Rak Ceramics India — Cracks on commod, flush tank & wash basin

Hi,
I had purchased 2 sets of commod with flush tank and 1 wash basin in 2015 from Modern Sanitary, Thrissur.
Now by last November we noticed some cracks forming on the wash basin, on thorough check we noticed the light cracks on the commods and flush tanks as well.
This was informed to your customer care by November 2020 itself and the technician had collellected the invoice copy and took photographs of the damaged materials.
Unfortunately until this time we have not received any clear feedback from RAK and I am totally frustrated with the bad quality and service from RAK.
So I need a clear freed back and support from RAK immediately to replace the materials as soon as possible.
