In SAGAR PUR, NEAR JANAK PURI NEW DELH - 110 046, in Mohan Block, GAli No. 3 Every one of the above mentioned locality is a habitual offender of electricity theft. Sabhi logo ke pass 100 - 100 square feet ke ghar hai or three story bane hua hai jisme 10 room hai or har room main cooller chalte hai rat din phir bhi unka bill RS. 500 or 600 for 2 months aata hai. Night main 6p.m. se leker morning ke 8am tak sabhi log meter bande kar dete hai or tar dal kar puri rat electricity use karte hai, jin jin loge ke ghar ke pass se Electricity Supply ke tare ja rahe hai wo sabhi log unothorized electricity use karte hai. Meri BSES Adhikari se request hai ki wo Mohan Block Gali No. 3 main raid kare subhe 6am to 7 am, or ye dekhe ki logo ke ghar kinte bade bade hai or unke last 2 bills check kare ki kitna bill unhone pay kiya hai unke consumption ke according , apko bill check kar ke hi pata leg jayga ki koun koun electricity chori kar raha hai.Few months ago raided by the BSES, Delhi's anti theft staff members and found pilferage of electricity bypassing the electricity meter. They immediately domesticated his meter. But From that day these person using unauthorized connection for electricity without any problem, and also they don’t pay any penalty to BSES for kept to theft electricity because BSES Area person support to them. On the other hand those persons, like myself, who has been paying for the electricity consumption feel frustrated on seeing that the great thie[censored]sing electricity without paying any charges with the collaboration of some unscrupulous staff of BSES, Delhi. Not only one person is using electricity for his domestic consumption but also for an unauthorized cowshed he has built in front of his residence, with all the basic amenities like lighting, cooler, etc. in that cowshed again without any legal, authorized electric connection. WILL BSES, DELHI's Senior Staff take notice of the above complaint and take necessary legal steps to book the thief for his misdeed or this a signal to all o[censored]s to follow the foot step of free consumption of electricity

I completely agree with your complaint. In Mohan Nagar not only in Gali No.3 but in the whole area the electricity officials extract money from the residents and give them devices which make the meters slow down or stop. Till now nothing has been done in this regard by the electricity board. I would request you to launch a complain in the consumer court because it is a case of fraud as well as corruption. Make use of Consumer Protection Act.

    HEADLINE TODAY - BSES LAJAPT NAGAR 4 LINESMEN CAUSE DEATH-

    Consumer no:[protected] There was sparking on the pole outside A 6 East of Kailash on Sat 17th April at 6.30 p.m and we recorded a complaint no 4236 and a linesman cam eat 11.00 p.m. at night; he did some shoddy work and pulled a LIVE wire from the pole and fixed it to the meter and we got power at 1.00 a.m. but LIVE WIRE was hanging; after that we have made 3 complaints and got 3 new complaint numbers – 1984, 41, 920 on 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st April- TODAY. We have made 30 calls to BSES but no one comes to settle the LIVE WIRE which can cause DEATH or a MAJOR FIRE- will then BSES respond only to come and give excused on A DEATH.

Electricity cuts off in day time (any time) as well as at night time (any time) also and its about more than 3 to 8 hours continuous cut in day as well as in night too.

      I am residing in A-40A, Deepak vihar Uttam Nagar, New Delhi - 110058 Area. From last seven days there are frequent uneven cuts of electricity supply for 6 to 8 hours during night. Electricity cuts off in day time (from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm ) as well as at night time (11:00 pm to 5:00 am). The situation is unbearable now.

      Last night, it was the awful night of my life, I spent whole night without electricity with 42 Degree celcius temperature. And the call center help line by BSES is really ridiculous, no satisfactory answer they delivered whenever we called up. Last day power breakdown was for 18 hours between 5.30 p.m. to 11.45 a.m.

      Is it that kind of service provided by the BSES to Consumer or where is the promise or commitment by the BSES
      "no power breakdown in Delhi"

      As you are well aware of the temperature of Delhi and added to that frequent power cuts when it is mattered most. We are facing a great problem with current status of power breakdowns I will not say it a power cut but instead I will say it as power tortured by BSES.

