Dear sir I visited your newly opened showroom in noida who directed your authorised dealer amba marbles ([protected], [protected]) to deliver10 packs/boxes of geneva beige tiles at my apartment which they did on 24.7.17 afternoon. When the tiles were to be fitted, it was found that 1 box had 2 defected tiles (Corner broken) the pictures of which was immediately sent to mr. Gyanendra pratihar ([protected]) through whatsapp. He reverted that the point was noted. Now, when the tiles were to be cut to size they cracked. Again i sent the pics. For which no revert has come so far. Out of 20 tiles 4 cracked while cutting!!! These are your premium range tiles. Could i get a reasonable response please? Was this information helpful? RAK Ceramics India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 30, 2017 saif shahul's response It is a disturbing fact that i have never expected such an experience from RAK products. So I request to take steps to resolve it soon by substitution
