Rak Ceramics India — Complaint against irresponsible service person | |||||
Past 6 months we are waiting for the RAK service person to come and repair the closets (6) whose flush tanks are leaking and for fixing up of new tank for one closet. When we call he fix up a date and by the day comes either he wont answer over phone or it will be switch off or unreachable. We are very tired of calling service person over phone. In Chennai there is none to whom we can approach. In our house there are 8 rest rooms and in all of them we have fixed RAK compact extended wall hung water closets (2 Ivory and 6 white) in 2013. While buying they said 7 years warranty. But from the beginning the problem of leakage of water from flush tank is persisting. When we complained they provided new washers. But the service person (Name: Sethu, Mobile: [protected]) was not willing to change them. He says that is not the problem for leakage. Also he did not provide any solution for the problem so far. When we call 100 times he may come once, clean the tanks with full bottle of Harpic and goes. After one or two days again the same problem. We are managing by closing the Angle valves after usage.
