Rak Ceramics India — M

I purchased RAK tiles from Shivam Sales Jaipur, but one box was received completely broken in two part.
Despite informing them about the damaged box and broken tile, the response and support provided were not satisfactory. Very disappointing experience with Shivam Sales. I expected much better service and proper handling of such a reputed tile brand.

I also approached RAK Ceramics Customer Support for assistance, but unfortunately, I did not receive any effective help or satisfactory resolution from the customer support team.
I request the Redressal Cell to kindly look into this matter on priority and arrange for:

★Replacement of the broken tile/material, or an appropriate resolution.

★Appropriate action regarding the poor customer service and lack of support received.

I have photographs of the damaged box and broken tile as evidence for your reference.

I request you to please acknowledge this complaint and provide a clear resolution within a reasonable time.

Babu Lal Jat
