This is absolutely against business ethics. Firstly you give the price coupons to your customers, when the customer uses them, supply undesired products and when you get back the erroneously sent products, decline the customer by saying that the desired product is out of stock and the coupons can be used only once.
The coupons are valid till 31st August and requesting you to supply the products which we had ordered else you may have to face serious consequences.
