Excess Bill for January 2015

This is to bring to your notice that I got an excessive amount of bill for the month of January 2015. I have not consumed so much units which have been shown in the bill. My average maximum consumption is 200 units per month whereas I have received the bill showing 728 units and Rs. 5050.00 (Five thousand fifty ) which is absolutely wrong.
