dear sir/mam,

My electricity load exceeded randomly in defferent months.But neither you nor DERC had given information of load changes, that if load exceeds if continously in three months you will charge.Kindly refund my amount that you charged.Please resolve the issue & issue my complaint number for further follow up.

    Hi, Paid the bill for address 13/22 2nd floor ORN on time. Yet your door boy had to come and cut the connection to my house. He has received the cheque himself and doesn't remember that. Pls kick such useless personnel (PravinPravin) out of your business.Really a pain when we are trying to lead a normal life.

      Hi, I just wanted to know what happened to amount which was debited from my credit card. if it is not recieved by you. I tried to make an online payment of rs970 for my BSES Electricity bill CA no.[protected] on 03/10/2014 the transaction got unsuccessful but the amount was debited from credit, and then i again try to make the payment and the same thing happened again again 970rs was debited from credit card but transaction got unsuccessful. So please let me know what will happen of rs 1940 (970+970) ...

        electricity theft in chander lok shahdara Respected sir, Mr.Bijender singh residence of house number 245 street no 1, chander lok colony mandoli road shahdara delhi93 is stealing electricity by making some arrangement at his firt floor near steps area from long time. When ever some one come to check his meter, he first went to first floor and operate some device and than only he came down to open the main gate.we have also notice every time when ever there is a visit of your checker, local electrician and local meter reader came in the evening and make some arrangement in his house. Which clearly indicates involvement o[censored]r reader. Today when there is a ambush drive reach to our street, the said person immediately lock his house and leave immediately which we notice he did it after receiving some informative local call(my be from meter reader). Which clearly shows his suspicious action and clearly indicating he is actually stolen electricity, and at the end every checking, both local bses reader and local electrician came to his house to do some arrangement with him that can't be some coincident. Please look into the matter soon as possible

            Dear Sir, This is to inform you that i have applied for new connection on 30/06/2014 with application number-[protected]. I have called so many times on customer care number to know the status of my application, every time i got answer that we have escalated your application to the concerned department. When i dint get any response from customer care people i have visited Vasant Kunj C9 office and raised this issue. In the beginning BSES people did not send any one for site visit after very long and frequent follow up, they came and site visit was done. I was asked to pay necessary fee for new connection installation. I have already paid the fee on 22 august and i was told that connection will be installed in 7 days. But after even 2 months time my connection is not installed. I request you to kindly take necessary action .

                Dear Sir, The connection is in the name of Nirmala devi, CA No.[protected], and CRN No. [protected]. Plz give me explanation... 1. Why there is two different unit rates in one bill if the consumed unit is under 200. Means as per your direction 0 to 200 units comes under one slab. then why there is two different rates in one bill???? 2. Upto 48 unit, unit rate is Rs. 3.90, after that for another 18 unit, unit rate is Rs. 4.00 why so????? 3. If you have charged already as per the slab then why you are putting fixed charge what does it mean???? 4. What about 30%rebate which government had announced?????

                  CA NO.[protected], the company without requirement of the customer, the load of the said connection has been enhanced. In the month of January, 2014 and around the January the work of the said house carried out then the MDI were high of the sanction load, while in the said house an another meter is also installed with sanction load of 2 KW, CA No.[protected] in the name of the DIVAKAR SHARMA. Presently there is no need of enhance of the Load of present CA No.[protected]. The load of the present CA No,[protected] may kindly be reduced with immediate effect.

                      Street light not working as switch of mcb burn

                      It is to inform you that Street Lights installed in the Electric Pillar No.: BSES/NJF/AY-11 & 12 located at Gupta Market Colony, (near New Anaj Mandi) Najafgarh, New Delhi is not working/power supply from last few days due to loose connection in Switch Board/MCB. Sparking from MCB/Switch while switching on/off during morning & evening also noticed. To avoid electric hazard to the residents, kindly look into the matter and repair/replace...

                      Just fed up with the power fluctuation at home.almost year have been past with the same power fluctuations and we have almost all our electrical appliances short circuit due to this irritable power fluctuation. Even in BSES Rajdhani office in District Center west Delhi no one is interested in listening our complaint. We are facing many problem like fridge, TV break down, explosive in MCB, AC have short circuit constantly. I don't know BSES official are waiting for any major mis-happening. I don't know whom to complaint now as I am tired of been complaining the same to all BSES official but no appropriate action is been taken.                           Raid was done in March 2014at park maintained by KK Mehta outside A23 Jangpura externsion wherein he was using direct connection from pole for lighting 50 bulbs in park, using power for unauthorised room in park and for his servants room outside A 26 jangpura extension new delhi 110014. Even though raid was done and he was caught red handed TILL date no action has been taken against KK Mehta of A 23 jangpura extension. He is roaming free. He has been stealing electricity for last more than 12 years. Immediate action should be taken against KK Mehta so that other persons should steal electricity. Vigilance department is not taking action against KK Mehta. No notice has been issued to him till date. He does not care for anybody.

                            Sub.: Complaint Against Electricity Bill C.A NO.[protected] &[protected] CRN No.[protected] &[protected]Regarding excess bill for the month of june 2014)


                            This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of KAMLESH KUMA YADAV.We received the electricity bill in both meter . One meter have excess RS 9258 & another is 9204.

                            I just want to know how this excess bill come.Moreover I have had one commercial meter in name of Asha Yadav CRN NO. [protected] in 2012 . Which bill is upto April 2012 is Approx RS 9100 & our security deposited Rs 10000. I had complaint to close this meter and your guy had come in April 2012 and Meter was carry with him and given receipt and say your account is settle..

                            After that no any bill has come and we know our account is settled. In June 2014 after 2 year 2 month how can you shift over charge in another our domestic and commerical meter.

                            I humble request please resolve our old issue asap and reverse excess bill from CRN No.[protected] &[protected] as I have no pending any due.

                              Sir/Mam, It is to say that in spite of several complaints and reminders regarding low voltage, my problem is still not resolved. As you know that summer is going on its ultimate level, my children are getting sick due to scorching heat, several home appliances got defected e.g. stabilizer, AC, fridge etc. Day before yesterday I tried to communicate with Sarita Vihar Office Incharge (Mr Singh-[protected]) but he showed very silly attitude and not gave any satisfactory response. some line man visited and worded with the pole but it is surprising that the condition of low voltage became more worst. Since yesterday, we are facing much more difficulties which are expressible. In this terrible situation barrier of patient of a person naturally breaks and ultimately a public person go beyond any limit. Now let me say that if my low voltage problem is not rectified soon, I promise that I will forward all my complaints and reminders and even current situation to the higher authorities, governor of Delhi, Electricity Minister and also to the Media. You are again requested to think on this problem.

                                Call center numbers dont work

                                Hello, I am from Mehrauli New Delhi and there have been Frequent power cuts these days. Whenever i try to call center number[protected], it does not connect irrespective of day time or at night. EEven local complaint center numnumbnumbersnumbers dont work, iif they dodo, ppeople dont pick up the phone. I understand the problem about electricity in India but atleast there should be a way guaranteed way to lodge a complaint....
