I on behalf on shaheen bagh, block-c, jamia nagar state that it has became a duty of bses Daily to cutoff electricity whole night daily and some times full day too.i dont know that that bses superior officials are deaf or what that they are bot listening out problems of electricity from last 3 years.As shaheen bagh c block is only the area in jamia nagar which faces daily cutouts due to which we are not able to sleep also. Government and officials of bses are sleeping becoz their electricity is comibg for 24 hrs but as a result the peoples who lives in shaheen bagh are tolerating daily cutouts of electricity but no one is listening us and even i have complained in written through emails but no improvement.When i used to call on bses customer care, call is disconnecting agaiN or else we use to hear only one reason ki fault . fault.. Then why the bses is there only for taking money from people endlessly by not providing electricity.I request all shaheen bagh and other peoples to make a court case on bses for not providing electricity regularly in shaheen bagh. try to understand out problem our ramadan (fasts) are going on and we are facing such a huge problem of electricity in shaheen bagh

    Bses services in delhi becoming worst day by day. There is no electricity in mahavir enclave part 1 From last 19 Hours. And also their customer care number is not working. I tried at least 100 Times today. Could anybodybhelp me to find out the solution of this problem. regards pankaj

      I stay at C - 469, Chitranjan Park, New Delhi-110019. A new pole was erected in front of my house a some days back along with the street light on top of the pole. It is astonishing and strange to note that in spite of new pole and new bulb/light and its fittings the street light is not working. The area around this is surrounded with dense thick trees as a result the whole of the surroundings get pitch dark after the sun set. It appears that the authorities are wanting some unlawful thing to happen. It is rather impossible for the young kids and especially ladies to move around freely without fear. It is requested that this light be repaired and ensure that efforts are taken to see that this street light starts functioning without any further delay.

        sir, daily 1 phase cut. I call customer care no.but some times saying solve your problem in 2 hr. some times no pic the phone some times cut the phone very poor service no any body responseble your company my ca no.[protected] cell no. [protected]

          Sir, This is my humble request to you that please solve the problems in north east area (Prem Vihar, Karawal nagar) as soon as possible.Power cuts are nearly 10 to 14 hours long in a.single day. What the hell u are doing for the convenience of general public. I[censored] cant provide electricity then its better to leave delhi as a power supplier. U guys are enjoying sitting in AC and not facing any problem. It is the general public which is spend their day an nights is the pool of sweat in these scorching sunny days. Spend one single day without power then u will come to know waht actually we are facing we are facing long power cut from last few day.

            Hi We live in Mayur vihar phase-1 New delhi (Pratap Nagar). In this hot summer there is a regular power cut for 3-4 hours at night which has now became a regular issue. What is the benefit of electricity when its not available at the time when it is most needed. i understand the load shedding and demand, but why always this area as we confirmed from our friends and relative living to other area.says there is a power cut for 1/2 hr max and which is also not regular.. Some time i really think i am living in a III tier city or capital of india..Are we so much incapable ????? Shame on BSES and power and supply ministries. Imagine full power at winter!!!

              I am a resident of block p-3, , new roshanpur extn, najafgarh, new delhi 110043. Yesterday on 16/06/2014, for whole night, there was no power supply to my block. It was restored only at 07:00 hr morning. This is repeated every alternate days. There is no local fault like transformer failure etc. How everything gets okey early in the morning, i am unable to understand .
              In the nearby blockes p-1 and p-2 there is no power cut for days together whereas it is a general thing in our block. It is certainly done intentionally.
              How painfull it is to remail awake in the night in this hot and humid climate?

                When sufficient space was there inside my ;premises why the meter was installed outside the premises.
                Who will be responsible/liable for breaking of seal/damage to meter/theft of meter.
                Under any of the above circumstances, i will not be responsible/liable for any loss/

                  From last two weeks the there are large number cut off of electricity going on.It becomes very difficult to sleep in the night.As being youth its not difficult for me to face but it is about my old father and mother I can't see there condition.We used to live in a small house, even I am not having that much salary that I can have an inverter.It is my heartly request to all the conserrned authority to take an immediate action and if you do require any help from I always ready for it.

                    Dear all I want to draw the attentions toward this that the electrical supply is not good to my area even just last night there was no power from 2305 hrs to 0730 hrs whose complaint is register to Mr pardeep at call center with complaint no 1581 on asking the reason why this cut is the surprise reply i got is there is no information regarding this cut as them the supply is OK.? Means i am complaining is a fool sweating & seating in dark this not only the first time shocking thing is without giving the satisfactory reply to consumer you are disconnecting the phone why? My simple question is to all is why we submit the bills on time if at the most required time we are unable to utilize the electricity? Why the Delhi govt. is not procuring the surplus electricity from Himachal pardesh ? Why these cut are implemented to the common man why not to the VIP's i.e. President bhavan PM House etc. Finally i want to say that if something happens to me or to my my family due to this power cuts BSES will be held responsible for that as due to no electricity certain life supporting machinery did not work as life is precious can you valuate the life in money. Shame on you BSES as you are there to provide the electricity not for the power cuts

                      I Surya Chandra Mishra R/o C-1/9A, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi --110053 is completely upset by the maintenance department regarding the very poor supply of Electricity/ Low Voltage from the nearby feeder Box.
                      Theye are Explaing the reason that the PWD dept are not Giving them permission to dig the road unlesss and Until the BSES dept will Br... them therefore we can't do anything

                        Hi I want to Say That Bses Having Worst Complaint Centre I m complaining them of sparking in my meter from last 2 days Everytime they r giving time or new one complaint number in 2 days they gave me 3 complaint numbers but no action regarding my complaint and sparking is going to increase every time, i have been fed up now from calling on this number 39999808 again and again from last 2 days .if someone seriously who could help me on this . call me at [protected].                         wow still no reply from bses what the hell is going on ? u r sending me bill on time but don't solving problem on time, 5 days has been passed, still no Update ?? What r great customer support u have .. When u will update me ?, While meter will blast from sparking or either a big accident will happen ??

                          Kindly look into the matter and it is hoped regular supply with proper voltage will be supplied to MAHAVIR ENCLAVE in RZE-97/10. The distribution on transformer is not equally distributed that is about 8 nos. of main services are provided while other transformers have 2/3 services. Kindly do the need full immediately.                             Dear sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that BSES has disconnected my meter without my consent and approval. they have helped fraud people in getting a fraud connection. I have complained several times however no action has been taken till yet. BSES has taken bribe and given a false electricity connection through fraud means.That fraudster is trying to take an illegal and false possession of my property on the basis of false meter connection.                               I am jai am suffering serisealy with bses delhi they every night power cut in the night . If they am pay fully bill payment in right time so why they are power cut every night . I want proper excuse why they power cut .

                                I would like to request the department to please provide the reason why there is so much of power cut in the area.

                                  I m living in Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi . I want to complaint against the person who lived in also this area (Add- H.No -539, Gali No - 01, Prem Nagar, Kotla mubarakpur New Delhi - 03), they are using some wire and do some thing to meter, since last several yrs they are using so many electic equpments and their bill always comes down in comparison to actual bill, they theft always electicity 7:30 pm to 8:00 am am, so its a request to come silently at their place to check it.
