Myself Sudesh Kumar, resident of f-206/a/T/floor, laxmi nagar near bal bhawan public school, Delhi - 110092. Jal board k no. Is [protected]. Thieves have stolen our water meter. Our water motor is also lost by theft. Kindly lodge my fir complaint so that I can apply for a new water meter.

    I am Nancy kakkar and we are requesting to change the meter from the pole which which highly Dangerous of people who are passing by Because multiple time here got wire shots and blast and the of the meter is facing our premises which can be threating our life and our premises. Its not ethical Because our country is gowning in modernization kindly we request please do the Underground Wiring so that it won't affect anyone life...

        We lives in Gali No-6, Gurunanak Vihar-III, Near Sant Kabeer School Chander Vihar, Nilothi Ext and we are complaining about street light. There are many poles but no single street light working properly even there is no street light on poles. Complete street is in dark mode at night time. it may harmful for local people due to theft and other harmful act.

        we request you to please resolve the problem and place street lights at least alternate pole as soon as possible.

            Dear Madam,

            I want to withdraw your kind attention on below matter.
            I have applied for a new meter connection through cyber café near me on
            7-Dec-22. After that I waited more than 15 days. Then I called the
            customer care toll free number to know the status. They told me that the
            GPA docs deficiency. I cleared the GPA docs deficiency on 25th Dec-22.
            Then JE Mr. Kumod has visited his contact no is ([protected]) my home for
            site visit and verification on 28-Dec-22.
            After the site visit, again I got the deficiency information through SMS
            on another 3 topics (details attached).
            I have cleared the all 3 deficiency on 3rd Jan-23 before 10:30 am through
            cyber café.

            Now from 3rd Jan-23 every day I am calling to toll free number - 19123 to
            know the status from this No -[protected] they are saying same statement
            "that uploaded documents against deficiency is not verified and its under
            process".

            to know the exact status i visited the division office on 9-Jan-23.
            Counter No - 2 Mr. Gopal has checked the Service order number and taken
            the printout of documents and said to upload the test report on counter no
            - 3 i have given the test report to counter number 3, and the counter
            executive has uploaded the scan copy of test report.

            they have prepared the set of documents and told that we will process
            after the JE signature.

            i have called to JE Mr. Kumod he told that i am on site visit tomorrow i
            will visit the office and if the counter people remind me then I will sign
            the documents otherwise I will forget.
            i requested him sir can i came to you with the documents for signature.
            he told ok come with the 0 dues bill copy of existing meter at ground
            floor.
            i taken the copy and gone to 10 km far away from the division office met
            with JE. He has seen all documents and mentioned the remark and forget to
            sign the documents.

            I came to division office again they people said that JE has not signed
            the documents only give the ok remark.

            I said that people. I consumer it is your internal office work it's not my
            duty to run behind each person and submit the documents on counter number
            - 2 Mr. Gopal.

            again i visited on 11th Jan-23 the concern JE has signed my documents and cleared the same. and the verified documents has been uploaded on their system for process. but he told me due to application has been completed the 35 days. there is 50 - 50 chances to get install the meter. it may cancel also. for final status wait for 3 to 4 days.

            they are giving the hints about the possiblities of the cancellation. So that I scare and find broker and come through him by paying some bribe. after that all issues will be clear and work to be done without any issue.

            Know i would like to request you. kindly push my new meter connection
            request. I cannot run behind BSES staff.

            Following documents, I have uploaded on 3rd Jan-23 against deficiency.

            1. Address rectification deed.
            2. Test report.
            3. payment details against the dues of existing meter CA No[protected]

                I am a resident of H-4, Mahavir Enclave Part-1, here huge number of wires are hanging to electricity poles due to which they are slowly coming down . Majority of poles in h-4 have same situation. Wires keep on dettaching any time and keep hanging in middle of road which is very dangerous for passing by people .. needs immediate action to solve this .. a picture attached for the same

                    Hi Sir,

                    I am deeply saddened to write this.