      Dear Sir,

      BSES is one of the worst department in our area customer care services. they always disconnect the phone when call gets transfer to the customer care services.If there is no power since 8-10hours person will get frustrated.Customer care service of BSES is absolutely pathetic.Although electricity is privatised.There are some employees in the office who try to smartly get away from the complaints. these people strictly needs to be punished.Some employees need to be tackle strictly as they do, nt want to work.

      a huge power cut in our area, as temperature increase, as power cut too. Atleast dont do this at night hour's. Their is not same situation in other area's.       Please put an eye on the south west delhi area (mahavir enclave part 1 gali no 5, mangalapuri near palam) daily power cut issue. And we unable to get any update on the customer care too. That is frequently happening. Please help on this regards.

      We pay bills proper manner but there is no result till now. last sunday transfomer was break down and other week days having power cuts in alternate hours. Situation is worse now.

      Lack of time in there service if once the light goes then it will take minimum 3 to 4 hours to recover just like today (16/06/2017) from midnight 3:30 till now 5:30 there is no electricity in our area (Prem nagar, Uttam nagar west, New delhi 59) and there is not even any response on the complaint no. Of our area that no. Is for our nearest Electricity centre Milap nagar - [protected] is not responding, So please kindly pay attention to our area because it's the time for our water tank filling by a motor and it cannot be possible without electricity, If it will remain like this till 6:30 then we'll not get water for the whole day, So please please please improve your service and try to solve the problems faster !!
      I'm a resident of JVTS Garden, Chattarpur, Delhi. The problem of excessive power cut in Chattarpur, Delhi, has become unbearable for the residents of the area to cope with. Please restore power in the area at the earliest. The summer heat has already caused healthy problems to a plenty of people and the problem, if not solved, will cause further damage. I have contacted the electricity dept several times over phone but they don't fix the problem and make excuses everytime.
      ### ### holes u electricity guys are...who gave you jobs when u can't fix line in one go...since yesterday power cut in Chattarpur is random...from 7pm to 3 am..more than 30 times light went off and happened today as well. Do politicians and prime minister also get power cut in Khan market and Janpath area. We bludy give LL the taxes and face power cut and these politicians enjoy on our benefits with no pain and power cut. We come from work after spending so many crazy hours just to have atleast a sound sleep. But electricians and politicians are there to ### up our life's not only in day but night as well..jai hind
      Please improve service in om vihar uttam nagar, light condition is too bad, frequent power cut .

        This is with ref to my complaint request no. [protected] dated 13th April 2010 for Erratic Bill,

        As per past records my

        Feb 2010 bill amt is Rs.430

        Dec 2009 bill amt is Rs.1580

        Oct 2009 bill amt is Rs.910

        Then why my April 2010 bill amt is 8140....?



        I logged my complaint with BSES office at East Punjabi Bagh with one of your representative named Mr. Bhupendra. He kept the subject of my complaint as "Wrong Reading". I said you should write it as "Erratic Bill" or not as per "Average Previous Generated Bill". I explained that you can check the history of my past billing, never ever we have received this sort of a bill. There is nobody in the house to use the electricity. He told me that one of BSES rep will visit the house & check the reading. Since yesterday nobody visited, but today afternoon one of the rep came and told my Mother that the meter is working fine.

        Is this is the process of giving the explanation /clarification to the consumer? I am not convinced with this process. You should provide the justification/Logical/Concrete answer.



        I believe either there is something wrong in the process of BSES or its Meters.



        Kindly, stop harassing the consumers.





        "Do BSES Provide Reimbursements to the consumers For Breakdowns?"



