru Netbanking from my ICICI Bank a/c.The bank has cleared the payment vide their Transaction ID [protected] and the amount has been deducted from my a/c. However BSES, vide their Transaction Reference No.DICI[protected] have intimated that they are unable to ascertain receipt of the payment. The amount is still being reflected as an unpaid electricity...

      BSES Yamuna cheating people for money by making false cases. As it was heard, people took to theft but it seems the BSES is cheating people by making false theft cases. If BSES is unable to stop theft, is this way to compensate by making false cases on innocent people?. Like our case, a BSES team visit a locked house at 349, flat no 1 S/F katra Budhan Rai, Bazar Delhi Gate, and makes a fake videography of theft .Later, they sent an assessment bill for theft. How is this possible when the flat was locked? When we met them they are unable to show the proof of video recordings. It clearly show that they are harassing us and forcefully obtaining money for a theft not done by us. It has become a routine for them by sending lengthy theft bill to consumers and then compromising by 50-50 or 40-60. We shall not pay a single penny except our routine bill to them.         A case of clear harassment which has been done by BSES and blaming illegally an innocent person for theft when he was not even present at his home. Many complaints were received at RWA office that BSES Yamuna Power Enforcement teams target locked homes and harass people by sending them assessment bills for theft. Like in this case which happened at 349, Flat No. 1, Second Floor, Katra Budhan Rai, Bazar Delhi Gate, Darya Ganj-2. An enforcement team led by Mr. D.C. Soni (Senior Manager- BSES YPL) visited the above said site on 06/07/2015 and sent an assessment bill for theft while the flat was locked from 03.07.2015 to 09.07.2015. The person residing at the above address was outstationed of which the proof is with him. As mentioned in the report by BSES that videography was done by the team. How is it possible when the house was locked? If they are able to provide us the proof of all video recording and justify the neighbours evidence then we shall pay the total amount with interest.           Pole Repair

          Dear All My residence is C-209A/1, Savitri Nagar 110017 behind Relince Fresh, There is electric pole in the middle of my residence gate touching my house it’s a high tension pole. There are lot of new line which are assigned to new customers. But whenever a new connection is given the pole is getting heavy day by day with lots of hanging wired and OPENED DISTRIBUTION.I don’t know from 1 pole how many connection u can assign. Request...

            Hi, My name is Jaswant Kaur and my number is [protected]. We have been paying around Rs. 1300 for bill amount of BSES and also we have paid around Rs 1300 in May as well in which the consumption o[censored]nit almost should be same as we have only 1 AC of 1 ton and 1 desert cooler which we have used same in May, June and July however the bill amount for June and july is Rs. 4000 but neighbor's bill amount is still same in all three months. Please get the same checked as we are only 2 in family and dont consume electricity much but have been charged 3 times then April' & May's bill amount. We have called up customer care to know the reason however they are saying it is correct charge but we didn't use this much, you can also check through our old bills.               My ca no is[protected]. The wiring was done by bsesw on 16 - 06 - 15. The wiring done by bses is neither over head nor underground. The wiring is touching the road and could be dangerous as the road is busy and possibility of wiring being pulled by vehicles or accidently by human. This may cause loss of life and property if any mishappening takes place. Recently on 17 - 07 - 15 there was a blat in wire and one foot wire is exposed. Exposed. Inspite of repeated requests to change the wiring bses persons are not attending the complaint. . The bses should immediately change the wiringso that no accident takes place. If any accident happens bses would be responsible.

I Went To Tagore garden Office And Made 2 Written Application ( One in Hindi And other in English ) but the Manger ( Mr. Sudhir Singh ) Disagreed With it and Said To File A Case Against it in Court. Reasons For These Other Charges- Wires and connection box needs to be changed which provide Electricity to Every house. Why me..??? i can't Afford to pay my Electricity bill how can i pay these Extra others charges And Why only i have to pay these other charges but They Don't have A valid reason To Support my Question..?? i also Made 5 Complaint Against it using Emails but No Replies i also made a complaint on its Official Website but the status of complaint is zero and no Reply... Complaint No. [protected] I have filed my Complaints Everywhere but no Reply From their Side.. I want to get rid From these other Charges... PLEASE help me in case you Can... Regards...                       Hi Team. I made a Transaction on 2nd July. Transaction :TO TRANSFER INB BSES Rajdhani Power Limit BSES Rajdhani Power DSBI[protected]IG0AGSGVL4 TRANSFER TO for amount 5300. However the amount wasdebited but it failed to load the BSES page. I made the payment again on 6th July which was successful. kindly refund the amount I made the first time. My payment was done twice.

                          Dear Sir I am resident of 208 sant nagar, EOK, New Delhi-65. My connection no is[protected] . I paid all my dues on 09-06-15 but till date the meter is installed for my new connection at my premises. The BSES irresponsible attitude can be judged from the fact that almost one and half month has passed but no meter is installed till date. Inspite of personal requests to the highest chair the condition is same. To show the supremacy of BSES Mr Rahul came on 13-06-15 to install meter but left the premises without installing the meter. My complaint is if consumer don’t pay bill by due date, penalty is imposed. What about the penalty for dalay in meter installation and attending to other complaints by bses. Further BSES carless attitude can be judged by their wrong work ethics . They installed 4 other meters after gap of 25 days from payment. The wiring is touching the road and may cause loss of life and property if any mishappening takes place. Inspite of repeated requests to change the wiring BSES persons make one excuse or other and are not adhering to our complaint. The wrong wiring photo is attached. The BSES shold immediately change the wiring in a safer way so that no accident takes place .

                          Mr Rahul came to install meter on 13-07-15 and not on 13-06 15. Without installing the meter he left the premises without giving any reason. The bses officials talk of tendency but don't respond to complain and demands even after one and half month.

                            I would like to bring to your notice that an electricity pole in front of our property @ B 1310/11 GD Colony Mayur Vihar 3, Delhi 110096. The pole is going through our roof with too much laod and leaning towards 1 side. This poses a serious threat to the safety of neighbours. The concerned authority is therefore requested to take suitable action by moving the pole to an alternate location and minimize the load.

                                Dear sir My application No : [protected] submitted on 25-06-15 and payment on 02-07-15 I applied for lift testing meter on 25-06-15 at 208, Sant Nagar, EOK, New Delhi-65 at EOK BSES office. I personally submitted the application after proper verification by concerned official. Surprisingly after 7 days on inquiry about my application status I am informed after 7 days that undertaking from guarantor is required. The behavior of senior most official was outrageous. The payment was made on 02-07-15 along with complaint letter that meter be installed as already the desirable period after submission of application is over. Till date no meter is installed and the work of lift testing is stalled because of no current supply. This is indeed a matter of great concern that officials of BSES are least bothered about the time period given for meter installation. The personnel requests have been made and every time there is an excuse given but no meter is installed. It seems the senior official is deliberately delaying the work and it is clear case of careless approach of BSES. Every time on inquiry about meter installation I am informed that work would be done today but nobody bothers to report also
