Sir, I am resident of Lajpat Nagar. In our building there are 5 flats. Each flat has sepate meter. All meters are installed openly in same place at stairs of ground floor. Three employees of BSES has come and asked whose meter is this. I have told that this meter belongs to us, they said that seal is not proper. I saw and told that seal stickers are properly in its place. But they said no surface of meter is uneven we will suspend this meter. After thretaning us they demand Rs. 500. Sir, my requst is only that what should I do, should I give the letter for checking the meter. Although Seal Sticker from both side is well placed and there is no crush on seal. But surface is little uneven that I have checked from the other meters all are like that. Plese suggest what should I do where should I go. Why BSES employyes are thereatening the people to collect small amount of bribes.

Theft from TA-208A, Ravi Das Marg, Tughlakabad Ext. New Delhi-19, by Ramesh Chand Gupta. He was also involved in electric theft and now related case is pending in court.. He is supply thefted electricity for his 70 approx tenent Electric and he take electric rent from his tenent

Please take necessary action as soon as poosible.

i meet with MR. DK pawar but he is misbihave with me and saying
diposit 19650/- than re install metar. but last reding is 8429-and current reding 8429- so please help me and send final bill.

Actually this time I have not received the bill on time. So I was unable to pay same on time But today at 12:25 pm your recovery agents came to my home and started abusing with my parents . I have talked with them on phone and said to them that I will pay bill online immediately. They were demanding a cheque I told them that the bank account is in my name and I am here in Noida . they told me that give any cheque and anybody sign on it as they have to show in office . Ireplied them that how any other person can sign on my cheque they say that they don’t know anything but they went back without disconnection
By the mean time I paid the bill online on net and the transaction number is MCIT[protected] . But unfortunately they arrived again at 1:00 pm and demanded Rs 1000 as bribe to avoid disconnection . my parents told them that I have paid online but they have listened nothing and disconnected due to nonfulfillment of their demand .

Dear Sir, I hv applied for a new connection and the work was materialized only after 3 months after several follow-ups.

But the new meter wiring was wrongly done and the staff of BSES went back.

Regarding this a complaint letter to rectify the problem has been submitted to the BSES Delhi-Safdarjung Enclave office, and it's almost 8 days up, regulary visiting the office to rectify the problem, but the staff over there remains saying that "the work will be done today evening".

But till today no one turned up to resolve the issue. Regarding this i contacted the CC, where they don't have much information, kept on saying that "u only have to visit the SJE office " customer care has nothing to do with it.

This is for the concern to act promptly to resolve the issue.

I am a Senior citizen, Retired as ADDL Medical Superintendent DR R M L HOSPITAL, New Delhi, Inspite of repeated correspondence and personal visit to the office of B.S.E.S I AM GETTING INCORRET bill since last two and a half year and ultimately it was disconnected by labelling as exagerated amount pending, which was false ..Even after disconnection they are sending the bill as actual bill amount without noting the reading. It is difficult for an old lady to run from pillar to post to get her bill corrected.
B.S.E.S should pay compensation of Harrassment by the commercial officer Mr P k Sharma,

I reside at 22/21-B Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. I have lodged 3 times different complaint of one particular streetlight with the 23 block Rajdhani BSES office. What to talk of repair even no one has ever visited the site even. When I contacted one Mr. J.S.Tyagi, who I understand is the AE/JE and incharge of the streetlights, he talked very rude and did not care that a senior citizen was talking to him for a social work only and rather challenged that no light can be repaired till he wishes it to do so. More than 45 days have passed with no result. I lodged my complaint with the CM Grievance Cell also vide their No. CMO/PGC/2006/525566 and subsequently sent reminder vide No. 525796 and reminded at one more occasion, but still the light remains in the same non-working condition. Mr. Tyagi, who thinks himself as not less than CM of Delhi may be asked whether there is any hope of this light being repaired before Diwali. I may add here that I have seen many other lights in my neighbourhood repaired, but for reasons best known to Mr. Tyagi the subject street light has not been repaired.

I am Living in E-521, DDA Flats, Pocket-3, Bindapur ND-59. The street light light in front of my house not working since 2 month even whole street is under darkness not a single light working here. i have made complaint by BSES coustomer center which no.[protected] and also make on line complaint by www.bsesdelhi.com which no. is :-01626 but after a long time when no action taken my cmplaint by BSES i try to make complaint inline again then system show your comlaint is under process... but still street light under darkness. This has become very dangerous due to darkness for the people and children who walk on road.i have try to trace complaint which i make by coustomer support but helpline person told me that he made a complaint and BSES engineer working on that i do not know how can BSES person so careless about complaint. than what meaing of coustomer support server or coustomer support center.
Please take it seriously as it matters to consumer right.

