We have received recent bills from BSES for below CA No's

They have raised bills with an excess amount, We had requested BSES for correction of bills, but instead of sending corrected bills they have issued new bills with increased amount.

Though we have not yet made payment. We request you to kindly instruct BSES to revise our bills immediately with justifiable amount.

    Dear sir/ma'am

    I am a. resident of D-47/A, Dayanand Block, Near Reliance fresh store, street no. 2, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092.
    There is an electric polenin front of my house which is loaded with wires. The wires on the pole are regularly sparking and creating smoke. Due to which, an untoward incident could happen.
    So we request you to look into this matter and get it repaired immediately.

      There A pole Of Bses In front Of My House Having Multiple Number O[censored]nused Wires Hanging all Around The Pole, And Making A bundle or Masses Of Wires Of cables, Internet and More.
      These All Wires Are Prone To Fire as short Circuit happen oftenly in this pole.
      And Every Person in the society Is afraid of This Dangerous Situation If Occur.
      We Have RAISED complaint a No. Of Times BUT NO ACTION TAKEN YET,
      This time i am Forcefully Requesting The Higher Concerned Authorities Of BSES RAJDHANI POWER LIMITED.
      To PLEASE CUT OFF ALL THE USELESS WIRES AND KEEP PEOPLE AND THIER BUILDINGS SAFE.

          BSES yamuna bill dated 18/05/2021 for the period of[protected] to[protected] they charged for 138 units (the actual unit was 180) since lock down they were unable to take the meter reading. When I received the bill dated 20.06.2021 for the period of[protected] to[protected] they charged for 375 units, i.e., again they charged for May month.

          If they have taken the energy consumption units for 2 months, they have to provide the subsidy also for 2 months. However, they provided only one month subsidy to me and asked to pay Rs.1440/-.

          According to the bill for the M/o June the actual consumed units are 237 units for 33 days, i.e.; 375 (total units for 54 days)-138 (may month units)=237 units. Delhi govt provides subsidy for each month and the BSES should circulate the bill for every month.

          I tried to upload my meter reading through mobile app in the month of May and June, however, their software was not working, still it has some problem. Their customer care executive is unable to resolve the issue on call.

              Bill for July 21 as received and due on 8th Aug is inordinately high.

              The bill is for Rs 25780 / - We have never received this high bill. My usual bill has never exceeded Rs 9000/-

              Last month also the bill received was too high Rs 15000. approx

              We urge you to examine and have the bill rectified. Our average bill has never exceeded Rs 9000/- for last 5 years.

              Also there is a levy of late payment charges, however earlier bill was paid on time.

              Pls examine all the irregularities and have the bill corrected.

                My BSES Rajdhani CA no.is[protected] in my name MEENA ARORA.

                I received provisional bill of Rs.3970/- for June, 21 on dated 23.06.2021 ( at 03.55 hrs) which I paid from HDFC Payzapp Account.

                The payment Transaction Refference ID is HD011174BA2AAAAJQ500, Biller ID: BSESRAJPLDEL01.

                Today i.e. on 23 July, 2021, I have received new bill on actual basis from May, 2021 to July, 2021. The payment of Rs.3970/- made on 23.06.2021 is shown pending and is not adjusted in the new bill.

                Please issue correct bill and send by mail .

                  Hope you are doing well.

                  This mail is in regards to an incorrect calculation of bill on CA[protected], Bill is due on 31-Jul-21 and been Calculated for 59Days and units charged on high slab rate in a go, request to consider it as 2months as 59days...
                  Units are charged on high rates would please request to reconsider.

                  Last month my bill was not generated and I was trying to submit on whatsApp Bses portal, it was not allowing to submit the meter reading and as contacted to customer care they said a server issue is going on and this month I have been charged on a high rate all together.

                        It's pathetic electricity service which goes out in 3oclock late night for 2 hours for 20-30 mins sometimes for 1-2 hr generally and now it has been gone for about 5 straight hours, came back for 30 mins. then again gone from about 30 mins now.

                          Dear Sir,
                          My house was constructed in 1960. At that time 4mm wire was installed from the pole till the main meter. Now that wire has so many cuts and joints that it keeps sparking every now and then and the house electricity power keeps cutting off. I have to raise a complaint and BSES Rajdhani technician comes and joins that same old wire.
                          I request you to kindly change that old wire and install a new heavy wire as soon as possible. I have given written requests in your office but nothing has happened. I have all required documents but no replacement has happened. The technicians say you submitt some fees in cash and it will be done. I dont think any such fees is required to paid in cash.

                            My meter led is running very fast even when only one fan or two led bulbs is on, the unit consumption is like I can't even explain, it is running enormously even without using that much electricity. Even we were not using electricity for 2 months as we were out of town but the electricity unit came 586 unit and bill is 7000 rupees, I don't know why this is happening but I can definitely say that meter is fault. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

                                    I would like to report that the latest bill which I got for my electricity consumption is not correct. Because it's impossible to have those many units consumed for a single floor. The bill value of May 21 was Rs 920, in June I stayed only 10 days and was in my home town, i live alone and the house was locked so its impossible to have the bill this high. Attaching the bill for your review.
                                    As such, it is presumed that the meter installed is having functional problem and may be the cause of excess reading which require immediate rectification.
                                    Since no electricity was consumed at all in last 20 days of june the bill of 10 days can’t be 18, 083. I want it reviewed and waive off the amount billed extra.

                                      I would like to report that today I received the BSES bill of Rs 6940 which is due by 10/7/2021 and the bill is for last 91 days. However I have paid Rs 430 on April 2021, Rs 2650 on May 2021 and Rs 2810 on June 2021. This is really strange. And when you call the BSES Helpline to get a clarity on the same, they have no proper answer to your query. This seems like I am paying for the same period twice which is really not acceptable. I need the correct bill and I would be more than glad to pay the same.