                    The electricity meter on 30/19, second floor, West Patel Nagar is being booked against my Father's name. He died on 10.10.2022. We have tried several times to get this transferred to my mother's name, who is the legal hier. We kept juggling between Patel Nagar and Shankar road office. Ech department used to ask us to go to each other and this happened a couple of times. Recently as well we tried again, but to no avail. Me and my mother have been visiting the office for the name change. When we would visit Patel Nagar, they would ask us to go to Shankar road and vice versa. Also to much of our shock, the staff behaved very badly with not just two o[censored]s, but with the rest of the consumers. When I mentioned that I would be raising a complaint for the behaviour they started behaving more inappropriately. Inspite of my mother being 65 years of age, she was made to stand for good couple of hours and the behaviour of staff was of sorry state. Today again when I visited to get some consultation in Shankar road, they asked me to go to the Patel nagar office.
                    Then I went to the office, however Mr Nitesh's behaviour was very rude. He was not at all interested to talk and was rude, since I had mentioned to raise the complaint against him.Then i requested that I am only looking for an alternate solution and hence want to meet the senior officer. He first refused and then asked to go to second floor. To add to my horror there was no one on the floor except the senior who was sitting in the cabin. The saying behaviour flows from the top hierarchy is very true for this case. He immediately told me why can't you understand, without even listening to the request. Then I said you haven't even listened to my petition, he said very rudely I know your case we can't do anything.

                    Do a citizen truly deserve this kind of behaviour who is only looking for an alternative and is seeking help from the concerned department. We all talk about helping our people a d giving respect, however the reality is this is the kind of treatment we give to a widow woman.

                    Case: We are loking to transfer the electricity bill from my father to mother.Property is in name of three brothers including my dad who is no longer with us. One of my uncle is refusing to sign on the NoC.
                    We have already submitted all the ID proofs, Survival members certificate, death certificate, copies of the mutation agreement

                        I have so many time approach to BSES department about electricity theft. But there is no taken necessary action by electricity department. KASHYAP CHOPPAL DHARAMSALA has been occupied from registered RWA by local land mafia due to political pressure from 2004. The members of mafia has been stand fake registered society to occupy it. They are continue theft electricity from 2004. They are earning money giving without any receipts to charge the big and small function held by public. They directly theft the electricity from BSES pole. This is the big revenue loss of BSES department from 2004 to till now. So please take necessary action on urgent basis to stop the further revenue loss and it will be big step in favour of government.                                 I am a resident of Jain Colony Part-1, Uttam Nagar West, daily there is a cut of power supply and when we ask for the reason that there is a maintanence going on in part-2 and lemme tell u one fun fact maintanence is going on for part-2 and they never cut electricity for that area and sometimes they told me there is some problem in Dwarka and they cut the light of part-1 Matiala means wtf and this thing doesn't digest in my stomach, every day maintanence for 1 hr or more than that, and this happen in morning sometimes in night and sometimes even in early near morning near 5-7 AM, I know writing may not solve the problem because this site sucks too and our govt also but still I am writing it to show u this problem is not getting resolved, this affect my work and my studies and same for many, remember that i[censored] don't fix this problem one day someone gonna die due to the summer

                                  Kindly come and check is our meter reading is correct or not and our bill payment dues since last 3 months .Its being 3 month we have not paid the bill so i got the red bill, kindly check this on priority.

                                      I'm writing you this message in order to complain against the company, they have cut off the power supply in DDA Towers in Moti Nagar stating the issue to be a major flaw.
                                      They did cut off the light for the days 20th and 21st august, They never explained the reason and they kept on lying about when the electricity is going to return. On 20th August, they kept on lying about the time and it came back after 6 hours. Then on 21st August, they again did the same and this time they issued a notice that the light is going to remain cut-of[censored]ntil 12:00 pm to 6:00 am because of the issue which happened took place on 20th. The electricity returned at 7:00 am which is just infuriating.

                                        My electricity meter runs very fast even after I use less appliances at my home. Additionally we are almost away the whole day and I fail to understand why meter reading runs so fast. I have checked and took image of meter reading for 12 hours span recently. It shows 20 units just for 12 hour duration even I am not using AC that time.
                                        Please do the needful and correct the meter reading.
