Our Meter Reading as on 30/05/2012 was 15525 and as on 15/7/2012 its 18029/-.. Engineer visited us on 18/7/2012 and confirmed that meter is faulty and is running fast and needs to be changed..Engineers visited on 7/8/2012 and meter has been changed. Now today we have been told at phonebanking that our duplicate bill has been generated on average reading of 21380/-????

Why should i pay this bill when we have been paying bills every month?? Kindly send a proper bill on proper reading else we will escalate this further....

I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE ACTION TO BE TAKEN BY THE TEAM...

BSES has replied us back that they cant help and we have to visit the division office. Why should we visit when bill is incorrectly generated by BSES...

would except an early action...
Have not got any proper reply from BSES... They are adamant that their bill is correct...

First their meter gets faulty which gets replaced by them….. Now instead of generating bill on last correct reading they are giving me a bill on some average and with arrears wherein i have paid all last bills on time then from where have these arrears generated...

I WANT THE BILL ON CORRECT METER READING which was there before it got faulty and started running fast…………..

This is just mental harrasement nothing else...

My 1st mail was sent on 17/7/2012 wherein meter complaint was lodged and we clearly said that bill should be on correct and proper meter reading…

Our last proper Meter Reading before meter got faulty was as on 30/05/2012 was 15525 and as on 15/7/2012 it was 18029/- for which complaint was lodged and meter was found faulty when engineer visited on 18/7/2012.

Then we get a bill (duplicate bill attached) of 21380/- stating arrears and now this bill with an increase of approx 10k i.e.31470/- (today 16/10/12).

also as per our compensation history, how come from 31/5/2012 – 7/8/2012 units increased soo much as this was the same time when meter was faulty as OLD METER GOT CHANGED ON 7/8/2012 only………

We are trying to resole this issue by speaking to Brijesh Jha but he is not at all giving a proper response... He is just asking us to pay the bill and not agreeing on BSES's fault...

Thanks for your quick reply.

Just to bring to your notice, we are those set of customers who believe in paying complete legitimate amount in time. Although in this case as mentioned in your previous reply you have admitted that the meter was faulty and hence it was replaced. Now as per our understanding and as mentioned in your policy (attached) point 43 section III in such cases last six or twelve months billing are seen or last year same time period bill is seen to calculate amount for payment.

I have mentioned below bills of last ~ 2 years wherein the highest being Rs.9170/- then on what basis is 22470 calculated.

Our intension is very clear “WE WANT TO PAY” but “WE WANT TO PAY THE RIGHT AMOUNT”

We have our hearing in the consumer court on 11th Nov regarding this matter hence, if you can please help us in sorting this matter before that day.

We have received bill of Rs.40 for the period 6/4/15-6/5/15 (30 days) for 0 Units and then Rs.2760/- for the period 6/5/15-1/6/15 (26 days).

This bill is absolutely wrong and needs to be corrected with correct reading.

I would like to report that today I received the BSES bill of Rs 6940 which is due by 10/7/2021 and the bill is for last 91 days. However I have paid Rs 430 on April 2021, Rs 2650 on May 2021 and Rs 2810 on June 2021. This is really strange. And when you call the BSES Helpline to get a clarity on the same, they have no proper answer to your query. This seems like I am paying for the same period twice which is really not acceptable. I need the correct bill and I would be more than glad to pay the same.

    We haven’t got our bill till now wherein other people have got it and also please take care that it should be on proper and correct reading as meter was running faulty for last 1 month or so. Meter replaced is an old one and is also running a bit fast..

        mr Satish Kumar S/o Late Laxmi Narayan, the resident of 47/7 dabri village, new delhi-110045 they are theft of electricity through New meter and from past couple of Years. so take some strict action against them.

        I have already informed you 3-4 months back but no action taken till date.
        Dear Sir,
        I had complaint against electricity theft in the name of Mangal Singh, s/o Ram Chander, R/o 8/135, West Mehram Nagar, (Near Chaupal), Opposite Domestic Airport, Palam, Delhi Cantt-10 that they are using magnetic disc keep on digital BSES meter and it stops functioning.They do this after 6PM till 10AM for last 4-5 years.Also using two 1.5 Ton AC, two washing machine and other household electric equipments and have forwarded complaints four times till date but no action has been taken against them.Their brothers Jagat Singh, s/o Ashok Kumar are also staying in the same building, using two AC, 02 Washing machine, high power motor and four meters are fitted adjacent to each other and all are equipped with different theft equipments.
        You are requested to look into this matter seriously and take immediate against them to stop theft and corruption since we have to be like Anna Hazare and Ram Dev to fight against corruption since above culprits are influential and try to give bribe but its depend on you to accept bribe or to stop electricity theft and make nation strong financially.
        Hope my comment will be considered strongly and also request you to go along with anti theft squad and police.

