Ramesh — regarding discount on purchase of specs and lenses

I made an advance amount of rs.30, 000/- towards purchase of spectacle/contact lens vide receipt no. A9s0000032 at titan eyeplus situated at no.46/1, channasandra grama kr puram hobli ramamurthynagar bangalore-560 016 and today i visited to outlet to take the delivery of the same and i insisted for the discount of 20% on spectacles and 20% on lenses after returning the old one which was purchased from titan shop. I buy all my requirement from titan shops since 10 years.
But they denied for the discount kindly advise and do the needful at the earliest
