I am Nadeem Siddiqui I put up at S-77 Gali No. 23 Brahampuri delhi 53. Meter No.13162200 I'm a humble customer of BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd., I have received a bill Rs 71000, I am shocked and some people come in my house from enforcement deptt for the recovery of payment or disconnection of light.The person told me this is the direct theft case.This is the wrong billing for me i request to you kindly cancel the said bill.

BSES — Digging in front of our Showroom

This is to inform you that a huge digging has been done in front of our showroom at uttam nagar, this was done on around 15th of march 2009 and till date this hasn't been yet covered. By this we have lost around 75-80% of our business and lost many of our employees jobs as it is a company showroom. It was told by the labours working their that this is for putting some wiring inside the road and it is of BSES.Many of the digging has been closed, so why it has not been covered in front of our showroom. If any prompt action has not been done we may also lose our jobs and the company has to close this showroom. Some photographs of the digging has been attached with this complaint.

This is the second reminder regarding illegal connection on property no 554 site -1 vikas puri new delhi -18. I have been send many mails to derc .ceo bses, cm,
secy derc, but no action taken by concerned authority . Dear sir I bring to your kind notice some important point that is :
1 House no 554 is janta flat alloted in 1983 in the shape of one room set . Now 554 have nine room with three illegal floors.
2 The owner of 554 swinder singh chadha applied two illegal connection and bses district centre janak puri ( BM Doshi ) given the permission of installation these illegal connection.
3 The Details of electric metre on poroperty no 554 :

1, SAWINDER SINGH ( Ist floor) W1440477 – 3 VP[protected] Dt. 12.3.1983

2, SAWINDER SINGH (IInd floor) W144390 – 3 VP[protected] Dt. March 2004

4 When the metre applied on third floor, the documents are submitted is totally false proerty paper introduced by dalal and no one person jaswinder w/o Mohan
Singh.
5 Why the connction was sanction by bses district centre without legal paper and what is profit of BSES janak puri and after complaint why these metres was
not removed .
6 The owner of 554 dived electricity in slabwise so bill is generate is less becauce after 200 unit the charges is higher but the owner of 554 paid less amount to
bses. This is the loss of BSES.
7 The main interesting thing, is the file of 554 when the metre was applied is missed in your record and the duplicate files and some affidavit are put in bses records
Is BM demand PERMISSION OF THIRD FLOOR.THROURH MCD OR DDA.from the owner of 554 site-1 vikas puri nd-18
8 Why BM MR. Doshi saving the owner of 554 named swinder singh chadha .What is profit of MR. Doshi.If these metre are not legal then removed by bses.
9 Raid of desu on third floor towards misuse of Electricity on complained 2/5/2009 and complained was attended by District Centre janak puri

I am full disagree from vigilance bese c r park because there is no use of lodge the complaint in vigilance c r park. I have been lodge many complaint to dgm bses janak puri district centre on two illegal connection on house no 554 site 1 janta flat vikas puri new delhi -18 . The connection was sanctioned by bses janak puri without legal property paper, how it is possible and after sanction connection the file of 554 skipeed in bses account . I feel many file may be missed because once the dalal make the costomer file and after all procedure thses files had skipped in bses account . so please you check the files of bses janak puri district centre and raid on dalals they are sitting at gate of bses office and raid on bses office janak puri.
please raid on 554 to check the file, the file is skiped now.

Mr. Swinder Singh also given first floor for commercial use which is completely illegal.

This man should be punished at any cost.

Street Light is Not Working

I m a resident of D-60, Shanti Nagar Karawal Nagar Delhi-110094., Two Street Light in our Street is not working since 1st January 2010. I have register the complain on Helpline No. 39999808 on 10.3.2010 vide complaint No. [protected], Inspite of various complain No. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] no action taken by the department, Kindly take necessary action against my complaint. I am very grateful & oblidge.
but no action has been taken by complaint please immidiatly futher necessary cation.

Complaint Against bill No. 804590 dt. 01.07.2010

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of Smt. Sarita Tripathi connection no. K.No.: 2660W7750859 and CRN No.: [protected], 244 Sector-1, Pocket-1, Dwarka- New Delhi -110075. I have received a copy of the electricity bill dated[protected] and I got shocked when I saw the bill i.e. for Rs 16, 550/-. It was really shocked that I have never received the bill for Rs. 10, 499.05 for two months from date of installing the meter to till date. In this entire month my children are in native place from 20th May 2010 and they are returning back on 16th July 2010 but the reading is going high, why ? only you people knows. So it is therefore requested to correct the bill for making the payment. I will be grateful to you, thanks -

BSES rajdhani power ltd ki supply itni bekar ho gai hai winter ke season me to morning me light 03-04 hrs ke liye kat lete hai BSES ke head office me complaint karo to woh log complaint nahi lete BSES ke apne customer ko pareshan karne me maja ata hai.

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to bring to your notice electricity theft going on day and night in our colony.

In the Gali No. 2/3 ( Transformer Wali Gali) of Chandu Park Colony, P.O. Krishna Nagar, Delhi - 110051, there is a SAI Baba Mandir and above mandir lives the Pandit of the mandir.

Both at the mandir and above the mandir, they are running an unauthorized electricity connection taken directly from the street light. There is no electricity meter installed in the Mandir and yet they are using electricity commercially at the mandir and are running all the home appliances and mandir lightings.

Being a responsible citizens we thought to bring this to your notice for immediate action.

power theft at ahir mohalla nangloi in house no 213 kehar singh yadav house.the landlord is giving his apartments on rent with unlimited electricity use and no need to pay electricity bills.they have a faulty meter and also they r by passing meter reading.kindly look into the matter and please keep my name secret.

Did tehy also ask you to pay an amount of 1800 on demand note?? That's what is teh amount they asked me.. The service is pretty lethargic and my request was made in aug 09 and the demand note is ready only when i called in today to enquire...

I made a request to BSES Rajdhani Power Limited @ oct 2009 regarding Name change & submitted all demanded documents, afterwards they have given me assurance that in next billing it will be change surely.but after that they only giving assurance.

The person is right. It seems that only the operator has changed to BSES and not the attitude. Privatisation has not improved the efficiency of the DESU system. Complaint attendant to Lineman-everybody wants some money to move. How can my India progress when held in such corrupt and greedy hands.

BY MISTAKE OF YOUR DEPARTMENT MY NAME'S SPELLING IS WRONG PRINTING ON MY BILL. MY NAME IS PRINTED IN BILL IS "TRIBENIDASS GUPTA" WHERE AS IT SHOULD BE - TRIBENIDAS GUPTA.

Which documents are required if i want to change the ownership name of my meter box from somebody else's name to my name. applied that i have power of eternity (GPA) of my house.
