Sir I had ordered rakhi and paid for it but till now there is no confirmation nor that website is showing my order

I was booking rakhi through this portal so I put the credit details for the payment but after submitting the security OTP no. The portal got unreachable so I thought maybe due to network issues so I did it again the credit details and then submit the security OTP but the same happened again, portal displayed as unreasonable. And the payment got deducted two times from my credit credit card but information is not available on the portal regarding this.
I got the payment deduction mail from CAvenue. Plz resolve this.

I ordered Rakhi to Poland from rakhi world wide.com, but i did not get any confirmation mail from Rakhi world wide, and even am not bale to track my order status and not even able to login . If i try Customer care number number is coming as switch off. then i read reviews and got to know its a Fraud company . pl help to get my refund. Order No. RWW[protected]

I ordered two rakhis to be delivered to my brother in US. ONy 1 package arraived. its been 20 days now and already a week since Rakhi festival is over, but the package has not even been shipped.

Original timeline committment was 3 days but its already 21 days.
Customer service executives not responding. No mail reply. No company location and across websites I read about how many people are complaining about having paid money but did not get the product.

Its like a case of day-light robbery.
It has all the makings of an online fraud. Government needs to look into it to make sure that it is taken off the internet and gullible shoppers are not robbed.

I had ordered Rakhi for my Brother in USA through Rakhiworldwide.com. I paid extra money for express delivery and was promised to get it delivered by 21st August 2021. However, rakhi never reached my brother. When I tried tracking, it showed received whereas my Brother didn't receive at all. I NEED MY MONEY BACK, OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT.

I ordered rakhi showing delivery date of 1-08-20 but it is not delivered on rakshabandhan and today dated[protected]also not delivered it only shows in order status as shipped. Complain no provided is switched off from the day i ordered a product. This company is just fake and cheating people.

I ordered Rakhi with Assorted sweets and thali by paying 3900/- to send to USA. But this fraud site haven’t delivered sweets and thali but only delivered Rakhi to my brother. This is really disappointing because not only me I can see lot of people spent money but haven’t delivered as expected. I kindly request people not to order from any site before reading public reviews. We have even raised the tickets but no response and the customer care number never work and they never response to us. This is really a big scam and fraud site by taking public money illegally. We need to go forward to ban this type of fraud and scam sites. How come a common man can just leave this money? Atleast they need to send our money back...

Customer order details:ww-rcc5080-ra it was supposed to deliver on 28/7/2020 yet not delivered status showing shipped no reply on mail not picking both mobiles given since 3days very poor service and poorest feedback. Made me frustrated. Do something otherwise i will go to higher authorities and sue you people badly. Make my rakhi and chocolates delivered as soon as possible otherwise will let you know by taking stern action. Do needful immediately

Please do not buy from rakhiworldwide.com. I ordered rakhi and they confirmed order to deliver on 25/7/2020. But not yet delivered. No update provided. Not taking calls on website published no [protected]. Wish i would have seen this before placing the order. My order no - prww-[protected].

I request not to use this website as this is completely fraud and Money grabbing website, i placed the order for delicious pack comprises of Kesaria Pedas (250 Gms) along with a free Rakhi, Roli Tika and Chawal. where Rakhi, Roli Tika and Chawal was not delivered along with Sweets,
The purpose was to send rakhi and no sweets, I used their services to deliver Rakhi and they delivered only sweets which was not even fresh and they had to garbage, so the purpose was sending rakhi was no accomplished and Sweets was not eatable.
Also the phone number is fraud too, every time is 15 seconds waiting and phone gets disconnected.
I strongly recommend PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Please note that https://www.rakhiworldwide.com/ doesn't seems to be a genuine/official site. And without proper analysis we're not supposed to do any transactions on such sites

Have purchsed rahi in this site and got deducted inr 3380 from my account. And didn't get any order status/customer response on my request.

Please let me know how to get my refund amount.

Such site needs to be blocked asap and not supposed to be available on google search as well.

Had ordered rakhi delivery for my brother (Order number prww-[protected]). It was suppossed to be delivered on[protected], which has apparently not happened. If i call customer care the call is always busy or gets disconnected. This is just playing with emotions.

There needs to be a strict action taken against the company. Please help me and all others facing this problem.

I ordered for rakhies to deliver in usa but there is no confirmation about order and no update about the status of it. I am not sure about the delivery
Why i am not even able to track my order and also the number provided is never responding
Just to know whether it will be delivered or not and how can i get my money back

My wife had purchased Rakhi for my Brother in law with delevery address o[censored]SA. We had paid Rs. 1, 898 for this order and agreed date of delivery of parcel (containing 3 Designer Ethnic Rakhi with 250 Gms. Kaju Katli and 12 Pcs. Ferrero Rocher Chocolates with Roli Tikka and a handmade paper Rakhi Card.) was August 8th, 2014. But this was not delivered yet. Today is Rakhi and we have wrote them mails, which were not replied. They also have mentioned contact number of +[protected] on web site, this number seems to be a fake and continuously appearing as busy (I tried 30 times during different time of the days between 9 AM to 6 PM).

It a very unethical and frudent way of robbing.

Some action needs to taken against this, can some one guide me legal course for this.

I had booked a Rakhi on 29th July to be delivered to my brother in Los Angles on or before 2nd August,

Amount Paid: Rs975 (includes amount for express delivery)

The order was not delivered by due date and is still not done.
You understand that there are sentiments attached to the festival.

The customer care is usually busy.
Finally When I could get through, I asked for a refund.
There is no action happening in this regard inspite of my reminders.

Looks like this company is in hand of unprofessionals.

Help me get the refund.