          Street Lights issues at Vikas puri area


          We have been continously reporting street light issues in Vikas puri area opp H1- 148 (Near banasthali school). The four street lights remains off and is compeltely dark . Its get real difficult specially for females to walk thorugh the stretch. its almst 6 months we are asking BSES to resolve however everytime we get a new compalint number.The call centre executives are extremely unproffesional while attending compalints they put calls on hold and disconnect or say supervisor will call back in few minutes which never happens.

          Can somebody look into this urgently, we are trying to reach higher authorities as well for same

            The new meter in my house is running very fast. We have away all days from my house and used very low consumption. but meter is running very fast and meter reading is very high. we have using cooler only at night and using CFL in my house and used of TV only for 2 hrs only.               I, Baldev Singh, resident of house no. A -32 , gali no. 1 , pusta road , karawal nagar, complaint about overloading of connections on a single pole . it has 19 connection on it . which is not suitable for us . due to this we have to face breakdown problem of electricity three to four times in a day time of 15 days. plz rearrange a big box for these connection to set up these cables in a arrange manner to resolve the problem of breakdown of electricity .

                  hi, I am a residing at Laxmi Nagar (Vishwakarma Park, near Shakarpur Thana) from last 5 years but now a days i am suffering from low power supply at night. Most of the time I reached late in office due to no proper sleep & when I complaint to your complaint numbers,they don't provide proper solution. At least every customer have right to know the actual status & if problem occurs on daily basis then their should a proper solution. At last I only want to say that we are suffering a lot with power failure at night. Request you to please take some necessary action on this.

                    BSES YAMUNA — theft of electricity

                    Electricity is being theft at tilak vihar d-block by jointing direct line without a meter at D-11-d
                    The Smt. Kamla Devi wife of Late Sh. Devi Dutt owner of H.No. 2733, Gali Mundey Wali, Sadar Thana Road is directly theft of electricity in night hours, as such you are requested to take necessary action for raid of theft of electricity at night time.

                      There is one support pillar situated at my main gate. This support pillar (Pillar No. 253) is near to Jan Kalyan School and lot of high current wires lieing on the Chajja space therefore I have requested several times to concerned people regarding the same but they do not reply. I am facing problems fearing for childs and while entering INTO the home. Kindly do the needful.

                          Resident of Krishna Nagar specially near J Block are facing situation of Irregular Electricity Cuts due to malfunctioning of BSES which inspite of its best efforts is unable to resolve the matter. This has been happening for couple of three weeks now and it seems that BSES has no permanent solution to this problem inspite of best efforts and residents have to face bad situation as it happens mainly at night after 11 p.m. and people have nothing but to shout at BSES which does not do anything about it.

                          Appeal to Ministry of Home Affairs - Please intervene and resolve the matter at the earliest.

                              1. VARIATION IN VOLTAGE FROM 150 TO 300 CAUSING DAMAGE TO ELECTRIC APPLIANCES.
                              2. FREQUENT POWER CUTS WITHOUT ANY DECLARED LOAD SHEDDING, BECAUSE OF FREQUENT BREAK DOWN OF TRANSFORMER.. BSES HAS CHARGED THE CONSUMERS WITH ADDITIONAL SANCTIONED LOAD, BUT HAS NOT RAISED THE CAPACITY OF THE TRANSFORMERS, RESULTING IN FREQUENT BREAK DOWNS.

                                SUB- KIND ATTENTION ! electricity theft under the meter with using wire.

                                This is to inform you that "Mr. Satudhan Tiwari House No.- 4 Street. No-2 West Guru Angad Nagar Laxmi Nagar Delhi -92,using electricity illegally from last 1 years.

                                I don’t have any personal revenge from them but this is just to aware that it is Injustice that some of them having over their needs and
                                some are even not having the right amount of electricity at their.Please inspection in his house at 24 hours any day onwards this house diverted into two parts . Mr. Satudhan Tiwari given theft electricity two different user Mr. Bhagwan das and Mr. Vinod kumar i[censored] don't believe on this data then u can check the load of his house. by this u might get an idea how people of this area are stealing electricity .
                                Kindly safe my idendity, contact information, and dont share any content of the correspondence publically. You are requested to please check his meter and take action immediately.

