Theft from TA-208A, Ravi Das Marg, Tughlakabad Ext. New Delhi-19, by Ramesh Chand Gupta. He was also involved in electric theft and now related case is pending in court.. He is supply thefted electricity for his 70 approx tenent Electric and he take electric rent from his tenent

My name is Rajkumar i want to say that my neighbour misusing the power for everyday especially at evening and night time and disturbing to us and other who are staying near to him. He is using lots of equipments like power heater and others. Pls take action against to him as soon as possible to rectify the problems and for better o[censored]s and BSES.

H.N. 155 GUWAHATI ASSAM.with deep grief i want to tell u that our power provider is NTPC, and the residents nearby me by name jitu basumatary, abul ali and many more are engaged in electricity theft
by hanging hooks by evening time .which results in a power overload, having low electricity voltage due to which i can't run my pc.and if you notice the fan speed 4rm 7 pm 11 pm its quite annoying.i complained to complaint cell via phone several times.but no successful action has not been made so far.i doubt about the
employees of maintenence also bcoz how could the thiefs know how and when vigilance is coming or not.i request you to solve this serious problem immediately.any good action in this regard will b appreciable

theft of bijli — Excess amount taken of Electricity from tenants

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring your attention on the problem going on in Munirka Village of DELHI one of Lanlords Mr.Samay Singh Tokas (Known as poly) has got Five buildings in the Village each of which has about 20 rooms in that having a seperate electricity meter for each of them,

As we know that govt. has kept seperate rates each for Commercial and residential Electricity but inspite of That Mr.Samay is charging Rs.5/unit with all the tenants.

Not only this there are five floors in each of building but electricity meters are only there on ground as well as first floor and remaining three floors are runing on illeagle connection extended from these two floors.

According to BRPL % Losses upto May-09 are : -

CIRCLE DIVISION DT_NAME % LOSSES AREA
SOUTH II R K PURAM MUNIRKA VILL 30-32 VILL MUNIRKA

These things happen only due to the above mentioned reason that though we are paying the Electricity the Landlord is not depositing the same to GOVT,

I request your intervention in this so that the theft of electricity & illegal electricity charges which are taken from all the tenants can both be stopped.

Please take the action as early as possible.

Electricity theft is causing problem to the genuine customers. The theft is carried out with the help of the employee of BSES specially the electric meter readers as they knew about the thefts but for little gain they allow these type of activities. In Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi-110003, 90% of the residents are envolve in these type of thefts were the meter reader charge amounts from the customers and allow them to carry out the thefts. I live in Gali No. 7, Wazir Nagar and found that people have installed two to three ACs at their residents which runs through out day and night and they receive a bill of merely 500 to 1000 rupees. This is not only causing environment problem but also heavy loss to the BSES which ultimately has to be paid by the genuine customers like us. BSES should initiate a special drive in these areas to catch the culprits. Even remote controls are being used by the residents who switch off the meters at night with the help of remote controls. BSES may conduct raids specially in nights to catch such type of persons.

Subject : Electricity theft by Surender Singh, K-3, Gali No.7, West Ghonda, Delhi.

I would like to inform you that Mr. Surender Singh Jamnal, house No.K-3, Gali No.7 (Closed) is using electricity illegally for the last two years.

He thefts electricity after 9.30 p.m. evening to 7.00 a.m. morning from the Electricity Pole which is in front of his house by peeling off the wire of another customer and tangling his wires on it. He has three storeyed built house and has two tenants and using cooler, refrigerator, washing machine, iron press, water motors, computer and his bi-monthly electricity bills merely comes around Rs.500/- which is also too much less of average bill of small family.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and inspect the house to stop the electricity. Also to request you please don’t open my identity and to stop the electricity.

