Don't Purchase your dress from this fraud. They will respond you well just before you place your order but after that they don't even bother about your order. She has committed to deliver my order by June 30 but she hasn't yet finished her work till date and when I called her she said she forgot my instructions how I said about designs. I have always wore designer dresses in all family functions but they really value their customers choice but due to this fraud lady my own sister's wedding dress has been spoiled. Now the situation is she hardly answers my calls and talk so rudely. Because of her I need to arrange my sister's wedding lehanga in the last minute. Please don't order anything from her. She doesn't deserves our trust. I have no problem of losing 10k which I have paid her as advance I can easily recover it just in a week but I am very disappointed and sad because she has spoiled my occasion that too of my own sister's wedding. My fault I should have gone through Google reviews before placing order but she talked so sweetly before paying advance that I feel into her trap and trusted her. Because of her even person who are trying to be successful via online cannot get proper response. Will definitely gonna file case against her in Police once I get free from my sister's wedding. I have all proofs with me. Going to do so. You can see in screenshot how I am requesting her again and again but she didn't bother. Because of her we as a customer cannot trust on online shopping. Why don't government and police takes action against them.

My name is satwinder, I placed my order in the October and asked rakhi if she can deliver before krvachauth and she said that she will deliver before krvachauth. She ensure and I send 28000 INR and placed my order. But I didn't get my order yet. Now she said it dispatched and I asked about that tracking number but she is ignoring. If I text her then she gave response like yes mam, sure mam nothing else. I am confident that I won't get my dress and I wasted my money.

I placed an order with her for 3 outfits and she agreed upon the delivery date. She asked me to pay her the whole sum; thankfully I only transferred part of it and told her that I would transfer the remaining when the outfits were ready. She never started working on any my outfits, then asked for a week extension. The week passed and again, no updates or news from her because she had still not started on my order. Eventually, I gave her my final acceptable date (I needed these for a wedding), she still didn’t have them ready. She offered to return my deposit probably in the hopes that I would beg and plead her to make my outfits; I saw how unprofessional and slack she was so I went ahead and placed my order with another designer. When she offered to refund my deposit, I said ok. It seems that she was obviously not prepared for this as she has not transferred the money back - probably coz she has spent it already and doesn’t have it to return!!! When I called to follow up, she gave her husband, partner or boyfriend the phone. She did the same when a contact of mine from India called to follow up. Eventually, she blocked that person!
Rakhi Verma is DEFINITELY a fraud!!! I will be complaining to Insta and Fb about her pages.
She seems to make money by collecting funds from people in the name of business and probably just makes her living by cheating people.
I’m really glad that I didn’t pay her the whole sum.
India SERIOUSLY needs to offer an option to pay through PayPal to avoid the general public being scammed by such fraudulent people.

Ordered 2 outfits from rakhi which cost me around £120 each roughly. Claimed she could do the job on time. Took money in advance and now has stopped answering my calls. Very poor service. Sounds like she is a fraud!! She has 2 numbers doesnt take any calls. Said she can do my outfits in a month this has not been the case. She took my money and order and now not bothered to reply back to my txts or phone calls. Please be weary of this lady. Fraud all the way do not pay her in advance!!! Fraudster!

I first came in contact with designer Rakhi Verma in February 2017 on Instagram. I liked her designs so I inquired for a quote for a lehngha I liked. It turned out to be in my budget so I placed the order and they said it would be ready in 25-30 business days. I told them i needed it by first week of May. Never got it and not getting response. Every time I called nobody would answer when they did it was a different answer every time. Last they said its dispatched and will update me with tracking number. The function I was going to wear is over and I don't want it anymore . This was the most stressful experience of my life. It's already hard to trust people and especially ordering outfits online. And people like this ruin it for legitimate business who are trying to expand online. But people like Rakhi verma makes it hard for others.

I paid her 70% and she did not send me anything, I kept chasing her but to no avail. I gave a negative comment on her Instagram and as usual she blocked me! These are the names she used for western union- Komal Gade, Komal Reddy and Brijesh Kumar Sah from 16-11-20/14/A, Vijatha rs Corner Saleem Nagar colony, malakpet Hyderabad 500036. Please those who are in India take strict actions against her!
I feel for you...had similar experience with Mirraw...same song and dance. These people really take advantage of overseas customers. The best place to get anything from India is www.indianweddingsaree.com; very reliable and honest. Received saree that was not what the picture advertised - didn't like it - emailed them - they sent me another one which was beautiful and let me keep the other one too!
Don’t not buy from her, I ordered two lehengas from her in July and sent her all the money and now I am in November and I have no idea about my order, I keep on sending messages and no reply from her .I don’t know they put you on ignore list or what, but when it was about money they always instantly replied .They are so unprofessional and just there to take your money .i am so unhappy with their service and will suggest anyone ordering from overseas to stay away from them please don’t order and don’t waste your time and money on them.

I have same complaint and got cheated by Nandu and Rakhi from the so called company that run by the name of Rakhi Verma Designers.
They have cheated me for 16k INR.
They have built very nice website, facebook and instagram pages and attracted lot of followers but they are infact cheats and they just take your money and do not respond after that.
Its been over a month I placed an order and transferred full payment but I have not heard from them. They are cheaters, need to be punished.
They don't even care on being told we will file complaint against them. Its high time Hyderabad police takes some action on them immediately and update us.
Their company needs to close down else they will keep cheating everyone.

Very unprofessional...I regret paying for this outfit. I paid 25, 000 rupees.
Before I transferred the money Rakhi was very responsive but after she received the money, she did not start making my outfit right away.
I asked before transferring the money if she can get it done by October 20 or 21st.
She said - ok mam
And also promised me that she will share the process and show me the drawings because I had a specific requirement.
SHE DID NOT START MAKING MY OUTFIT UNTIL OCTOBER 24.
I had to call her multiple times (20 times to be exact) and she intentionally did not pick up my calls.
She got salty with me and hung up on me, rather than telling me sorry.
I told her wedding is on November 5 but didnt care enough to make my outfit the priority .
I landed in India on 4th of November and I had to buy another outfit for the wedding because she did not deliver...also did not have the decency to say sorry.
Worst experience ever!!! Guys be aware, dont pay her full money until the outfit is ready!
Also, since she rushed making my outfit, she did not make sure of everything that I wanted. The dupatta looks like very cheap material. I asked her before paying that I wanted SILK BANDHNI...but guess what, I got a cheap looking 500 rupees dupatta...

Same thing happening with me. I paid INR 28000 and no delivery, she promised me to deliver before krvachauth and now said I can't send. Ignoring my calls.
I had ordered a lehnga from rakhi verma post checking her instagram designs, first she said me 18000 for that design with few changes in it but later when I reduced the changes she came down to 15000 in this mean while I paid her half amount of 9000 according to the 18000 half amount, post that day she has not responded to any of my msgs on whatsapp or calls. Then when I mentioned that you are acting suspeciously then she responded saying it is being made then when I asked her to share details and photos of the product she say two day time required, now I have asked her to refund the 9000 on 22nd jun she said she will do on 23rd jun, the transaction takes not more than few mins or sec but she requires one day time for that. I am writing here to so that action can be taken if any police is monitoring these comments.
