I am writing this complaint to draw your attention towards the hazardous and dangerous condition of supply cable and junction box prevailing at my residence i.e. 67-A, Guru Angad Nagar Ext., Laxmi Nagar, and Delhi-110092 since last 2 years. The building has four flats with four different electricity connections and electric meters. But supply to all the four connections is provided through a low capacity cable i.e. of 2 10, due which there has been many cases of fire and sparking on regular bases. As a result of which junction box is completely burnt and all the wires are connected in open which may lead to more dominant accidents in future. We have reported the matter repeatedly to BSES office many times in past two years but no action is there till the date. So I request you to kindly look into the matter and make arrangement for the replacement of the cable with a high capacity cable i.e. of 2 25, capable of bearing the load for the four flats in the premises or low capacity individual cables for each flat. I request you to take the necessary action as early as possible before it is so late.

    Yesterday on 20 aug 2011 I had lodged complaint at BSES at 3.15 pm at ph [[protected]] regarding fluctuation of light in one phase of our society because of which 8 to 10 flats were effected. My complaint no. was 2442. Till 6.00 pm nobody attended our complaint. Again at 6pm I called back [Reminder complaint no. was 3113].
    At 11.30 pm there was no electricity in this phase, so I again called back, reply was SORRY we cant help AS SERVER is down.
    WE approached high AUTHORITY for help. THEN at 12.15 am we got call from BSES [Prem Malik [PH[protected]] that we have got your complaint now, we will attend after some time.
    By this time we had called pvt electrician and got temprary work done.
    I had told BSES to come in the morning and check it. TILL11 am nobody has come.
    MY REQUEST IS THAT CALL CENTRE EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE CHECKED PROPERLY BEFORE EMPLOYING, ALSO KEEP CHECK ON BSES EMPLOYEES.

      Subject: Sparking in main electricity supply line from Pole No.: 154/060/1X150

      Dear Sir/Madam

      I Vivek Kumar Singhal R/o E-32 Siddharth Nagar (also known as Siddharth Basti), New Delhi – 110014, working as Assistant Manager in BSNL , New Delhi.

      Sir, an electric pole (as mentioned in the subject above) is installed in front of my above mentioned residence, and the main electricity supply wire is passing nearby the balcony of first floor of my residence. Yesterday, I noticed sparking and smoke coming out from that electricity main wire. This sparking may cause any untoward incident, which may result in disaster, therefore, I request you to kindly change/repair the main electric wire, so that any undesirable happening can be avoided.

      Early response on the complain/subject above will be highly appreciated.

        This is not the first time I am being harassed by BSES as they always do these things, I called on the customer care number given on the bill and asked them to register the complaint for no power supply but the agent over the phone said that there is a breakdown in your area and within 40 mins problem will be resolved... But like always there promises never realises then again after 4 hours I called the customer care but this time they gave me the complaint no and said it will bet resolved within 45 mins but again same thing occured.....after paying heavy bills and charges its only consumer who has to suffer, these agencies/govt only knows how to increase the charges.....

          Now its been more then 72 hours i think now we can think on this meter what i feel. i went to complaint khanpur to sourght out the same but they start the light for temporary basis which is normally for 1 to two hours we burnt our three night without light please do the needful if you have any courtesy for your clients. please do the needful.

            I am very dissatisfied with the working of BSES , my CRN no is :[protected] and i have requested my removed meter to be reconnect at my above said premises but they are unable to do this because they are saying that now we have made a mistake in the system called SAP which is implemented over here in BSES and now i have to apply for the new connection, why should i take the pain if some BSES employee dont know the functioning of the SAP Module earlier they told me that with in six months if i request for the reconnection then they would entertain the request but now after their commitment they dont know how to generate reconnection module in their SAP system.

            Kindly resolve this issue because i am really tired from this department and my parents condition doesn't allow me to live without electricity.

              From last three years we the residents of L-Block ,Gali No,01 to 13, Sangam Vihar, NEW DELHI-110062 are force to live without power for 06 to 08 hours a day on the ground of breakdown but after repetitive reminder no action is initiated so far to solve the problem although the person sitting on the chair is come with new excuses every time.

              The persons sitting in the Sangam Vihar Sub Station are also directed us to talk to you as this problem will only be rectified by you only as the problem is already conveyed to Divisional Manager ,Khan Pur,NEW DELHI-110062,

                Respected sir,

                I have registered a complaint in BSES with Complaint No 2896 as on July 14, 2011 at 2:30 pm. After this, I remind again at approx. 4:05 pm and after this 3 or 5 time i remind but no response. I remind after 7:30 pm with reminder no 3318 as on same day. Again I lodge the complaint as on July 15, 2011 with reminder no 1933 at approx. 10:10 am, i remind 7 to 8 time but it’s really shock-able for me that there is nothing action taken by the BSES people.After this i remind in the evening with the reminder no. 2501 on the same day but no action and no response. Every time they give me new complaint and reminder no but they are not able to do sort out my electricity problem. From the July 14, 2011 onwards, electricity fluctuate continuously but they take an light to this matter. I’m totally frustrate about their services. I am facing this problem till today.

                Please look into this matter and don't ignore the ignorance of BSES people.

                  Person living at 765B Pocket 2 Paschim Puri New Delhi 11063 is involved electricity theft in the evening. Due this all meters are aaffected as told electrician Please take neccessary steps
                  A person who is doing ICE cube business in his residence doing electricity theft from last so many years. I compliant earlier also but your executive came and take some money and go back without taking any action. His name is Bhupinder Singh and address is B-35, East Uttam Nagar, New Delhi (Near Pali Factory). Pls. take urgent action and stop electricity theft.

