NON-REPAIR OF STREET LIGHT

I made a complaint with the BSES office over phone on 4.10.2010 for the repair of street light of poll No. A243 opposite of 69-A Vishawkarma Park, Laxmin Nagar, Delhi - 92. No action has been taken till today. I again went to the office of BSES on 13.10.2010 for the making complaint at Priyadarshani Vihar office they have written the complaint refused to give the complaint number.
