Dear Sir,
I have applied for the issue of duplicate PAN Card No ALDPS 2983A through UTI, Chandigarh and issued me Coupen No[protected] on 02 April, 2011. On enquiry from Customer Carfe Centre it has been intimated that my fathers name not match with the record, maintained by your office. In fact previous PAN card was issued in favour of Rajinder Kumar Sobti S/o Daulat Ram Sobti and date of birth is 17th May, 1954. It is added here that I would not like any change in my PAN card referred above. It is, therefore, again requested that the same may now be issued as I am feeling very hardship . It is appreciated if early action is initiated
