Rak Ceramics India — Cracks in RAK ceramic wash basins.

Dear RAK team,

I am totally disappointed with RAK ceramics products. We had purchased few RAK washbasins but most of them are showing cracks without any reason. We trusted on RAK as such a prestigious multi national brand and the company failed like anything to maintain the quality and good will of the customer. When we approached the dealer, they informed us that they are getting many complaints from customers for the crack on ceramics. We understand that the RAK ceramics quality is even cheaper than local manufactures.
I hope the RAK management understand the situation will take necessary action to resolve this issues at the earliest.
