Since the lock down has been in place our electricity bills have started varying drastically. the average billing used to be somewhere between 3000-to 5000 but lately I see that there is a huge jump and now my average billing is[protected]. We have installed all LED lights and the usage of ACs in our house is also very limited.

We are getting constant messages to get the sanctioned load increase to 5KV from the current 2KV.

It has been such a difficult time for everyone and now this extra burden too. I would request the department to look into this matter and rectify the billing at the earliest.

    Excess bill received as per consumption,
    Without any big appliances in a single flat connection. Never received a electricity bill as such amount earlier.
    Please reconsider and send the correct bill against CA no.[protected]
    Current bill amount -18131

    Total 2844 units in last 4 months.
    (average 700 units/month)
    Please help.

        My order no is [protected]. I have call to customer care many times but no resolution found. I have write to public grievence cell, electricity omesdum, and reliance head office. My meter installation scheduled on 16 Aug 2021 but my meter is not installed till. I have applied for meter on 10 jul 2021

                    I paid BSES bill through BSES application, transaction got failed but amount deducted through ICICI debit card.

                    As bill was not paid i pay bill again through paytm. This time again amount deducted from account and BSES bill also paid.

                    I waited 3 days for getting my failed transaction amount from first time transation to return back my amount into my account.

                    But still my first deducted 2460 ruppes not retured back

                    Below is the transation detail from icici account which need to be returned back.

                        High bill genarate for Rs 7450 wef 29/5 to 30/7/21 total 63 days. K.V number[protected]. Meter number 40944090. Previous bill Rs 2860 which have already paid. Please generate new or fresh bill according to actual consumed units. Now consumed units shown as 1385 which is incorrect or wrong. It is requested that please check meter shown as wrong units or run very faster. Please repair or replace it. If possible actual fresh bill being generated. Regards

                          The bill amount is incorrect, An amount from another CA number[protected] was added in our bill ( CA number[protected] under 'Other Charges' and a note about the same was added underneath the bill.

                          How can pending charges of some other random metre be put on another metre with a different CA number?

                            सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैं आपका ध्यान हमारी कॉलोनी में हो रही बिजली चोरी को रोकने की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हूं ! हमारी कॉलोनी में एक रविंदर ठाकुर नाम का एक व्यक्ति है जो स्ट्रीट लाइट और घरेलू मीटर से कमर्शियल यूज और घर की लाइट जलाता है एक ईमानदार नागरिक के होते हुए मेरी यह नैतिक जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि किसी भी गलत काम का विरोध करूं जिसके लिए मैं प्रतिबद्ध !

                            रविंद्र ठाकुर नाम का व्यक्ति अपने ही मकान में एक कमर्शियल डिश टीवी और इंटरनेट एक्टिविटी का काम करता है जिसका कोई भी कमर्शियल कनेक्शन नहीं है
                            यहां तक कि हमें पता है कि इसके लिए कमर्शियल कनेक्शन होना चाहिए जो कि अगर किसी व्यक्ति को कोई बिजनेस होता है तो उसके लिए कमर्शियल कनेक्शन होना अनिवार्य है !

                            यहां तक कि मुझे यह भी पता है कि इस व्यक्ति को कहीं ना कहीं राजनीतिक संरक्षण भी मिला हुआ है जिसके कारण अभी तक इस पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई इसकी दबंग छवि के कारण इसका कोई भी विरोध करने से डरते हैं और थाना पुलिस में भी इसका बहुत अधिक प्रभाव है जिसकी वजह से इसे कानून का भी बिल्कुल भय नहीं है!

                            अतः आपसे अनुरोध है मेरे द्वारा दी गई जानकारी पर आप गंभीरता पूर्वक विचार कर और सख्त कार्रवाई करेंगे जोकि और लोगों के लिए भी सबक बने

                              My CA No is[protected], residing at bindapur, uttam nagar, DDA Flat 1114 on rent, due to covid my meter reading didn't noted by bses from April 2021 to July 2021. I received a self reading message on my phone no. so i sent self reading with meter pic on the given whatsapp no. which is from 23rd march 2021 to 26 July 2021 consumed units are 2870 for 4 months(april to july). So it should be calculate in four months(2870/4 =717.5 units per month), but bses send me bill of 18100 rs. for one month with heavy penalty. which i can not pay. Plz Sir/Ma'am, due to covid i lost my job in April.. i can not pay that much money.. They sent me 7500 rs bill in January month which i paid somehow in installment. Plz consider my request and send me right bill as per monthly consumption. I am not able to pay wrong bill.
                              agar bses ki taraf se meter reading nahi huyi hai to iski penalty mai kyo dungi.. unko time to time reading karni chahiye.. it is my not my fault why should i pay that money Sir/Ma'am.

                                I already paid payment every month from March to July in lockdown before due date and the total amount of five last month 4870rs is paid.you can see by entering consumer no.[protected] but your system generated a bill amount 3600rs from March to August total reading of 615. please kindly do something cancel it because i already paid thankyou.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am residing in house no.100, Rajokari, New Delhi - 110038 Area. My CA no.[protected].
                                      From last one month there are very frequent power cuts for 4 to 5 hours during day and 1-2 hours during night. It happens just for one side of the area. It has become a daily routine which is unbearable now.
                                      The call center help line by BSES just says that there is a fault. How can there be a fault everyday for only one side of the area?
                                      One night the whole night went without electricity with 42 Degree celcius temperature. And the call center help line by BSES is really ridiculous, no satisfactory answer they delivered whenever we called up.
                                      As you are well aware of the temperature of Delhi and added to that frequent power cuts when it is mattered most. We are facing a great problem with current status of power breakdowns I will not say it a power cut but instead I will say it as power tortured by BSES.
                                      So you are requested to kindly look into the matters of these regular power breakdown in our area and improve the situation as early as possible instead of looking for hiking the prices.