        Please amend the bill as per my past record to make it justifiable.

          on 16th April, 2010 our power was off since 12pm. I was trying to contact the BSES officials and customer care executves for almost one hour to book a complaint. To my surprise no one was lifting the phone. In fact they are lifting but not answering my call. During this peak summer season I was feeling so exhausted and fainted in this scorching heat. This was an individual case (I think 3-4 houses) in the colony. After 4 hours the light came. Please advise your people on duty to be more responsible and to attend the phone calls. People call only in case of emergency. Kindly do the needful not to occur such instances in future. In case of power cut we know the situation. But in isolates cases also please tell them to be more responsible and no to make the citizens to suffer. We are responsible to make the payment of electricity bill on time. So this is my request not to trouble us in future.

            I'm a resident of Virender Nagar, New Delhi. For the last 10 days residents of this area are facing huge problem of Power cuts. The cuts are of 6-8 hrs daily. :'( There is nobody who can solve our problem. The power comes around 04:00 am. We've small children and they have to go to school early. But due to these power cuts they are not able to get proper sleep and can't study. And they are also not able to attend their schools. Working people are also getting late to their offices. Complaints are registered many times but they are of no use. Because, first nobody picks up the phone at BSES secondly, if after dialing many times somebody picks up they don't have any idea. Only one excuse they give 'Break Down'. How it can be possible to have BREAK DOWNS for so many hours and at the same times daily. And we think BSES doesn't have sufficient customer care staff, whenever we call them, all of their so called customer care executives remains busy on the other lines to attend their valuable customers. Damn, we don't know where they are busy. If power goes at 10:00 pm and we call BSES, they say that the power will come at 11:00pm. When we call at 11:00 pm they say it'll come at 01:00 am. Again we call them at 01:00 am, they say it'll come at 03:00 am. And again we call then they say it'll come at 04:00am. They all are making fool of innocent people. Sometimes we feel that we're not living in the Capital of India. This is the basic necessity which govt. has to provide to their citizens. We think that this (consumercomplaints.in) is the last option we have.

            The area has been in short supply of power cuts increased to 4-5 times. There is no schedule time. The duration is increasing day by day from 2hr to 3 hr & even more. The cuts are regular in the morning, afternoon, evening & In the night also.
            I would like to ask why there is so much of increased power cuts in our area despite of paying the bills While the other neighbouring areas like Jyoti Nagar or kardampuri extension have so smooth supply of electricity. I
            Request you to Don't give the reason of Load shedding.
            If there was load shedding then how its possible that the neighbouring areas have so smooth supply of electricity?
            I would also like to know the cut off timings of the area

            Request you kindly look into the matter as early as possible.

                Electricity — Not getting bill

                I am a resident of Plot no 61, FCI colony, New AgitSingh nagar, vijayawada.
                Few months back our residential Electric connection was changed from Agit singh nagar to Payakapuram. Since then we are not getting electricity bill. Every month we are paying our bill in the head office. The electriciy department response is worst when we ask regarding this. Nothing had happened If we don't pay the amount for three to four months. Even they didnot disconnect it. But still the bill amount grows in the main department accounts.
                To whom shall I need to escalate this problem

                      I'm a humble customer of BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd., My residence is at A-69, Amara colony, Kamurudin Nager, Nangloi, delhi-41, my meter K.no is 2631J5020111 and CRN No. is [protected].

                      As my Meter had stopped working due to some internal sparking in meter so I gave a request to BSES to replace my Meter, for that submitted Demand note with Demand note no[protected] dated[protected], after some days some technicians from BSES came to my home for replaceing meter but I was unable at my home due to some urgent work out station, technician demanded for 500 Rs for the replaceing and testing meter but my wife refused to pay any kind of bribe for the same.

                      so many times I had visted BSES office but no one ready to help me, I hope they will never help me without bribe but all I hope DERC can help me.

                      If I would be defaulter why would I asked to replaced my meter, if I had not requested for replacement of my meter then I might avoided conflicts and penalities which are imposed to me and will definately have peace of mind.

                      I dont know why I had done this, I had learnt from this never be honest for any one.

Meter No.13162200 I'm a humble customer of BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd., I have received a bill Rs 71000, I am shocked and some people come in my house from enforcement deptt for the recovery of payment or disconnection of light.The person told me this is the direct theft case.This is the wrong billing for me i request to you kindly cancel the said bill.

