Rana Cabs — Security deposit not refunded 4 after months

We (Navroz Balsara, Cheri Jacob, Amit Bhandari and Ruturaj Potnis) have rented 4 bikes from Rana Cabs from 15-19th November 2022. They took a security deposit of Rs.8000 (Rs.2000 per bike) and assured us that the same will be refunded after 15 days from the date of returning the bikes.

We have been following up for our refund since the first week of December and get the same response everyday - your refund will be processed, be patient. Now, they have stopped responding to our messages and calls.

Please help us get our money back.