Mrs kavita rani w/f of yogesh Kumar resident of 7/a, 4 Acharya Niketan MAYUR VIHAR PHASE 1 DELHI 91 having a garment shop in ground floor (kids fancy point) and 3.5 floor building stilling electricity from past several years. They have no of electric app starting from a/c to ofr microwaves to geyser running almost all day but still they pay just few hundreds as Bill. Not only this the AC Outer unit is also placed inside in room which normally installed outside. I M very much sure that they are stilling electricity from past several year I suggest you to raid in night around 10: 30 pm and check meter and bses wire completely,

I RUCHI GUPTA MY K.NO[protected], last bill may-8 i have pay at 11/07/2008. but after some time my shop is vacent so i am not present their than metar not present in commen area. i aplied new metar with NCR report at karkardooma BSES office. my metar present at beses office.
i meet with MR. DK pawar but he is misbihave with me and saying
diposit 19650/- than re install metar. but last reding is 8429-and current reding 8429- so please help me and send final bill.

sir, It is mention on the electricity bill that electricity consumption in a month is less than 200units/150units then tarrif will be reduced by Rs.1per unit by given special subsidy announced by the DELHI GOVT.The same has been denied by the official in connection of flat no. 121/2, pushp vihar, sect.1 NEW DELHI 110017. kindly look into the matter

On09th August'09, I got my complaint registered at Pkt.B office of BSES Rajdhani.Now, Ihave come to know that that Once in month only they attend to complaints and next date is 11th Sept., 2009. Local staff is least helpful and BSES has got its website redesigned where it is not possible to post our grievances.
In earlier days when DESU was there, atleast there was a well defined hierarchy where could have resolved one's grivences.But BSES is least concerned about safety of common man and they have taken care of intrests of both Mantri and Santri. Chief minister has won the elections three times in a row and consider hersel position as an impringeble one and her loyalty to 10 Janpath is unshakable.
So don't hope for restoration of street lights in near future.

Actually this time I have not received the bill on time. So I was unable to pay same on time But today at 12:25 pm your recovery agents came to my home and started abusing with my parents . I have talked with them on phone and said to them that I will pay bill online immediately. They were demanding a cheque I told them that the bank account is in my name and I am here in Noida . they told me that give any cheque and anybody sign on it as they have to show in office . Ireplied them that how any other person can sign on my cheque they say that they don’t know anything but they went back without disconnection
By the mean time I paid the bill online on net and the transaction number is MCIT[protected] . But unfortunately they arrived again at 1:00 pm and demanded Rs 1000 as bribe to avoid disconnection . my parents told them that I have paid online but they have listened nothing and disconnected due to nonfulfillment of their demand .

Yesterday I had faced problem on bribe asked by BSES people.
I was in office, three people came from BSES without any NOTICE to my residence and litterally haresed my mother and wife who were in house at that point of time. These three people they entered to my house and asked that they are from Electricity & the old meter is to be changed with the new digital meter. They came to house to change the old meter without any prior notice to us.
My mother advised them that come on FRIDAY (after 2 days) and change the meter, so that my son will also be available in the house. These three people clearly said no they have to change today itself this is the instruction from my seniors. They said that if you don't want to change than your connection will be disconnected. My mother raised that my son is not at home therefore you come on Friday to change the meter because you had visited without our notice.
One of them told that give us Rs. 1000.00 cash than we can leave this today and come later on. My mother said why should we have to pay for this, they called one Line man there it self and asked him that they had the order to change the meter today itself and conusmer is refusing to change the meter, therefore one of them asked to line man to disconnect the line if they are not allowing us to change the meter.

My mother called me and I left my office immdiately to reach to house, even they don't want to wait for one hour they wanted either disconnect the line or install new meter at my home immediatly, There was no choice with my mother she allowed them to change the metter. This was happened only due to the money was not offered to these four persons a that point of time. In fact there was no choice with us to allow them to change the meter & face them such a god who changed the meter / entered to my house without any their prior notice to us. They wanted Rs. 1000.00 on non payment to them they changed meter as per their illegal right.

