BSES RAJDHANI द्वारा गलत तरीके से इलेक्ट्रिसिटी पोल बाक्स का इंस्टालेशन किया गया है जिसकी वजह से परिवार को जान का खतरा बना हुआ है, कृपया उपरोक्त पोल बाक्स को हटाने की कृपा करें वरना कोई अनहोनी होने की प्रबल सम्भावना बनी हुई है, हमारे परिवार में छोटे बच्चे भी हैं, इलेक्ट्रिसिटी पोल का बाक्स एवं मेन पावर सप्लाई का तार हमारी आधी बालकनी से होते हुए जा रहा है, कृपा करेके पोल बाक्स को और मेन सप्लाई तार को हमारी बालकनी से हटाने का कष्ट करें, ताकि भविष्य में कोई अनहोनी/जान माल का खतरा ना हो।

    Address: A-102, Surbhi Sakshi Apartment, Plot No. 426/1, Near Bijwasan Flyover, Sector 27, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110077.

    BSES meter is installed in our premises. After installation we got our first bill wherein it registered 315 readings while we do not use Air Conditioners, Heaters or Fans in this season. Only lights are used whenever necessary.

      My electricity meter runs very fast and shows enormous bills. We are away the whole week and I fail to understand how this meter reading running so much fast, when we off d all light and home appliances, I want the meter check or changed
      Details: in 3 days on of all d appliances meter gave 77unit

          Please check as suddenly the meter is consuming between 900-1100 units every month in winters with not many appliances used. Used are three led tube lights and one refrigerator in past two months time with average usage of television everyday.
          With Sam e appliances and AC in summers it was around 200-300 units every month only.
          Please have this checked.

            Respected sir, I am DEVENDRA SINGH RAWAT and I am living in devli khanpur kh no. 686. by this complaint letter I want to inform you that I got an overcharge electricity bill. While neither I nor any of my family member were at house since 2 months.

                I submitted ALL valid documents on 12/08/21 for name change.
                The documents were VERIFIED ON 14/08/21.

                Today is 26/11/21. The name has *still not been changed* despite the documents being VERIFIED AND APPROVED in AUGUST.

                Please tell me what the reason for this delay is.

                      I would like to bring to your attention that my October 2021 bill has come up for ₹ 14030.00 which is quite high as we have not operated AC or any other high powered electrical appliance during this period.

                      I am sure that there must have been some mistake by the electricity department, I humble request that action should be taken on my complaint and amended bill should be sent to me.

                          Wire coming from pole to home has been damaged. Nude wire can be seen and touching steel gate of my home. It may cause spreading current and lead to accident. It is therefore requested to shift my meter outside of my home.

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that we are residient of 824 arjun nagar 1st floor oppposite defence colony near bagga link maruti showroom and bses high volatage wires are passing through our balconey due to which we are facing lot of problems as there is also a risk of getting electric shock it is very dangerous for my family mostly the rainy season because the electricity flows, we are living with fear all time. our main is this issue high tension wire which can lead to any incident it is therefore requested to kindly get the said wires removed as son as possible

                                    Sub.: Grievances against allegation of tampering of electric meter-CA no.[protected]

                                    Sir/Madam,

                                    This is with reference to Bill generated against CA no.[protected] by your office for Rs. 60, 678/- for tampering of electric meter. The above meter is in the name of Minakshi Kumari, RZG-14B, mandir Marg, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi-110045. We got a call from Mr S K Srivastava (Mob. [protected]) that a bill of Rs. 60, 678/- is generated for tampering of the electric meter. I would like to state that in winter season the meter installed outside the flat was burnt and a complaint for the same was made. Officials from BSES attended the complaint and informed me telephonically that due to trap of excess moisture, the electric meter got burnt and then replacement of the meter was done by your official. Now today, I shocked to know that an amount of Rs. 60, 678/- is levied on me for tampering with the meter, which is totally incorrect.
                                    I am a domestic consumer and I paid my electric bill on timely for every cycle. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the charges of meter tampering.

                                      I paid electricity bill through bses site which has failed and money deducted from my bank (HDFC) than i tried again through bypl app that also failed and money deducted again from bank.
                                      I paid later through paytm because bill date will expire in the next day but i didn't received deducted money that i paid earlier 2 times.
                                      Please help.
