Dear sir/ madam
I want to inform u that its my bad experience at
nangloi sbi branch. i wanted to open a new
account in sbi so i have gone to nangloi branch
and said to one executive (who manage new
account related service) that i want to open a
new account nd i have alredy online register on
SBI website so please submit my documents, then
he said that we have no staff so we cant open
your account in this branch, u can go in another
branch. then i have gone in another branch.nd
take a form for new account but he said that if
nangloi branch not opning your account because
they have some staff issue then we have also
staff shortage but we r opening a new account, so he said u will give in written that nangloi
branch have no staf so we cant open your
account ..then i come back to nangloi branch nd
directly talk to manager but his behavior was
very bad..nd he said i dont want to talk with u.he
ignor me nd my matter.so i want that please take
action for manager nd executive who creating a
bad relationship with customers, nd i[censored] cant halp
me then give me in written that u cant help me
for any kindy of this.