                        BSES — Digging in front of our Showroom

                        This is to inform you that a huge digging has been done in front of our showroom at uttam nagar, this was done on around 15th of march 2009 and till date this hasn't been yet covered. By this we have lost around 75-80% of our business and lost many of our employees jobs as it is a company showroom. It was told by the labours working their that this is for putting some wiring inside the road and it is of BSES.Many of the digging has been closed, so why it has not been covered in front of our showroom. If any prompt action has not been done we may also lose our jobs and the company has to close this showroom. Some photographs of the digging has been attached with this complaint.

                          the problem is that the electricity poll which is installed only the distance of 2 foot of my balcony .The connection of this poll wires are not properly joined and even not covered so any one touched accidently them and the cover of distribution box installed at the poll always remains open , the short circuit and fire took place every one or two days. and its also leak heavy current . Children playing in the street can accidently touch...

                          Not changing of Faulty metre CRN No [protected]
                          Sir,
                          I Laxmi Narayan Sharma Having an electricity connection of BSES Residing at QN 117 Type III SPG Complex Sector - 8 Dwarka New Delhi -110077. I lodged a complaint of faulty meter on 6th January 2010 and a team of BSES came to test the metre on 7 Th January and they found that meter is stopped. A receipt in this regard was given but the faulty meter is still not changed by the BSES . If there is any litigation regarding charges then who will be the responsible .
                          Therefore it is requested that may kindly be direct to BSES to change my faulty meter so that I may be avoid any litigation . Thanking you sir.

Lakhi Ram r/o B-4/243, Safderjang Enclave, New Delhi-29) co-owner of Khasra No.50/8(undivided and without demarkation peice of land), Arjun Nagar, New Delhi-110029. The above said Raghvinder Singh without the permission the permission of co-owner install a illegal conncetion and without build up structure in conniveyance with your officials installed above said connection no. on 25/02/2010.

                              I had filed so many complaints against said Raghvinder Singh and his associates, who is bhoo mafia and builder. He also encroached the DDA fancying by breaking steel grill.

                              I am a widow lady of aged about 75 years and I had not moved from the bed.

                              Please inquire the matter and removed the above said meter with immidiate effect and arraying officials who install the illegal connection may please be show cause and also immediate action of abovesaid Raghvinder Singh.

                              secy derc, but no action taken by concerned authority . Dear sir I bring to your kind notice some important point that is :
                              1 House no 554 is janta flat alloted in 1983 in the shape of one room set . Now 554 have nine room with three illegal floors.
                              2 The owner of 554 swinder singh chadha applied two illegal connection and bses district centre janak puri ( BM Doshi ) given the permission of installation these illegal connection.
                              3 The Details of electric metre on poroperty no 554 :

                              I am full disagree from vigilance bese c r park because there is no use of lodge the complaint in vigilance c r park. I have been lodge many complaint to dgm bses janak puri district centre on two illegal connection on house no 554 site 1 janta flat vikas puri new delhi -18 . The connection was sanctioned by bses janak puri without legal property paper, how it is possible and after sanction connection the file of 554 skipeed in bses account . I feel many file may be missed because once the dalal make the costomer file and after all procedure thses files had skipped in bses account . so please you check the files of bses janak puri district centre and raid on dalals they are sitting at gate of bses office and raid on bses office janak puri.
                              please raid on 554 to check the file, the file is skiped now.
                              Mr. Swinder Singh also given first floor for commercial use which is completely illegal.

                              This man should be punished at any cost.

                                  The shutters of one of the substations at Anupam Appt East Arjun Ngr Delhi-32 is completely damaged and entry to the sub stn and transformer room is as easy as walking on road.This was brought to the notice of the DGM and area incharge and head of BYPL at Karkar dooma one year earlier also.To convey the extent of damage some photograps were also sent with the letter,but nothing has been done till now.The condition of the shutters has worsened now due to corroision and there are chances that children or stray dogs etc may enter and get hurt or burned severly.
                                  We have done our duty by reporting the matter to you and expect you to resolve the complaint timely to avoid any mishappening.
