On 28/10/15 I used my debit card for withdrawal of Rs 20, 000/-( Rs 10, 000/- p[lus 10, 000/-) First 10, 000/- rteceived in order but subsequently received Rs 2000/- against Rs 10, 000/- and SMS received twice towards reversal enrty both side on credit side as well as debit side which resulted reversal entry zero. The matter has time and again been taken up with the bank vide Ticket No AT[protected] AND AT[protected] ON 04/11/15 BUT short amount has not been received so far and my complaint has been closed.
