    I submitted ALL valid documents on 12/08/21 for name change.
    The documents were VERIFIED ON 14/08/21.

    Today is 26/11/21. The name has *still not been changed* despite the documents being VERIFIED AND APPROVED in AUGUST.

    Please tell me what the reason for this delay is.

      Have been on hold for the past 40 minutes by customer representative since I asked for status on why name hasn't been updated in the electricity bill since August.

          I would like to bring to your attention that my October 2021 bill has come up for ₹ 14030.00 which is quite high as we have not operated AC or any other high powered electrical appliance during this period.

          I am sure that there must have been some mistake by the electricity department, I humble request that action should be taken on my complaint and amended bill should be sent to me.

              Wire coming from pole to home has been damaged. Nude wire can be seen and touching steel gate of my home. It may cause spreading current and lead to accident. It is therefore requested to shift my meter outside of my home.

                I have applied for Meter shifting for ca no[protected],[protected],[protected] . From Bses some one visited my home for early shifting befor Dipawali and demanding undue favour.                   This is to bring to your kind notice that we are residient of 824 arjun nagar 1st floor oppposite defence colony near bagga link maruti showroom and bses high volatage wires are passing through our balconey due to which we are facing lot of problems as there is also a risk of getting electric shock it is very dangerous for my family mostly the rainy season because the electricity flows, we are living with fear all time. our main is this issue high tension wire which can lead to any incident it is therefore requested to kindly get the said wires removed as son as possible

                        Sub.: Grievances against allegation of tampering of electric meter-CA no.[protected]

                        Sir/Madam,

                        This is with reference to Bill generated against CA no.[protected] by your office for Rs. 60, 678/- for tampering of electric meter. The above meter is in the name of Minakshi Kumari, RZG-14B, mandir Marg, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi-110045. We got a call from Mr S K Srivastava (Mob. [protected]) that a bill of Rs. 60, 678/- is generated for tampering of the electric meter. I would like to state that in winter season the meter installed outside the flat was burnt and a complaint for the same was made. Officials from BSES attended the complaint and informed me telephonically that due to trap of excess moisture, the electric meter got burnt and then replacement of the meter was done by your official. Now today, I shocked to know that an amount of Rs. 60, 678/- is levied on me for tampering with the meter, which is totally incorrect.
                        I am a domestic consumer and I paid my electric bill on timely for every cycle. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the charges of meter tampering.

                          I paid electricity bill through bses site which has failed and money deducted from my bank (HDFC) than i tried again through bypl app that also failed and money deducted again from bank.
                          I paid later through paytm because bill date will expire in the next day but i didn't received deducted money that i paid earlier 2 times.
                          Please help.

                            I made electricity bill payment of Rs. 3860 to BSES raajdhani online through debit card. The transaction failed but the bill amount was deducted from my bank account. In this situation, when will I get my refund back or if the bill payment is made then how will I get to know it. Kindly refund as soon as possible. It comes under saket area, south delhi

                                  I have been a user of BSES Rajdhani power limited's electricity service for around two years. I have recently received a bill with a value of Rs. 24, 860, when checking for the detailed breakup this is majorly due to the unit consumption incorrectly reflected for the period 22nd June 2021 to 16th Aug 2021 as 3316 units. I for a fact know that it is impossible to use this amount of electricity in such less period, all the more as I was living alone as my family was out of town from 5th to 22nd July 2021 and I being a service class person am not present in the house for minimum 9 hours. Also, I had received a provisional bill with no amount to pay on 21st June 2021. My CA number is[protected], I have also filed a complaint on the online portal of BSES Rajdhani (complaint no. [protected] dated 22nd Sep 2021) but the last status there just reads 'file sent to central cell', I have also mailed on the brpl.[protected]@relianceada.com dated 30th Sep 2021 for the same concern but not revert as of now.

                                  I would like to put forth that this is totally unacceptable as I know my consumption for the period cannot be anywhere near to what has been portrayed by the service provider. Hence I request the service provider to reconsider get the issue checked and resolved on a priority basis.

                                    I lodge my complaint to BSES 31/08/2021 for meter testing CA No.[protected], complaint no.[protected], after that my self contact several times customer care associates received reference no.[protected], 20/09/2021, regarding the same complaint but customer service and satisfaction level is zero, very unprofessional worker and department, complete unsatisfactory service. even no SMS, complaint update. without consumption BSES-Rajdhani, sending us on-an everage bill per month since 4-5months at our home address i.s. Rs.2200/- to 2500/- that thing is very wrong running with us. Still no action taken by BSES on our complaint as TAT given for 20days for resolution, now the month of September-2021, all most end 30/09/2021. Even no engineer, field staff visit our place to work on complaint given by me.

                                    However I am requesting please do the needful on priority basis.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        MY C.A no.is[protected], meter no.[protected], my electricity bill is coming to high, my usual bill which come's around 500rs to 1500rs, it wont crows then that, but now from 3 month my bill is coming 6030rs to 8630rs, we don't even use A.C or any high electric consuming appliance our usage is vary low, pleas do something about this, this pandemic has broke our back bone we are not rich we are barely suntanning, pleas check the meter or something to solve this big problem.
