We dont have power the whole nite.
the everynight power cut is only restricted to a few houses while the rest of the colony enjoys full power supply.
Nobody is available at night to complaint or rectify the problem. The power goes exactly at midnight. Even the days have frequent power supplies thoughout.
I want to complain about the employees of BSES (West Delhi), Dwarka mod.No action from BSES employees.AND ALSO COUSTMOER CARE CONT. NO. BUSSY FULL NIGHT NOT ATTEND THE PHONE The no is [protected].....

This has become a mojor problem to deal with. Little help is provided by the BSES authorities.

Iam Sudhir Living in Uttam Nagar Param Puri Iam a Cultural Jt. Secretary from NSUI. Sir, u r requested to look after it because it is very difficult for a person to live without electricity in night and yesterday only there was no light from night 11.00 pm till morning u r requested to look after it and your coustmer care centre doesn't provide us the contact number of the light controller officer not even me plz look to it otherwise it will be difficult for everyone k plz look it thanx.

    Sub:Electricity theft from my power connection at sarojini nagar,shastri nagar, krishna park

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    Myself Advocate Mr. V.Elanchezhiyan, practising at Delhi, draw the attention of your good office concerning the electricity theft on behalf and under the instructions of my client who is a old lady named Smt.Mastari Begum, w/o later Bishambar lal alias Babu khan, aged 70 years of age, permanent resident cum owner of no.21 B,sarojini nagar,shastri nagar, krishna park, Delhi -110031. one feroz khan who is illegally occupying 2nd floor of my built property, for which a complaint has been lodged with the respective police station and action is still pending. meanwhile the accused aforesaid feroz have committed electricity theft for the past 5 years, without my knowledge taking the power supply without my consent and knowledge, since because of my ill health and no relative to take care of myself, he has taken the undue advantage. i came to know about the theft few months back and i requested the electricity official orally to disconnect power supply connected to the illegal occupation of the accused premises but there was no action form your good office. since i lodge this complaint to take further action against the above said accused and remove the illegal connection for which i am burdened to pay. considering this application as a notice, i wish your good office to take prompt action against the electricity theft as early of not more than 15 days. In taking this complaint lightly or discarding the complaint, i would be constrained to make your good office as a necessary party and take civil/criminal action against your impropriety and negligence, seeking mense profit, damages.

    I wish this complaint would not be disregarded of my old age or helpless woman. I still believe your good office have honest and efficient administrators to take emergent action.

    An earlier action would highly be solicited.

        there is not a single bus going from Jogeshwari east via JVRL to L &T -chandivali-sangarsh nagar or sakinaka,

        there are so many institutions and commuters in chandivali , we find it difficult to travel every day we have to change walk and change two or three buses to reach jogeshwari station

        can u please help us in this regard we will be grateful and thankful for taking up this case

        sir,

        in spite of above complaint, there is no proper bus service from L&T to Borivili though Aarey Milk colony, only bus is 489 dahisar, and it comes fully packed or delayed many times,
        can u please increase the bus service, also evening there are empty buses going to filter padha, is there a possibility to divert buses coming from ghatkopher and sakinaka directly to Borivili station, It will be a great relief for many. We have wait atleast 30 to 45 minutes to get a bus
        can the management think about it

          I have paid all dues till date. BSES had shown arrears of temporary connection that was taken during construction of the house. This is due to wrong reading reflected in their records. I have made many trips to BSES office in Nizamudin office of BSES, and they accepted the mistake & assured me that their records will be corrected. It has not been done & now BSES is threatening disconnection.

          I am living in T- Block (Shukar Bazar road) Uttam Nagar. & fed up of frequent breakdown of power, sometimes 24 hours breakdown. (Please do something)
          BSES on line complaint centre is hopeless, once even after 24 hours of light failure, i got the reply from helpline that we have no update till now, i asked for any contact no of higher ups, got negative reply, then i asked for any no. of my nearby centre of BSES, again reply was negative.
          My question is what for they are sitting at the call centre if no information is available with them.

The street light in service Lane Behind Plot No 17 To Plot No 24 are out of order for more than a year. I have gathered that cable is faulty.               I would like to request you that i visited to pay my bill CRN # [protected] on 17/2/2011 to krishna nagar office they denied to take the pymnt check of Rs 5000 because my bill is Rs 12460 they have sent me to a person named Mr.george on 1st floor ,I requested him that i m not able to pay the whole bill please take the pymnt and rest i will pay in next month he took my CRN # and said that i will see how you will be able to submit this check.Then i submitted my check in dilshad garden office on the very same day of Rs 5000 with the check #861272 of uco bank ,that check has not been with drawled yet.and some collection people visited to my house as well and threaten my wife that pay the bill asap,she told them that we have submitted the check and the pymnt has nt been taken yet.

                  i have 2 meters. 1 is domestic and 2nd is non domestic. but my domestic meter has a fault it doesnt get electricity from pole. the meter doesnt show anythig. i had complaint many times but they doesnt take any action

                  I Gagan kathuria r/o A-20 dda flats kalkaji reminds you that we are facing night electricity cud on daily basis.I dnt know why it happens in capital of india where electricity is privatise.I just want to speak with those officers who are irresponsible and forget that their are lots of families whose childrens are school going.there are lots of families who are doing jobs.I request you to take necessary action for providing better services
                  In Harsh Vihar. From 14 hours no electricity is coming, while contacting BSES contact no[protected] its coming Error in connection from last 8 hours. The goverment only raise electricity cost. They never try to increase their efficiency.

                  Its a daily routing that light goes for 4-4 hours and while contacting to customer care they never give satisfactory answer. They have only 2 answers breakdown or technical fault. More than that they dont know anything.

                  Look this matter as urgent. I suggest BSES to improve their efficiency before raising any further amount
                  I am Trishma singh from Shanti building district ZT road Shahdara delhi-32. There is no supply of electricity since 4 hours. Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.

                      i have 2 meters 1 is domestic and 2nd is non domestic. my domestic meter has a sparking problem ihad already complaint to bses rajdhani about 3 months ago but nothing happen. i wish they will take any immediately step to repair it

                      COMPLAINT .THe meter READER DESEALED THE METER WHILE TAKING THE READING>ON ENQUIING HE ASSURED THAT HE WILL GET IT SEALED <HE TOOK THE READING ON 30th may 2012.
                      I request the concerned official to get it sealed.
