    we, residents of Pocket -C and E in gangotri enclave, Alaknanda from flats 37 to 80 are facing high voltage fluctuating between 240-265 volts.voltage above 240 volts is very risky and can cause severe damage to electric appliances .In past complaint was made in local electricity complaint office and electrician came with voltmeter and checked also.Kindly take it as urgent and check the transformer of this area and kindly adjust the voltage from transformer at the earliest .

        I received a letter with Bill dated (14.4.15) due date 1.5.2015 that in 2014-15 Recorded meter supply is 5.10 KW, 5.28 KW and 5.28 KW which is average 5.22 KW and they enhance round avg. from 2.00 KW to 6.00 KW. I with to inform you that in that time in Jan & March 2015, a function in my house. Please ignore the same and ehnace the a Load from 2.00 KW to 5.00 KW which is near to the 5.00 KW not 6.00 KW.Myself and my husband two members are in the house and we are in the office in day time and we have not more KW consumption.           Change of wire from pole to meter

          I appreciate changing of old meters with the new electric meters which was done at my premises long back. As per Copmpany's special drive, old electric connection wires are being replaced with new yellow coulour wire from pole to the meter in the area. But mine is still pending which causes frequent power break-up due to old wire. It will be a wise step if action is taken on priority to replace the wire at the earliest. My address and other...

