Rakhi Verma is a fraud. I am going through all these complaints now. She has very good Insta profile with so many followers. I don’t know how she manages to do it all. She kept promising for the outfit sent. She again charged shipping and asked that tracking number will be provided. And I paid that but after that no call picking and no response. I am from Sydney.
Please take strong action against her as she is causing damage to Indian business reputation. People from overseas wouldn’t trust Indian designers. Also causing so much stress and disappointment.
