My Commode has thin hair line crack initially on one side. The company guy said its fine and can be used. Now the other side also started to crack and it becomes totally unfit to use. Its almost a brand new one. I don't know how many times I tried calling the customer care. But I got no response so far. I have been trying for more than a month now. I have tried calling all customer care numbers but neither my call was taken nor did I get a call back even once. This is seriously unacceptable. Sorry a say but when I called one if the customer numbers[protected], the family picked the called and scolded badly that it is a wrong number. When customers are not serviced properly, I regret for preferring RAK. Very very very poor service!!! Was this information helpful? | |||

RAK Ceramics India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 05, 2017 ROY V K's response SirI purchased four washbasins two pedastal and two normal ones from Brandzone kottarakkra.Two of them are not able to use beacause of crakes..
