I have applied for credit card on July first week of 2015, When i called to customer care on August first week customer care executive said your application has approved and you will get a call in next one week.
Again when asked to customer care they are saying that my application is declined as temperary basis due to office address verification. they told that i will get mail for the status as well..
Still i did not get any mail as well as phone call i registered the complaint also there is no response i a getting. Was this information helpful? |
