Rajsimran.com — received wrong product

Regarding the order which places recently.
[order #38992] (January 30, 2020) we have received the product. Which made us completely regret about ordering from you with price of 800/- which is completely unworthy and product which we have received is completely different from which we have ordered. Shocking thing is that it's just plain white saree. How can you do this to us. Expecting fast and reasonable response and we need our refund for the same.
