Ramkay TVS provides worst service . Today I had a very bad experience at Ramkay TVS. They don't know how to respect customers when they comes to warranty services. They do not service our vehicle properly and the mechanics are not well trained. It took more than 7 days for a new bike and when it took time it was attributed to sensor board problem. But while taking delivery the petrol tank is leaking. When asked for the reason, it was said that the petrol injector tube had been replaced and was not fitted properly. How is a new vehicle serviced? I don't know if an ISO certified service station will do like this. Please don't suggest anyone asking for advice on buying vehicles, I won't recommend Ramkay TVS center for buying new vehicles. Was this information helpful? |
