I ordered two rakhis to be delivered to my brother in US. ONy 1 package arraived. its been 20 days now and already a week since Rakhi festival is over, but the package has not even been shipped.
Original timeline committment was 3 days but its already 21 days.
Customer service executives not responding. No mail reply. No company location and across websites I read about how many people are complaining about having paid money but did not get the product.
Its like a case of day-light robbery.
It has all the makings of an online fraud. Government needs to look into it to make sure that it is taken off the internet and gullible shoppers are not robbed. Was this information helpful? |