                                    Dear Concern,

                                    I dropped a complaint against the naked wires of Electric Poll touching my property & poll placed in drainage. I forwarded a mail to DGM & also through customer complaint. It is almost one and half week but no constructive step has been taken except I received a call from AM that a person will visit the place soon.

                                    It is almost rainy season better to avoid any mis happening.
                                    Please take necessary steps ASAP.

                                    Still action from BSES awaited, its going to be one month, are they awaiting something dangerous. Anyways if anything happens to my property & to any person due to pole & its cables, BSES will be responsible.

                                    Nothing has been done. Is BSES only confined to have bills. Are not responsible for poles & cables. If not please do let me know. Once BSES called regarding the complaint but any action. Ridiculous.

                                      All ready i complain on 06 July in customer and my complain no. 3548

                                      There has been daily power failure of more than 12 hours which is unacceptable in any condition. We know very well due shortage in summer we have to face the power cuts but it does not more than 9 hours. It should be 4 or 5 hours with proper scheduled. As we can manage our daily life accordingly.

                                      And also in rainy days. No one from BSES is informing about power cuts scheduled. It is mid-night. It is early morning no time to power cuts. The local complaint office has told that there fault in ht line, break down, shut down and transformer fault. This all situation makes us wonder that how long these repairs as to take and why unnecessary harassment in discontinuity of electric supply is made to the resident of our block.


                                      BSES must be look into this matter as earliest because public is very angry and frustrating with their service.

                                      One more thing i want add in this about BSES Customer care which is not care to customers. They care only BSES employees and hide reality from customers.

                                      The Power situation is getting bad to worst in this area from last 1 month. Apart from usual power cuts in the day that last upto 3-4 hrs. they cut light in the night as soon as you are in your bed, some times cut starts at 10 p.m. sometimes at 11 p.m. and last upto 4 hrs . Whole night we just wait that light would come and when after about 4 hrs a glimpse of light appears and we close our doors and windows and put on our AC the LIGHT says Bye Bye again. It is so frustrating and irritating that we feel like giving a punch to the person who is playing with the switches. Last night i.e. on the night they have crossed every limit. The Light gone by 10.30 p.m. never came till 2.30 and then missed came again at 3.30 and missed again and finally came at around 5.00 a.m. with a voltage less than 100.

                                      Apart from these the Stablizer placed in our is unstable and witnessing a series of problems. Is any BSES personnel there than why don't you check it, damn it why don't you replace this stablizer that causes problems every now and then and catches fire a number of times. Why you people play with us. The total power would not be less than 8-10 hrs. In this area and government says that we cut light only 1-2 hrs. Shame shame shame!!!

                                      Electricity — light cut

                                      respectfully Mr/Madam,
                                      I live in address(street no 1, sahibabad, Ghazaiabad). The light cut is very much here approx 12 hr a day and without electricity survival of life is not secure here.
                                      I request to all of you Please do something for this area.The hotness is increasing day by day and people are felling like in hell and Electricity department is working like a Yamaraj.

                                      Yes, Your are right. We are also staying in K-3 Block Mohan and facing hell lot of problem due to Power cuts for whole night. Dont know what to do..
                                      I hope Delhi people will understand this now, and please do not vote for Arvind Kejriwal in next vidhan sabha elections.
                                      We need a better government not only for overall India, but Delhi as well.
                                      I will take strict action on bses rajdhani as no one is taking care & want to bring under notice that no number since 2 am is working & every number that i try 2 get from Google is getting busy ..whereas on 29th June 2019 there has been enough power cut that somebody could bare of I request the concern person to look into the matter & take necessary action to be taken otherwise I would approach higher authorities for it..This is not bareable at all that in one day 24 hours there been more than 40/45 power cuts like in every bloody after half an hour..would really appreciate your action

                                        THERE HAS BEEN DAILY POWER FAILURE OF MORE THAN 6 HOURS IN NIGHT WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE IN ANY CONDITION. WE KNOW VERY WELL DUE SHORTAGE IN SUMMER WE HAVE TO FACE THE POWER CUTS BUT IT DOES NOT MORE THAN 6 HOURS. IT SHOULD BE 2-3 HOURS WITH PROPER SCHEDULED. AS WE CAN MANAGE OUR DAILY LIFE ACCORDINGLY.

                                        NOW THE CONDITION OF POWER CUT IS VERY FRUSTRATING. BSES DELHI ELECTRICITY SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR IN TILAK NAGAR AREA.
                                        BSES MUST BE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS EARLIEST BECAUSE PUBLIC IS VERY ANGRY AND FRUSTRATING WITH THEIR SERVICE.