            Dear Candidates and aspirants, who want to make their career in Merchant Navy/Rig/Platform or somewhere linked with the field of Marine and ship, these contents are for you to be careful from Fraud and Cheating by Marine Agents The content of these blog could be helpful for you, if you are a fresher and keen to join the above mentioned field and want to pursue your career. But guys if you are a fresher, you need to take care that you don't become the victim of this market. Yes this is actually the market of Fraud agents, consultancies and mediators between the shipping company and you. This worst market is full of fraud agents whether you are in Mumbai, Chennai or Delhi... And you are likely to be deceived if you are a total fresher, an agent can make you fool in a second, or even on a phone call. I have such an experience of being a victim who have lost a huge amount and time trusting on agents. My family and friends used to say me to be away from agents, but it is very very difficult to get some job in this field without the help of agents. And I trusted many, where I wasted my 2 years waiting for the job, I wasted money in formal training like STCW & OTFC, for getting CDC and other documents. And I was many times referred to agents from agents, they are maintaining a network like a property dealer. Finally after waiting for almost 2 years, I(with my 3 more friends) ended up losing a huge amount trusting one of the agent. I was sent to TURKEY for job, where I met the second party and I had to pay him a lot of money even after paying my first agent in Mumbai, though I had no option as I have had landed in other country to work. They give me a duplicate otfc ctfc & fake document and in turkey agent collect all document his name is cpt emra and after that mr. Imra is tourcher and tell all your doc is fake after 3month he return candidate and employe another fresh candidateand take lots of money from another from indian agent in india have one agent mr.tejpal, and tejpal have supply a seaman to emra and taked a large money for candidate And if you are thinking of making your career after doing an expensive course from an institute, still there is not such scope now in Marine field even for the candidates from reputed and high-fees institutes. I have seen the guys to have dropped this dream after spending a lot on courses, going to agents for getting jobs after paying lacks of rupees in institutes. And what agents do thereafter is mentioned above. What is your education doesn't matter in marine field, you will have to start your work as a labor only, as a GP rating guy or below the level. So if you can diverge your mind from this field or career, you are likely to get succeeded, and if you have became stub born for the marine only, I will again remind you to think about your family and Loving parents. Candidates having the sailing experience of 2-3 years are hunting for the jobs now, when they have to wait for long, paying the agents they have made in 2-3 years, who is going to hire a fresher. So Leave this now. There are many agents in Mumbai and Delhi, some of them are named here: Akhilesh & Rakesh(office is near Bombay Stock exchange), Abhishek, Bindiya, TEJPAL, ASHU CHOWDHARY, DHANANJAY SINGH Corprate marine in kharghar, prakash singh harsh offshore.pradeep dubey sea 4 marine Mumbai), DILIP YADAV ANKIT SINGH, SUNIL FROM BOMBAY OFFSHORE. Nervis Vaz(Mira road, Mumbai), Baba/Pandey Ji(Bandra), Choudhary(associate of Baba), Aryavart Corporation(Greater Kailash, New Delhi), Capt. Suniel Kumar Sharma(Aryavart corporation), Rakesh Pandey(Aryavart corporation), Ms. Richa(Aryavart Corporation), Alen Maritime Institute(Bangkok's fake institute by Aryavart Corporation), Belize, Panama, Liberian and other CDC and CoC Agents and many Mishra's, Pandey's and Shukla's in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai region. These people are enough to make your life hell. And this field of Merchant Navy does not contain much for you now, it is out dated. Better choose some other career option, don't waste your life and career to sink in the water, or just to see water all around you. Parents, take care of your growing young child. If your Son goes to any of the agent in Mumbai, you are likely to lose him after he leaves the country. Because the first thing an agent offers is Dubai/ Malaysia/ Indonesia. Because it is easy to get the fraud visa of above mentioned countries. Important points to be taken care of: * Always go out on a work visa if you are going for the employment out of the country(but you can have a better chance only in India, never outside your country) * Never pay an agent before getting the job, don't worry about the company letter(they will always be fake). * Avoid going to Gulf countries, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangkok. * Do not go by trafficking or on Tourist visa, or through an unauthorized person. * Keep your family in loop with the Agency or Consultancy. * Once you pay the agent, never even think to get a single rupee back, if he has bluffed you. * There is now no high salaries in Marine field, you can better earn a lot somewhere else. STOP DREAMING OF MERCHANT NAVY, RIG, OIL JOBS, PLATFORM, BARGE, CRUISE JOB. It will be in your favor only. ! Report Spam Yes I do agree with every 1 having complaints against this company. Yes this MAIDEN VOYAGE CONSULTANTS (headed by Saurav Mukherjee and his wife Paromita Mukherjee) has cheated a huge number of merchant navy aspirants from different parts of INDIA. They duped huge sums of money from many aspiring candidates promising them to provide merchant navy training and to provide them placements in shipping companies. The courses that they offered (i.e A 3 months Pre Sea training for Cadets from India or Bangkok) are basically useless as they are not approved by IMO (international Maritime Organization) and neither these courses are recognized by THE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF SHIPPING, INDIA. So if you pay them a lump sum for training the only thing valuable for you in your future proceedings are the 4 mandatory STCW certificates which you can get from any DG Shipping approved institute in India in turns of 11000/- INR and a Liberian/ Panama CDC (which has no value in the Indian Shipping Market) which you can get for about 20000/-INR. Regarding the other courses like GP RATING course, DNS, BSC Nautical Science, etc (which are approved by DG shipping, India) you really don't need to pay money to any consultants to get admission because these consultants are not entertained by any boards like BES/ IMU (conducting the approved Pre Sea Training in India). Regarding placements this company has contacts with some roadside agents in Mumbai who can only waste your time, not provide placements. This company will take money from you and send you to mumbai to another agent and that agent will send you to another agent and another and another like just passing a football. And the candidate will have to stay in mumbai at their own expenses and when he gets sick and tired of this passing over and statrt claiming a refund then Saurav Mukherjee and his associates will either change their phone numbers and their office address or ask for the transaction proof from the candidate or show some other excuses (like processing fee and all nonsense) for not providing a refund.

