Hello sir,
This is Samarth Sanjay Chaudhari from Maharashtra .
Recently I have bought your book ( SSC mathematics 7300+)
I have enrolled myself on the RYP App by scanning the QR code from the book .
There i tried to get the video solutions of the questions but the content is not uploaded on the app.
Please kindly look into the matter.
I am attaching some screenshots of it so that you will get clear idea.

I purchased a maths book and i followed given steps but downloaded application not showing any video

It has been 2weeks till now yet I haven't received my order. And there is no order details available on his website. Rakesh Yadav book of NDA defense. Wing was ordered on 6feb 2019 but even after trying numerous times on Rakesh Yadav publication helpline number no response given.how to track the status of my order and how much time does it need to reach the address is still unknown.

I should have just ordered it from amazon or flipkart. Now that i have paid they haven't provided any option to cancel the order i am really #. It has been 1 week and not a single word from them about delivery. I tried to contact them via the phone numbers and didn't get any response. It looks like they just steal my money. What can i do to either get the book or to cancel the order?

I have ordered the following book and you have charged me rs. 100/- for express delivery and it's been 3 to 4 days and still status is showing processing.

Either deliver my book and if you can't cancel my order and refund my money.
You don't have any link to cancel the order which is against the government guidelines for an e-commerce website. Your contact number remains unavailable all the time.

Shall you deliver my order now or i will complain against this.

I have ordered book ryrp - advance maths english on 21.05.2017 from rakesh yadav publication.com. The payment of rs 350 was made through net banking. The order no is[protected], which was shipped through the professional couriers (Express shipping) as per the tracking report shown on the website rakeshyadavpublication.com. Till date the book is not received at my end. Further, i tried to contact in the office of rakeshyadavpublication.com on the number provided on the website but all the time the number is busy. Also mailed them on june 07 2017. No response receive till date.

Dear sir,
I have ordered the books at 22nd may 2017 order #[protected] by using his publication e-shop http://rakeshyadavpublication.com/. i have also paid all the required amount and shipping fee but yet waiting for the products. I have emailed four times to this company but no on responded in my mail.

I am really feeling helpless. This website really made us fool by looting 900 rupees by his fake website. Kindly do some needful so at least another consumer not suffer by beleiving these type of fake shopping websites.

I have not seen this kind of worst publication anywhere. The people who are working there dont know english or not even responding to the queries. I have place an order on April 12th. They advertised the english version of the book is available and then I placed the order. I waited for 1 week, I didnt see that status moving. I called them asking on my book status. The lady working over there told me like the books were out of stock these days. Today, the english version of the book is available. They are sending it out.I waited for another week. I didnt receive the books. Again I called them up, they told it is shipped. The next day I called them for tracking ID details, they didnt give me proper response. Then I got the number of a person nipun who is working in IT dept. He told me to mail them. I mailed them, didnt get any response. Again I called him, he told me it might be stuck in transit . Please wait for 48 hours. I waited.. I didnt get any response. Again yesterday I called them up.. A lady picked and told, the book is not available and they didnt ship at all. I shouted at her. She told me, they didnt even sent the book. It is been 25 days that I order for 2 books for my exams. Still I didnt get. These people are stupid people. They are not even responding properly and they are providing different status too. One of the person who attended the call was surendar. That guy I dont if he knows to check the status of the order. Every time I call him he will give respond something and will start shouting. I dont know what the hell these people are doing there. Such an irresponsible publication and people.

Respected attending person, recently i have placed an order of 6 books from rakeshyadavpublication.com amounting rs 540 (5 books) and rs 50 (1 book). Due to some technical issues the amount was debited twice from my sbi debit card. When i complint them regarding this they are ignoring my issues and don't pick my phone call. They haven't sent me the complete order too. There are only 5 books not the one of rs 50 whereas i have placed 6 of them. They aren't responding on my issue and trying to ignore it. My debit details are :- dated:- 08/09/16 merchant name:- atom transaction no:- pos[protected] and pos[protected]. Merchant id:- [protected] for pos[protected] and [protected] for pos[protected]. I profoundly request you to please take a step forward to take a legal action regarding my refund and incomplete order issues.
