Rak Ceramics — Damage of commode | |||
I bought rak commode two year back and found crack without doing anything. We raise the complaint through rak website but still they didnt replied. Last one year i was not used it. Wish to know how it is happen, is there the quality properly maintained? The same time we have hindware also, still it l;ooks new. I have purchased and installed 4 Bathroom closet of RAK ...Now two of my closet start cracks and it increases over time.
Local dealers are unable to help and they are not showing any interest to address the problem, instead they recommend to replace it with other product.
Please arrange to solve my problem...
