I had ordered a gown for Rs 600 and instead received an old saree of a very bad material. I had also received a mail from their mail ID after I filled the refund form which they had mentioned. They replied me back by apologizing for the misplace and acknowledging the refund form which I had filled. It's been 1 week since I received the product, no one has come to collect it back neither has my money been refunded. Kindly take action as soon as possible before they do this to everyone.