If the documents will be seen, there is no signature of the consumer and/or owner of the house / my mother on any documents for such action which has been taken by BSES in the said change of the electricity metter.

The street lights on the road between DDA park and Chiranjeev Tower(Opp. Hotel Intercontinental Eros) and Ansal Tower at Nehru Place have not been working for the past more than two months. there r many electrcal poles where street light not working, i complaint here as well as on 39999707 brpl on 22/9/11 complaint no [protected], but it is of no avail .
for almost a month there is darkness around flats 30A, 31A, 48A, 49A.-- a location where electrical pole is situated.
despite repeated complaints and reminders it all going in vain . noone looking for our genuine problem. . i wonder why all this happening, sr executives r not bothered . this is disgusting .
i m making this comment for public place light and, to avert any unpleasant acts or criminal acts in the darkness, dog bites, and many untowards acts
pl look into and repair street lights not only at one pole but for whole colony- pocket -A DDA Flats, Sukhdev vihar, N.Delhi 110025.

Dear Sir, I hv applied for a new connection and the work was materialized only after 3 months after several follow-ups.

But the new meter wiring was wrongly done and the staff of BSES went back.

Regarding this a complaint letter to rectify the problem has been submitted to the BSES Delhi-Safdarjung Enclave office, and it's almost 8 days up, regulary visiting the office to rectify the problem, but the staff over there remains saying that "the work will be done today evening".

But till today no one turned up to resolve the issue. Regarding this i contacted the CC, where they don't have much information, kept on saying that "u only have to visit the SJE office " customer care has nothing to do with it.

This is for the concern to act promptly to resolve the issue.

I am a Senior citizen, Retired as ADDL Medical Superintendent DR R M L HOSPITAL, New Delhi, Inspite of repeated correspondence and personal visit to the office of B.S.E.S I AM GETTING INCORRET bill since last two and a half year and ultimately it was disconnected by labelling as exagerated amount pending, which was false ..Even after disconnection they are sending the bill as actual bill amount without noting the reading. It is difficult for an old lady to run from pillar to post to get her bill corrected.

i am student we have 3 phase meter in the name of Shammi Kapoor. BSES generate a bill of rs 140780 for 7 months in 2007 power dis connected from pole due to non payment i am ready to pay the consumed energy charges but they get acknowledge that customer is ready to pay the whole amount . but why should i pay the unused amount i request them but no one is ready to lishen me i am running to reduce this amount since Jan 2009 but no one is ready to help me out.i don't want anything from bses just correct my bill as soon as possible. when i visit to commercial officer mrs sarita singh she said please meet some one in billing staff when i visit in billing room mrs anita said please meet commercial officer.

I reside at 22/21-B Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. I have lodged 3 times different complaint of one particular streetlight with the 23 block Rajdhani BSES office. What to talk of repair even no one has ever visited the site even. When I contacted one Mr. J.S.Tyagi, who I understand is the AE/JE and incharge of the streetlights, he talked very rude and did not care that a senior citizen was talking to him for a social work only and rather challenged that no light can be repaired till he wishes it to do so. More than 45 days have passed with no result. I lodged my complaint with the CM Grievance Cell also vide their No. CMO/PGC/2006/525566 and subsequently sent reminder vide No. 525796 and reminded at one more occasion, but still the light remains in the same non-working condition. Mr. Tyagi, who thinks himself as not less than CM of Delhi may be asked whether there is any hope of this light being repaired before Diwali. I may add here that I have seen many other lights in my neighbourhood repaired, but for reasons best known to Mr. Tyagi the subject street light has not been repaired.

DWKXPP 1270 & 1267they give me a Complaint No. 1650 dated 05/08 but the bulb was not changed by the department. I again contacted on 12/08/2010 they told me your complaint will be sort out within 48 hours. but my complaint was not solve by the department. so I reauested to concern officer to take the immediate action and change the bulb of Pole No. DWKXPP 1270 & DWKXPP 1267.