                    BSES — Frequent power cuts and irresponsible behaviour of employees

                    Hi, I'm a resident of Mehrauli area in New Delhi. No doubt I'm here once again coz our govt is just...._____.....
                    These frequent power cuts in this horrible summer are really not done and these bloody employees don't even bother to pick the calls. Sometimes the phone is even switched off.
                    Somebody plz do take care of these damn things........

                          This is with reference to the complaint against electricity meter, complaint No - 6717. The above meter is in the name of Rakesh Sharma R/o WZ A-1/81 Hastsal Road Uttam Nagar, New Delhi -110059 at near Shani Bazaar.
                          I am domestic consumer. My electricity meter is heavily sparing for past one day and even after the complaint no action has been taken in past 12 hrs (max time alloted to take action in such cases is 45 min). If no action is taken immediately it may cause fire. Therefore you are kindly requested to please take action

                            I am BSES User residing at J Block in Krishna Nagar (East Delhi)

                            I wish to lodge the complaint against the BSES.

                            I am forced to write as I get no comfort level when I speak of the same at consumer help desk at BSES or to senior officials at BSES.

                            There are few complaints which I will like to lodge against BSES:

                            1). When new meter were installed by BSES - there were not installed by technical experts of BSES - that was done by small contractors of BSES who were not experts in their job. You can also visit the entire area of Krishna Nagar and you will find yellow wires installed by BSES hanging around the entire area in unclean manner. Which in our case made the earth leakage and we were forced to pay Rs 20K for the mistake on the part of BSES irrespective of complainst and visit to BSES number of times. No one listened to us from consumer helpdesk to senior officials of BSES at Krishna Nagar Office.

                            Why we have to suffer and pay Rs 20K to BSES for the fault of BSES when meter is checked at regular intervals. Is it not the responsibility of BSES to check what it has done.

                            2). On 17.June 2011 we received a notice from BSES stating that we were using more KWs of electricity and we have to pay Rs 2,400/- as security deposit for load enhancement.

                            I want to ask one question - Is it our responsibility to see what KWs usage is being required for a particular house - does a bill or meter does not speaks for itself - it should be duty of person taking the reading of the meter.Inspite of this we paid the amount by cash receipt # [protected] dated 18.06.2011 on 12:56:24 Hours at BSES Office, Krishna Nagar at counter # 649 Division: Krishna Nagar.

                            3). On 21.June 2011 around 13:35 Hrs seven people came suddenly without any prior notice to our house when only my mother was at home for Inspection (frm Enforcement Cell) which my mother being alone refused and requested to pay visit on saturday when her son i.e. me and my wife was at home. Some of the people did not looked like that they belong to BSES - they were not in proper dress.

                            Then I person named K L Kain (Sr Mgr Enf-1), authorised rep of BSES gave notice u/s 163 of the Electricity Act 2003 No. BY-163-0A-002321 dated 21.June 11stating that Inspection was not allowed and they my mother to visit on 23.June 11 because we would not be available on 22.June.11. But the notice stated to pay the visit on the next day between[protected] failing which electricity of the premises would be disconnected and Mr K L Kain also warned my mother that penalty can be as big as one lac.

                            I wish to ask do they people really belong to BSES. If yes the manner they behaved to my mother is not at all acceptable. Can you please check.

                              This company is exploiting Contractual staff, even 60% or even more than it contractual staff is higher qualified n skillful as compare to CTC/Govt. employees, Contractual staff doing 90% of the operational activities and getting 5% salary/reward however permanent staff doing 10% work and getting 100%...Moreover employees are doing suicides time to time , Higher authorities are already awarded but unable to do anything because contractual companies are belong to special persons/relatives/families of owner -----shame on such a type of millionaires /billionaires.
                              I have already worked as a contractual employee for the BSES(5 years), they crushed my career/future etc.

                                I'm suresh kumar gupta resident of G-451/20 bhimsingh complex, Molarband Extn.Badarpur Delhi-44
                                Issue is that I have applied for new connection(App.[protected]) through helpline[protected] at Ist floor since one or half month earlier but still no one coming for collecting documents and also not received any call regarding that.
                                sometimes I called to custcare to know about the status and they almost replied that we are giving the remarks for arrange the executive who collect your documents ASAP how rediculous the BSES service.

                                  I am Madhu Maheshwari. I live in Navjeevan Vihar. My full address is 61, Navjeevan Vihar, New Delhi-17. I would like to draw your attention towards my complaint regarding low voltage. We are facing this problem last 3 days and regular complaining on your customer care no. But not get any response from your side and we are still facing the same problem. The voltage situation is really bad, so much low that we are not able to use our electrical appliances. The input voltage is below 200Volts which is very low. After taking to BSES, we were visited by a representative... who just told us that nothing can be done about the issue. Please look into this matter.

                                    मैं आपको अपने घर के बिजली के कनेक्शन की फोटो भेज रहा हु जहाँ हर दुसरे तीसरे दिन तारें जल जातीं हें हमारे पहले बिजली के कनेक्शन के साथ कम से कम चार घरों का कनेक्शन जोड़ दिया हें जबकि हमारे नए कनेक्शन के साथ सर्विस लाइन भी नई लगनी चाहिए थी आपसे निवेदन हें की जल्द से जल्द इन तारों के जंजाल से मुक्ति दिलवाए और हमारी सर्विस लाइन खम्बे से बदल दे ताकि कोई बड़ी दुर्घटना ना हो

                                      I had made payment of my electricity bill by ICICI Bank Net banking on 13/04/2011 vide transaction ref no. MICI[protected] (CRN NO. [protected], bill no. 703389 dated 08.04.2011) for Rs1530=00, but the same was not credited to my account in BSES records, with the result that I had to again make a payment on 03.05.2011. The amount of Rs 1530=00 should be refunded to me or credited to my account in BSES records.
