h-267 &, h-268 Raj Nagar, Palam colony, gali no.8, part -2, ND-45(only in night after 8 pm to switch on all high power appliances in their houses), h-268, h-272 Raj Nagar, Palam colony, gali no.8, part -2, ND-45( sometimes for complete day ) and many more are there & list is too long to type

Please urgently take strict actions & penalties on these thieves to restrict the same.

I wish to inform you that the electric power is being stolen by the residents of Rajindra Park, Nagloi Delhi-41. Specially in House No-27, it is a three story building fans, coolers, lights keep working whole day and night to show some reading into the electric power meter because they have installed an equipment in their electric power merter by giving 3500 Rs/ to the concerned person from the Rajdhani Department who came there to instal this new power meter connection so that meter can work very slow...
And that person have given the surety to the all the residents of the Rajindra Park West Delhi Nagloi that no one can catch this equipment

A surprise check should be there by the speciall team of BSES Rajdhani power Department..

While out Chief Minister Smt. Sheela Dixit is requesting to the citizens to save electric power and water so how it can be possible sir i[censored] can't stop these kind of illegal power stolen activities than how this request will be full fill...


NOTE: All residents of the Rajindra Park has installed that equipment i have given the House No-27 for example. Department need to give them surprise check without any information so that this crime can be stopped. and You will find in HOuse No-27 fans and cooler lights working in day times ..
Electric power meter should be checked by some speciliast of this because no one can find this equipment easily...

Someone has to pay electric bill of 600-900 Rs/ Per month for single story house because they have not installed the illegal equipment in their power meter and they have to pay only 300-500 maximum every month because they have installed the illegal equipment by giving 3500 Rs/- in their power meter so that meter can work very slow..
So it is requested to take immediate action in this matter to avoid lack of electric power. While short supply of electricity is a main problem of Delhi please try to get it solved as soon as possible...
And revert back me as soon as possible and i keep giving u information about these kind of activities...

There must be centralized Repository or Cell where-in complainant could submit his feedbackcomplaint on power theft without revealing his her identity. Complaint on Phone No.is not reliable as it may have CLIP enabled on the same.
For example I know there are persons who have tempered their meter but I will hesitate to complaint as this will create unnecessary unhappiness.

There must be dedicated Cell to work on complaint than on the identity of complainant.
AND MUST
Observe, absorb & implememnt best practices to curb the power theft.

I beg to say that I am a regular electric user in your DHVBN services. But sir your DHVBN department employee is not working properly. Some employee take the money buy some people & they don’t check the electric meter. Sir I m living in yadav colony & in yadav colony all electric meter are place in out side of the home, but some electric meter are place in home why? The home owner gives the some money to the dhvbn employee, so they obey to their order. They don’t responsible to their duty. Many people electric meter are not working. The people give some money to the electrician to stop the meter reading. Kindly stop that all type of activities.

there is a continuous power theft in H.No.139B, C4G, Janakpuri, New Delhi-58.
They try to control the mivement of digital meter with some magnetic flux or remote control during the night time. now a days the theft is continuous during day and night. For the last 15 days there is no change of meter reading besides three family residing in the said flat. The CRN No. of the meter is [protected]. the meter reading from 18/12/2009 is 2430.
the following are the sample readings and virces dates for your corelation. My apprehension is that the same technique is spreading to other, their relative, neibourers and the whole area bcame an area of theft.

I Tannu singh wants to bring your kind attention towards the theft of eletricity in our area i.e vishnu garden khyala road. Mr. Brahm singhs/o Lt Mr Ram singh of house number N-1 vishnu garden khyala road of the above mentioned locality is a habitual offender of electrity theft. Few months ago there was a ICE FACTORY which was raided by the BSES, Delhi's anti theft staff members and found pilferage of electricity by passing the electricity meter.And after some time the new connection for electicity was taken on fraud address nd was burned and now these days the electicity is being supplied throug poll(107/937-1*150). Now Mr. Brahm singh is ENJOYING FREE OF COST ELECTRICITY WITHOUT PAYING A SINGLE PAISE FOR HIS CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY WITHOUT METER. EVEN HE HAS NOT PAID ANY PENALTY TILL DATE FOR HIS MISDEED.Now a days a large scale industry of stamping is being running in above mentioned address which is very heavy industry and its meter consume more than 50KWH. On the other hand those persons, like myself, who has been paying for the electricity consumption feel frustrated on seeing that the great thei[censored]sing electricity without paying any charges with the collaboration of some unscruplous staff of BSES, Delhi.He has a good rapport with some of the staff members of KHYALA Police Station and may be with the BSES, Delhi staff also. WILL BSES, DELHI's Senior Staff take notice of the above complaint and take necessary legal steps to book the thief for his misdeed or this a signal to all o[censored]s to follow the foot step of Mr. Brahm singh for free consumption of electricity.

