Please provide me service of compact toilet flush in raipur (chattisghar)
since 2 days i am trying to contacting on troll free no but no responce from your side so provide me service at my home
the flush has been overflowing water through toilet sheet
first time i am disappointed with your service
other company is providing me better service as compare rak
so kindly provide me service...

Past 6 months we are waiting for the RAK service person to come and repair the closets (6) whose flush tanks are leaking and for fixing up of new tank for one closet. When we call he fix up a date and by the day comes either he wont answer over phone or it will be switch off or unreachable. We are very tired of calling service person over phone.

In Chennai there is none to whom we can approach.

I bought rak commode two year back and found crack without doing anything.
We raise the complaint through rak website but still they didnt replied.
Last one year i was not used it.
Wish to know how it is happen, is there the quality properly maintained?
The same time we have hindware also, still it l;ooks new.

So please let me know the quality of rak product and what is action you are taking in these...

I have purchased and installed 4 Bathroom closet of RAK and also recommended my friends to install too. Now one of my closet start cracks and it increases over time.

Local dealers are unable to help and they are not showing any interest to address the problem, instead they recommend to replace it with other product.

Please arrange to solve my problem....

I purchased 4 numbers of wash basins for my new house (One for dinning hall & other three for bath rooms) from grand tiles, velimukku, malappuram in 2013. The all the four are cracked. For my new house I have used RAK WC and WBs, unfortunately within a year we have noted cracks are automatically appears on tanks, there are total 4 bathroom's and all the tanks have now this issue.