I have made complaint by BSES coustomer center and also make on line complaint by www.bsesdelhi.com which but after a long time when no action taken my cmplaint by BSES I try to make complaint inline again then system show your comlaint is under process... but still street light under darkness. This has become very dangerous due to darkness for the people and children who walk on road.i have try to trace complaint which I make by coustomer support but helpline person told me that he made a complaint and BSES engineer working on that I do not know how can BSES person so careless about complaint. than what meaing of coustomer support server or coustomer support center.
Please take it seriously as it matters to consumer right.

I m living at A-9-B (Old) D.D.A Flats, Paschim Puri, New Delhi - 63. We have the common space of our electricity meter installed at one place where all other people's meter installed & my family has to go rajasthan due to the death in our relation. But when no one in our home was our meter was stolen whose complaint was given to the nearest police station on dt. 08.07.08 & the same was informed to the B.S.E.S. office at Punjabi Bagh & also to the BM (D) at the Nehru Place Office. And then we applied for the reconnection of meter at Punjabi Bagh office to get the supply of electricity because we were living without the supply of electricity. And it has been also examined by the J.E. of the Punjabi Bagh Office who was to come for visit to check where the reconnection of meter was to be done & also the people have checked that when they had visited our premises i was alone in the home without the electricity. And i want to tell that our neighbour living at A-10-B is using the electricity without the meter means directly stealing of electricity but one day some employee of bses reach our premises asking the above address but when they saw that there is also no electricity at my home they asked me & i told them that our meter was stolen & the complaint has been given to the nearest police station & also to your department but they said that yes we have come from Punjabi Bagh office to check what load you were using & i dont know how they themselve connected the supply of electricity & made some photos of our premises to check the load as i was not aware of them that for what pupose they were doing this i couldn't stop them but after some days 2 letter has been sent to me for theft of case of electiricity which is totally worng case because the person from punjabi bagh office are witness that whenever they have visited our premises in the mean time there was no electricity at our home. But there is conscipray on me & my family about the theft of electricity & now the penalty for this they are asking for RS. 1, 55, 000/- for the theft of electricity which was not actually done by us, even our neightbour is using the electricity for 6 or 7 years directly & we were paying all our dures since when we have purchased this house (3 years). They have made wrong theft of case on us. And it is making me & my family very disturb. So i request you pls. help me in this metter.

hi there, i just want to complain someone who is using AC and Electricity commercially with his temperred seal meter from last many years. He is not a good person and looting and cheating with so many peoples and i am also one of them that's why i want to complain him.
Should i get any benift if i tell you his name and address ?

no meter has been intalled till date while demand note has already been issued and amount to Rs. 4200/- has been deposited vide application no. n[protected] dated 11/5/09. please reply and install meter at the earliest also intimate upto how long you will install the meter.

I am residing in A 20 Defence colony having a public park in the front. For a very long time the park was practically with out lights which was rectified recently. But now the noise coming from the sodium vapour lamps connection is so loud and continuous i can not sit in my Living room and neither can i come out to my balcony. I think there is some voltage or transformer problem which need to be addressed to save the botheration for people living closeby.

will the authorities do something?

I am residing at C-1, Plot No.1, Near Shikhadeep School, Vikas Nagar, Uttam Nagar. There is no light in this street from 9.00 p.m. on 02.8.2011. BSES Rajdhani delhi costumer Care No.39999707 is the only helpline number is provided in such a capital city like delhi which network is always busy. The near by BSES Station is LIG, Hastal providing a very very poor services to its customers. Some mischevious character used to ignore to supply the power supplied in Hastal and forget to power on. They get up when the complaint is forwarded again and again. So the higher officials who are management authority should seriously look into the matter and take up action to avoid the inconvenience to public.