This is to inform you that Mr. Paras Nath Tiwari, a resident of House NO. 155, Block N0. 9, Khichripur Colony, Delhi -91 is mis-using electricity during the construction of his house.

He is mis-using electricity for the purpose of welding, cutter, motor etc by making a cut in the main wire as his meter is hanging up
in the air. He is using his domestic connection for all that purposes that requires heavy loads. Moreover, he has not shifted his meter just to avoid the shifting charges also.

This is reference to the complaint against the owner of Flat No. 456 and 458, DDA Flats, Lado Sarai, New Delhi. Both flats are with same person + they have made 2 Floors each on both Flats. Complete 1 Floor is given on rent. They have done something with there Electricity Meter despite having all electronics items and 2 Air Conditions in there home there bill comes around Rs. 400/-. I would like to request you to please send anyone for to check the meter and there bills so that this Theft can be stopped.

Once again I would like to request you to send BSES vigilance team urgently so these things can be stopped.

of the above mentioned person is a habitual offender of electricity theft at every night. Few months i complained but bses staff came but no action has been taken even electricity by passing the electricity meter is going as it is.
When you will do a rade on this home at night and check to back side of house, you can see illegle cennections tied on roof and wires are spread on roof. This is going with the help of local police and by the deptt. of bses. When you visit the area information will come at once to suppliers because they gives monthly to police and BSES employee.
So you requested to visit the area first but only at night, than you can able to catch electricity thiff.

i would like to express my views about theft of electricity going in shaheen bagh. The electricity pole located in front of C-274 A, shaheen bagh, jamia nagar near german medical centre and the transformer number is 8519 on pole only have unwanted connections as being told line man only.When i asked line man to remove these connection he told that these peoples start quarrel with him and also no bses official wants to take action against them. These peoples who theft electricity in nights only because no body can caught them and even they dont fear from any in bses because they used to say that no body can do anything with them.Ultimately theft of electricity is becoming a problem for peoples have genuine connection and are using it faithfully from the same pole.i have complaint so many times on customer care but no action taken by bses. People came for inspection and remove the connection some times and then these peoples again start electricity theft in nights.Even you will surprised to know that sarita vihar bses office peoples know that theft of electricity is going on in shaheen bagh but they can not do anything because superior official dont want them to take action over it. I heatedly want that these peoples who are doing electricity theft should be handover to police and only police can teach them a lesson.i really want these points should be raised in news channels also because it ultimately harming our government only.I think there is much corruption is there in bses thats why even knowing that the peoples theft electricity bses is doing nothing. some linemans and bses officers are also involved in these unwanted connection. lastly i want to request that please remove these unwanted connection seal meter those who are involed in theft of electricity from C-274 A FRONT POLE. iam really suffering from power cuts just becuse of these electricity theft.If problem is not solved then i will definately ask news channels to open this issue over television media.

I would like to bring in your kind notice that Rajesh a washerman (Dhobi) Has been doing the theft of electricity for the last 20 yrs. Recently, he has gone to Dubai, Now his wife sushma is doing the same act of theft of electricity after 7.00 or 7.30 PM. Two officials of BSES deptt. come every month to collect the amount. So, local BSES office should not be informed about the raid on the following premises of Washerman (Dhobi)

Dear Sir,
I stay in Prem Nagar, Uttam Nagar. Since yesterday- 15th April, 09 from 9 Am in the morning, the whole gali no : 17, does not have electricity. Today is 16th April, 09 and as of now-( 5 pm), we didnt have the electricity, we are just getting that the electricity will be normal by 1 pm and then 5 pm and then 8 pm and so on.
This is really ridiculous. Can't they figure out, how long will it actually take. Whenever we call BSES consumer helpline...the timings are just extended. Is this how BSES functions? It is almost 2 days that we havent had electricity at our home and there is no firm time/day/date that they can confirm that it will be done by that period.

I'm staying in 2nd cross, Syndicate Bank Colony, Arekere, ( Next to Janak Vidyalaya School).

There is no street light in this area so far, they have provide but they didnt fit any light over there, even though there is school is there and two apartments are there. but there is no street in this area, Please advice BESCOM to provide a street light asap.

In the night time its very difficult for kids and old people to walk with the street light.
