Ramph Global Private Limited, (Tyre On Wheels) — Non-Reimbursement of Money for Cancelled order after 5 months

I have ordered 4 tyres (Yokohama Advan ST, 235/R16)for my XUV 500 on February 26th 2015 and paid 58840 from sons ICICI Bank NRI Account.I have been provided with the Reference number TOW9761Feb718105. After three days the company informed me the tyre is not in stock andwait for a week to get it.I waited for more than 10 days and finally after several follow up call they gave me a waybill number of professional courier. My followups with that end when it delivered to some parties in Chennai as it was a fake one not belonged to me. I was keep following it up every alternative days and twice given fake airway bill numebr. On 21st March, they said the tyre is not yet received in stock and asked to change it to other tyre available in stock. Unfortunately I trusted them and paid another 7784INR for changing the tyre to Pirelli Scorpion Virede. After 2 days they provided 4 airway bill numbers and asked to wait for dispatch. I waited for more than 10 days and my followups with professional courier all went in vein because they couldnt even track those numbers. I lost all my hope and checked physically with their offices in NewDelhi and Bangalore, but received negative response. I requested for a cancellation of order on 04th May by phone and due to no response after a week send an official email on 12 May 2015. They offered me the reimbursement in one week time and untill now no money has been remitted to my account. They provide me with a reference number of transfer but ICICI bank also couldnt trace it. I feel embarassed after putting my hard earned 66624INR with a company having multiple offices in our country. I got a false promise that they coudnt deposit money to my and thus will give a cheque in second week of june. Untill now nothing happened, I keep speaking with the customer care people (Jins, Babu, Karan, Kumar etc) but my waiting still proceeds...
