I have ordered book ryrp - advance maths english on 21.05.2017 from rakesh yadav publication.com. The payment of rs 350 was made through net banking. The order no is[protected], which was shipped through the professional couriers (Express shipping) as per the tracking report shown on the website rakeshyadavpublication.com. Till date the book is not received at my end. Further, i tried to contact in the office of rakeshyadavpublication.com on the number provided on the website but all the time the number is busy. Also mailed them on june 07 2017. No response receive till date. Was this information helpful? | |||

I order 2 books in rakesh yadav publications on 27th july 2017.Order ID[protected].
But yet to be not received.I asked your employ what was the problem.They said that we send that order through professional courier and gave track ID(DEL[protected].
I asked that courier employ then they reply me that load is in CASE in HIgHT COURT.
Please cancel that order and send me another one quickly.Because i have exam on August.

I purchased books for ssc cgl as those were promised to deliver within 6 to 7 days. I have not received any calls or notification regarding my order.Any queries can not be submitted and contact numbers not working.Attaching the screenshot of my order.

file a complaint at consumer forum (govt site). i have also faced this problem . please file a complaint.
I purchased mathematics 7300+ . When I scratch and scan QR code . There is only number system concept video available and in remaining chapter there is "content will be uploaded soon" so there is request to you upload it soon

Today is 19th September but I have not received my book .
When I Am trying to call the publication it shows always busy or switch off