i reside in pushp vihar and live in 1st floor of building and family living on 2nd floor that is over us, keeps making noise till 4AM in the the morning. sound is like striking of stone against floor, it is so loud that no one in our family can sleep and he is also running DJ business and using garage which is allowed for profit use in goverment quarters and it has been three years and if we talk to him to stop this, he says that " do what you" and call whoever you want, i'll continue doing this and i'm not even afraid of police and says that he has connections with some rowdy people, please help me and my family and give us some helpline no also .

i m going to purchase house in shivaji enclave, which comes under ur Tagore_Garden district office. one electric pillar box is situated just infront of that house and on 14th august one person lost his valuable life due to electric current from that pillar. after that the owner of that house has tried his best and contacted to ur office but till now that box is not removed.
i want to ask one thing that without money no work can be done in ur office.
there are many people out side the office who are giving assurance to remove the post after taking some
amount.
i m surprised why ur responsible officers are playing with the lives of others or u have given them this job also.
i request urgoodself to solve this problem as early as possible wiht intimation on my email, as i m going to shift in 1st week of october.

All such poles/pillars etc comming in the Gate or drive way can be got shifted on payment of legitimate shifting charges depending upon the status of the area / plot & feasibility.

Meter was installed at 10january 2009, the people who came since the meter was installed they used temporary weir(Tar). They were committed to us as soon as possible they would change the weirs(Tar). Since 1year we were complaining to your department no one taking an action. And they never registered are complain. (We were already deposit a security amount Rs.900/-when we applied for the meter.)
In future if there is any accident will happen because of the temporary weir(Tar) so who will be going to responsible for the accident?

Sub: Request for not installation of Electric Pole in front of house-reg.
Please refer to the above cited subject.
In this regard, it is submitted that I am Afzal Farooq, residing at V-86, street No. 23B, Vijay Park, Delhi-110053, yesterday on 01.08.2018 some officers of BSES came to my home for installation of electric pole in front of my home without giving any information and any notice to me and without any survey report and necessity of the electric pole. There is not any necessity of the electric pole. Further, my home having the door and window facing the main street and I have small kids so the installation of electric pole creates lot of security issue for my family.
Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and consider my request for not installation of Electric Pole in front of my house.

I can not call private technician as evrything is under-ground- I do not have words to Explain my problems- But They should
Understand the Criticality Of this . Its been a night mayer first time with Such a big company.

there is electricity pole nearby my home.from one month the tube light of said pole is not working. i've done a complaint to the complaint center at G.T.Road Shahdara on 03.08.2008, the technician was came for repair the street light. after checking of street light he told to me that the ELECTRIC CHALK is damaged and i've to change that and i'll be do this tommorow.

from that day nobody came to repair the street light till today.

i've call on complaint center four different time, but no action taken regarding that complaint.

kindy take some necessary action for my complaint.

I had applied for a new connection for my DDA flat at Bindapur, Delhi. The new meter was installed in my flat on 24.08.2008. But there is some fault in supply cable from distribution box to meter, the persons who installed the meter said that to rectify the fault is not their job. Since then i am regularly booking complaints on the company website and telephone helpline, but the problem has not been sorted out, even i have not got any call from the company in this regard.

I have taken electricity connection in my shop No.20, Banjara Camp, Khanpur, New delhi 110062 (Circle South) by depositing security deposit of Rs.1500/- vide demand notedt 16.10.2008 (Meter No.[protected]. The electricity bills received till March-April, 2009 (CRN No.[protected]) were deposited by me and the same were also in my name.
But to my surprise the bill received for August 09 is in the name of one Shri Sunder Lal with the same address and same CRN No.[protected]. When this was brought to the notice of the concerned officials in your office in Prahladpur, Badarpur, New delhi a number of times they avoided to rectify the same and said nothing can be done. Sir, your officials are induldged in this conspiry whose hand have been greased by Shri Sunder Lal mentioned in subsequent bills. When the meter charges/security deposit receipts are in my name and the bills upto May, 2009 are in my name how your officials can dare to do such forgery/conspiracy.
It is requested that my name may please be entered in the record again failing which I will be compelled to file a FIR in Police and take shelter of court of law/consumer court for redressal of my grievances.