I m living at A-9-B (Old) D.D.A Flats, Paschim Puri, New Delhi - 63. We have the common space of our electricity meter installed at one place where all other people's meter installed & my family has to go rajasthan due to the death in our relation. But when no one in our home was our meter was stolen whose complaint was given to the nearest police station on dt. 08.07.08 & the same was informed to the B.S.E.S. office at Punjabi Bagh & also to the BM (D) at the Nehru Place Office. And then we applied for the reconnection of meter at Punjabi Bagh office to get the supply of electricity because we were living without the supply of electricity. And it has been also examined by the J.E. of the Punjabi Bagh Office who was to come for visit to check where the reconnection of meter was to be done & also the people have checked that when they had visited our premises i was alone in the home without the electricity. And i want to tell that our neighbour living at A-10-B is using the electricity without the meter means directly stealing of electricity but one day some employee of bses reach our premises asking the above address but when they saw that there is also no electricity at my home they asked me & i told them that our meter was stolen & the complaint has been given to the nearest police station & also to your department but they said that yes we have come from Punjabi Bagh office to check what load you were using & i dont know how they themselve connected the supply of electricity & made some photos of our premises to check the load as i was not aware of them that for what pupose they were doing this i couldn't stop them but after some days 2 letter has been sent to me for theft of case of electiricity which is totally worng case because the person from punjabi bagh office are witness that whenever they have visited our premises in the mean time there was no electricity at our home. But there is conscipray on me & my family about the theft of electricity & now the penalty for this they are asking for RS. 1, 55, 000/- for the theft of electricity which was not actually done by us, even our neightbour is using the electricity for 6 or 7 years directly & we were paying all our dures since when we have purchased this house (3 years). They have made wrong theft of case on us. And it is making me & my family very disturb. So i request you pls. help me in this metter.

I am residing in A 20 Defence colony having a public park in the front. For a very long time the park was practically with out lights which was rectified recently. But now the noise coming from the sodium vapour lamps connection is so loud and continuous i can not sit in my Living room and neither can i come out to my balcony. I think there is some voltage or transformer problem which need to be addressed to save the botheration for people living closeby.

will the authorities do something?

i m going to purchase house in shivaji enclave, which comes under ur Tagore_Garden district office. one electric pillar box is situated just infront of that house and on 14th august one person lost his valuable life due to electric current from that pillar. after that the owner of that house has tried his best and contacted to ur office but till now that box is not removed.
i want to ask one thing that without money no work can be done in ur office.
there are many people out side the office who are giving assurance to remove the post after taking some
amount.
i m surprised why ur responsible officers are playing with the lives of others or u have given them this job also.
i request urgoodself to solve this problem as early as possible wiht intimation on my email, as i m going to shift in 1st week of october.

I am Shiv in My house i lost Power at 4am on Sep 19th 2008. I called Customer service- many times they have given me four
Complaints No# 1837 - 830 & 1229 . Evry time they said that within 45 minutes a technician would reach at my home,
I can not call private technician as evrything is under-ground- I do not have words to Explain my problems- But They should
Understand the Criticality Of this . Its been a night mayer first time with Such a big company.
. they have the worst Customer-Services.

my name is vishnu kumar and i live in 1/1588, mansarover park, shahdara, delhi 110032.

there is electricity pole nearby my home.from one month the tube light of said pole is not working. i've done a complaint to the complaint center at G.T.Road Shahdara on 03.08.2008, the technician was came for repair the street light. after checking of street light he told to me that the ELECTRIC CHALK is damaged and i've to change that and i'll be do this tommorow.

from that day nobody came to repair the street light till today.

i've call on complaint center four different time, but no action taken regarding that complaint.

kindy take some necessary action for my complaint.

I had applied for a new connection for my DDA flat at Bindapur, Delhi. The new meter was installed in my flat on 24.08.2008. But there is some fault in supply cable from distribution box to meter, the persons who installed the meter said that to rectify the fault is not their job. Since then i am regularly booking complaints on the company website and telephone helpline, but the problem has not been sorted out, even i have not got any call from the company in this regard.

I am residing at Tilak Khand, Giri Nagar, Kalkaji, New Delhi - 110 019.

We are facing lots of problems due to load shedding by the BSES Rajdhani. They cut the electricity for 6-7 hours a day.

Even the cut the electricity in the midnight 11.00 PM to 1.00AM everyday, since few days. Due to the load shedding each and every family disturbed their daily routines as well as their kids's.

Please take the necessary action in the matter as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
I am staying in the area where BSES services are not available but it does not mean that my complaints are not being taken seriously if I making a complint for the area where I am not staying. Almost a month back I had made complint ( No. [protected]) that some of the street lights on Kalu Sarai road(Infront of the Azad apartment) near IIT, Delhi are not working. Since hundreds of small children are daily passing through this road in the evening hours for attending various coaching classes. This has become very dangerous due to darkness. I have made second complaint today in morning also(No. [protected] dated 10.08.08) but helpline person was reluctant to resiter as I am not ataying in that area and I am not using BSES supply.
Please take it seriously as it matters to poor children who are serious for their studies.

IT FINDS VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND THAT THERE HAS BEEN DAILY FOUR OR FIVE TIMES POWER FAILURE BETWEEN 10 TO 12 P.M. WITH A GAP OF 5 TO 15 MINUTES DUE TO WHICH OUR SLEEP GOT DISTURBED FOR WHOLE NIGHTS RESULTING TO RESTLESSNESS NEXT DAY COMPLETELY. DUE TO THIS PROBLEM OUR POOR SCHOOL GOING CHILDREN HAVE ALSO BEEN DISTURBED AND DUE TO RESTLESSNESS THEY COULD NOT FIND THEM FIT TO CONCENTRATE ON THEIR STUDIES.

BSES RAJDHANI AUTHORITIES AND CM, DELHI IS REQUESTED TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST.
