On 27/01/2020 my wife ordered a gown from the rajsimaran.com website, but on 01/02/2020 we received a only a second-hand dupatta. The whatsapp care numbers[protected] and [protected] of this website are switched off and wont respond to our complaints on messaging. The return and refund form on this website has also been filled but we expect no return from them. I would like to add to it that it is strange that even when my wife had cancelled the order on 29/01/2020, the online store still sent us the delivery package. This clearly depicts a "intent to cheat" mentality of these fraudsters.