                Dear Concern Authority, I am really tired going to their office every day and the are not reverting my mails too.I had send mails to these id's -bypl.[protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@hotmail.com. PLS HELP. The mails which I had sent is as stated below. What a worst service? I tried very hard to register a complain both personally and online but could not, personally your employees are in no mood to listen as we will have to move as per their mood and secondly you online registration showing error message. So I opt for writing a mail to you with a hope that I problem will be solved. I know BSES Yamuna have a monopoly but still Rs 18/unit for domestic consumption is very high. I story of started on the very day I thought of renovating my house . I had no idea that I should had informed BSES Yamuna power for the same. But as my faith could had stuck, one day a received a notice from your company and was asked to come to your office on a particular date. When I went, I was surprised to receive a penalty of Rs 21, 027 for my construction work and unit charged was Rs.18/unit.I told them that I was unware that I had to inform them. After 1 month of repeated visit somehow they agreed and my amount was reduced to Rs. 13, 500 and 3 installment was made that need to be paid in three month. I was told that if I miss any installment than the discount will be void, that means I will have to pay the whole amount of Rs.21027. It was like, I am taking a loan from a local money lender who is agreeing on whatever he wants. I thought my problem was solved but it was just a started as even after my construction was over 3 months back .I am still paying the same rate of Rs 18/unit. When I again visited your office then I was told that this rate will exist till all my installments are over. I paid one installment last month of Rs.5500/- on 20/4/15 and this month is due on 18/5/15. My question is why should I pay Rs 18/unit when my construction has stopped 3 months back and per unit rate is not reduced to domestic rate . Why I have to live at the mercy of your employees. If this problem is not solved soon than I have no option than to apeal in the consumer forum.                   We have given a request in writing since the BSES was established in 2005 repeatedly for no shutdown or maintenance or any other work asp. On Friday from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. Even after that on 24/4/15, Friday. shutdown took place. As I called the BM (O&M), he answered rudely when we had only informed him that the light was cut -off twice. Instead he replied that we should contact him after one and half hour has passed since the light was shutdown. BM with such rude behaviour and impatient to our problems must be removed from here and a person who is undrerstanding of the problems must be brought here. While Previously DGM Ch.Ch had taken this issue seriously and maintan the situation cut off light specially Friday prayers from 12noon to 3pm only.

                    The O & M officers and contact lineman( complaint centre ) of Chandni chowk div. do not take complaints seriously. Mr. Rajinder Singh- BM (O&M) Chandni Chowk Div. is also not co-operative with us. On 21/4/15, shutdown took place at 1:00 a.m at 1211 and others at Gali Mahal Sarai, Punjabi Phatak, Ballimaran. Complaint center Lahori Gate was informed but they failed to attend to the complaint till 4:00 a.m. Neeraj and Naresh were on duty and according to them the fault was minor as nuetral wire had come off. On 24/4/15, supply was shut down at Lal Kuan from 10.00 pm till 4.00 pm. At complaint center TO Mr Nagar was there.He was not able to give proper information why the supply was cut-0ff? After 1.00 am he switched off his cell no [protected]. So at night a supervisor is necessary so they can satisfy the complaintanant by the giving proper information.

                          This is to bring in your notice that as the summer season has begun, there are many faults taking place somewhere or the other. Below are a few points we would like your attention to: 1.                             Hello Sir/Ma’am, I, Gulshan Kumar, resident of house no. N-76, Gurudwara Road, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059, complaint about overloading of connections on a single pole and every day the light cut off due to LT Box & tanky burn on the poll, It has 15 to 20 connection on it. which is not suitable for us due to this we have to face breakdown problem of electricity three to four times in a day time of 15 days and I have complaint so many time but no reply till the date. I am highly dissatisfy for the no supply of electricity. Please rearrange a big box for these connection to set up these cables in a arrange manner to resolve the problem of breakdown of electricity.                                     Sir, All residents of Punjabi phatak Ballimaran suffering from street light problem due to non functioning switch where the installed for on/off it's problem creating since 20th march, 15 as we on switch to open street light then after maximum 30 minutes it's being very hot and automatically get off then after 30 minutes rest we able to to on its.                                       Dear Sir, I am M.V.Ramadasan, President of RWA, 20 Block DDA and JJ, Dakshinpuri Extn. New Delhi. Sir we have one Transformer office building at 20 block . This is under the control of Khanpur Office. This building is not maintaning last 25 years. Now one of window is already damaged because of your officers brocken this window for checking the meter ext. because they dont have the gate key also. This gate is not open till date. So every time your officers are going inside through window. So they brocken this window. Now many cows and dogs are staying under in this building.They came inside through this way. We given the complaint many time but the khanpur office not attending this complaint. Also this building condition is very bad. So please sent one good officer to check this building condition and get repaired at the earliest. Otherwise anything will happen in any days.