We are facing lots of problems due to load shedding by the BSES Rajdhani. They cut the electricity for 6-7 hours a day.

Even the cut the electricity in the midnight 11.00 PM to 1.00AM everyday, since few days. Due to the load shedding each and every family disturbed their daily routines as well as their kids's.

I am staying in the area where BSES services are not available but it does not mean that my complaints are not being taken seriously if I making a complint for the area where I am not staying. Almost a month back I had made complint ( No. [protected]) that some of the street lights on Kalu Sarai road(Infront of the Azad apartment) near IIT, Delhi are not working. Since hundreds of small children are daily passing through this road in the evening hours for attending various coaching classes. This has become very dangerous due to darkness. I have made second complaint today in morning also(No. [protected] dated 10.08.08) but helpline person was reluctant to resiter as I am not ataying in that area and I am not using BSES supply.
Please take it seriously as it matters to poor children who are serious for their studies.

I got shocked when I saw the bill i.e. Rs 10, 970.00 Since the time the meter was installed we never got the such big bill. As you can see the last bill i.e. from Nov 2007, to July 2008. But since the last month i.e. from August 2008 bill is coming more and this month it has rised very high. In the month of August the excess bill came amounted to Rs. 2863.60. We thought that it will be reduced but it has crossed the limits. We are the domestic consumers not the industrial or commercial users. Our’s is a small family 2 Adults and 2 Kids. The electricity is used in the room which we sit. Therefore pl. correct the bill and & check the meter, if there is any fault.
Please reply us soon as we will not pay till the bill is not corrected. You can also see the previous bills, we used to get an average bill of Rs 800.00 to 1, 200.00 for 2 Months.
Please correct it immediately.

I regret to inform you that there is no listening even for the genuine & serious electrical defects in common staircase area where electrical meters of all the residents are installed. We have brought this thing into notice of BSES Office located in Sector:13, Dwarka, New Delhi, 3 to 4 Times. A written complaint for the same was also given for the same at that office. Our light ( Flat No's:- 393 to 400,
Sector:19, Pocket:3, Dwarka, New Delhi)generally goes off 3 or 4 Times in fortnight.There is contineaus sparking at the common meter area.When your men come to attend the report they say that the entire wiring & the electric nuts of the Common area need to be changed & BSES is not having the stock for the same.Your staff persons had also removed and taken with them the Main On & Off Switch of the Common area( Which is more risky because there is contineaus sparking in that area and there is no main on & off switch)
I request the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

We The residents of Bhera Enclave, Paschim Vihar, Delhi 110087, are facing an accute problem from the last two and half months.Most of the time especially in the late evening hours till midnight there is a heavy fluctuation of voltage, i.e voltage keeps on fluctuating from zero to highest. I complainted so many times, most of the time I get reply that all your representatives are busy attending complaints of other customers so call some other time. Once or twice complaints had been attended & repairing persons repaired only by tightening the terminals at the transformer site. But that temporary repair lasted only for a few hours. Because of all this nuisance all residents are spennding sleepless nights.I there for request you to do the needful at the earliest by ammennding the route cause.

I had visited 3 times to your Adchini village Office to get a demand note but unable to find the concern officer on seat, There is nobody else also to answer on his behalf.

I had also contacted Customer care officer, but she was also unable to Answer.

Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to the complaint against electricity. There is cut off of Electricity from yesterday night 1 am in my area Raj Nagar Part-2, Dwarka Sector- 8, New Delhi -110077. I also register my complaint through phone but same problem no action will be taken. Right Now its 12 pm no action will be taken by BSES to solve this problem and there is no reason given by BSES why electricity cut off is done. I request u to please solve this problem immediately. This problem is generated due to Load Shedding in our area. Electricity Poles are very less in our area due to which we are facing these kinds of electricity problems. Kindly please solve these kinds of problems immediately as soon as possible.
